Can you tell me something you are proud about yourself?✨We all have insecurities, I have a lot and sometimes I can handle them, sometimes I can’t..
I know that we don’t have to listen when that little voice appears telling you, you’re not enough, you have to do more and more, you’re not capable etc🤯 but if I can be proud of something about me is that I never give up easily I just can’t,

I love my job and what I’m doing in my life and how I keep trying to achieve what I want,
When you feel you’re not where you want to be, just look how far you came, maybe you’re not there yet but you’re getting there, and I’m sure you have reasons to be proud about yourself too❤️ .

One of the most common questions I felt is how to get rid off that annoying belly fat? 🤔
When you’re in a weight loss program this is one of the difficult areas, but not impossible either, in general I don’t recommend you to try crazy products that promises fasts results with no effort, sometimes is crap you’re getting inside your body or you’re just throwing your money and is not worth it!👎🏼 .
When there’s other forms to make it possible, like focus on Whole Foods especially greens, vegetables full of fiber, healthy fats, lots of water, exercise of course, no stress, a good quality sleep and above all patience, your body deserves to be treated with kindness, little but little you will get the results you want❤️

Do you know what your cravings mean?✨Food cravings usually mean your body is trying to tell you something, and we all know that we must listen to our bodies, always🙌🏼
.
Food cravings are usually a need for energy, since calories are an energy source, but sometimes it can be mistaken from a dehydration or from not having a good quality sleep, so first make sure you are hydrated and you are resting very well. 💤
.
-If you crave fatty foods it can be an indication of needing fats so try to add healthy fats to your meals.
.
-Chocolate cravings, your body might be asking for magnesium, chromium, B vitamins, try a small bar with at least 70-80% of cacao.
.
-If you are craving carbs or sugar, it’s a sign that you are low on energy, But carb cravings can also indicate blood sugar fluctuations. Fill up on fibre-rich carbohydrate foods like fruit (apples and bananas, berries).
.
-If you crave salty foods like crisps, chips, and savoury snacks, is linked to low levels of electrolytes, dehydration, and stress. Again try to be well hydrated and rested, also eat more Vitamin B foods like nuts, seeds, whole grains, fruit, and vegetables.
.
I hope this helps a little bit to understand that our bodies are wiser than us, happy Friday❤️

Real talk: I can confidently say that I got over situations that I thought I would never get over, I think there’s something powerful with ourselves and is called self love, so basic yet so difficult to have sometimes..
.
If you ever felt worthless, hopeless, I’m with you, but also I can say, you really can get over anything if you want to, and you can get out even better than before❤️ .
Gratitude can create a positive energy , and I’m sure we all have a lot of things to be grateful for, maybe things others wish to have, our life is short, support others, be compassionate, you never know their story, words like “I love you” “ I appreciate you” “Thank you” “I’m sorry” “I forgive you” can make a huge difference for good🙏🏼, and also I don’t know about you but it feels amazing when you make someone feel amazing, is like instant happiness, isn’t it?❤️

Today’s lunch inspo: Green pea bowl with rice, greens, beet and grilled peach😍

Green peas unlike some other plant proteins, such as rice or beans, it’s a complete protein, containing all nine essential amino acids. Pea protein is also a good option if you’re allergic or sensitive to whey or soy, it’s a great alternative protein source for vegans, vegetarians or if you want to incorporate more legumes to you diet✨Happy Monday❤️

Lately I’ve been hearing a lot of complaints about having low defenses, Feeding your body with certain foods may help keep your immune system strong🙌🏼 and prevent these awful moments that doesn’t let us function properly.

Here are some foods that can help: .

Vitamin C, I know is obvious but This vitamin does a lot more than boost the immune system, it’s also the precursor of collagen, which is part of every tissue in our bodies, you can find it in broccoli (steamed, sautéed), bell peppers, Kiwi, citrus fruits, and berries, if you think you need a big boost, consider take a supplement of Vitamin C recommended by a health practitioner.

-Raw garlic, (you can add 1 to your smoothies with citrus fruits for example) .
.
-Ginger, you can add around 1inch to your juices or grated in a warm lemonade.
.
.
-Sunflower seeds, they’re packed of nutrients especially vitamin E a powerful antioxidant. .

-Turmeric, it has a powerful anti inflammatory properties and wake up your immune system to life, add it to your meals or golden milk😍 .

Just a little reminder to drink water🙌🏼 we are approximately 60 percent water, Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues, water aids in digestion, helps flushing out waste from your body, it helps to regulate your body temperature and helps with your brain function too🧠

The amount of water you need depends on a variety of factors, including the climate you live in, how physically active you are etc. So don’t forget to drink water, try maybe add some fruit or herbs 🌿 to give it some extra flavor✨ .

Some consequences of not having a good sleep can influence in your daily life, things such as feeling grumpy, not working at your best, lack of focus are well known.. .

Do you feel like you need time out of social media and spend time alone?✨ I do, but don’t get me wrong I love this platform, I met and I keep connecting with wonderful people, but sometimes I need some space out, and my time alone is sacred for me🙌🏼 is like a reset, It recharges me and I feel great after.
I think we all need time aside and I hope you take time for yourself too if you need to❤️

Our mind and body are connected, so breathing deeply, exercise, walks in nature, take a break, talk with someone you love, meditate in the morning and before sleep, can make a huge difference in your days, I think it’s not about what happens to us is how we react to it and better if we can handle it in a good way right?❤️

What are your favorite ways to relax? We live in a world that moves so fast and demand so much of us everyday that sometimes is hard to stop but I think is so necessary, even for our own productivity.. slow down and be present, enjoying our moments peacefully, because our mental health matters! 🧠🙌🏼

Our body benefits from movement and our mind from stillness✨
Being active and find time to meditate has been a huge help to calm me down and see things with a different perspective when I feel overwhelmed or not so good, sometimes we focus on the wrong things forgetting what’s truly important..❤️
