Für die Ofenkartoffeln 🥔vorwiegend festkochende Kartoffeln waschen und trocken tupfen. In die gewünschte Form schneiden und mit dem Frittenpulver @spice_bar würzen. Bei 180 Grad Ober-Unterhitze für ca 25 Minuten in den Ofen geben und ab und zu die Ofentür öffnen.

Für den Tomatensalat🍅🧀 200g Tomaten, eine Frühlingszwiebel und einen Mozzarella klein schneiden. Mit einem Teelöffel Olivenöl, drei Esslöffel Basamicoessig und Tomatengeheimnis würzen @spice_bar 😍

Für die Guacamole🥑eine Avocado zermatschen und einen Esslöffel Frischkäse unterrühren. Mit dem Limettensalz von @spice_bar würzen sowie drei bis fünf klein geschnittenen Knoblauchzehen unterheben. Wer mag kann auch etwas Chili dazugeben.

hey there! just here to talk a little bit about my experiences with traveling and studying abroad🤗

From the end of July up until August 21, I was in Tokyo, Japan for an internship! I decided to step away from this account during that time because I was not planning on focusing on working out or eating super healthy like I do at home.
•
And I am so glad I did, because I really feel like I got to truly be present during my time in this country! I tried all kinds of Japanese food that I never would have at home (a lot of ramen and udon🤪) and spent all of my time traveling (did not spend ANY time at a gym).
•
When I got home, I did notice that I didn’t fit into many of my clothes. I kind of saw the weight gain while I was in Japan but didn’t think too much of it. I did step on the scale, and I gained a little under 10 pounds.
•
I’ve never ever experienced a weight gain like this. Although it’s a little bit scary, I know that it was worth it because I really did have the most incredible experiences in Japan which did involve a LOT of food and drinking (I turned 20 which is the legal age there🥳).
•
Not working out or eating healthy has made me EXCITED to get back on my grind here at home. This trip really made me realize that in your life there are times where you can be so fit and physically healthy, and there are times where you have to put that priority to the side to fully enjoy what you are experiencing.

so now I’m back at square one, but it feels great to have goals. I’m already feeling great just eating healthy again and going to the gym! Of course it’s going to take a while to get back to where I used to be, but I’m having fun with it🤗 it’s definitely a little hard at the moment in the gym, but it’s all about baby steps.

Recently changed gyms and I have to say it’s improved my training ten fold. Just having such a variety of equipment to target each and every muscle and being in a good environment makes every workout so much more enjoyable. Here’s how I finished my leg workout today.
