How I use the InBody H20N scale to guide my training. 
I've been using the InBody H20N scale for a while now! I absolutely love this scale, it's so convenient and so easy to track my total weight each morning. Here are a few ways you can use your progress from the InBody H20N to guide your training and diet depending on your goal.
Weight gain - The InBody H20N not only tracks your weight but also tracks your muscle mass and body fat percentage. When bulking or putting on weight, it's important not to get too carried away in the fat gain aspect. There is a point of diminishing returns and ultimately making it harder to burn off the body fat later. My general recommendation is to limit the amount of fat gain as much as possible to let your body focus on building muscle. If your body fat percentage is rising too fast your bulk might be too aggressive and you would then want to consider lowering your calories.
Fat loss - It's great to see the number on the scale drop each week it's kind of exciting to see the new low weigh-ins. BUT when losing weight you're inevitably going to be in a catabolic state and lose muscle in the process. The nice thing about this scale is that it will show you how much muscle mass you have. As you lose weight, try and make sure this number stays the same or at a minimum drop just slightly. If you notice that your muscle mass is decreasing too fast your diet might be too aggressive and ultimately ineffective. #ad #inbody

It's always interesting talking to people about my sport. There are many questions, the main one being "why would you do that to yourself?", another common one being, "how far do you have to travel to get to events?". As my fellow duathletes know, quite far is often the answer, since being a small sport, it's not particularly well covered. 
When I heard the news that a venue had been found for the Euro Champs, I was both excited and disappointed. We are all aware of the climate crisis that faces mankind, and it's paramount now more than ever, to take steps to minimise our impact on the planet. I've done as much as possible to do so, and will continue to do so (I drive an EV now). Which is why I took the decision to put principles before sport, and not participate at the 2020 Euros, on the basis that the affect of one flight is not worth one race (even though a championship). However, this doesn't stop other alternative, as I said to my sponsors, I will compete at both A Euro and World Championship. Almere, easy to get to (hop on the train), but Punto Umbria, not so. As a result, I registered to compete at @powerman.alsdorf Euro champs, and have now qualified! A brand new challenge, and am as determined as ever to train for it - no pun intended there!

There is no planet B, and I like racing in the weather that exists today, and don't want to contribute to compromising that.

Прислушиваюсь к самочувствию, пока дискомфорта от них нет, иногда подключаю выпады на месте с небольшим весом.

Итак:

⁃ Выпады на месте; ⁃ Мертвая тяга с гантелями или штангой; ⁃ Сумо приседания; ⁃ Жим ногами сидя; ⁃ Махи ногами назад, стоя на коленях.

Ещё загружу остальные упражнения позже. Листайте карусель, там все упражнения. ⠀

Se mangiamo troppo ingrassiamo, se mangiamo troppo poco dimagriamo; se ci alleniamo troppo cuociamo il nostro sistema nervoso e il nostro corpo, se non ci alleniamo il corpo si logora Perché non è fatto per stare piantato su un divano o una sedia. 
Quindi?
Ascoltare se stessi.
Se non avete voglia di allenarvi Perché vi sentite stanchi non fatelo, così domani darete il 110%.

What Are The Quadricep Muscles?
Located on the frontal thigh on both sides of the body just above the knees, the quads are one of the largest and strongest groups of muscles in the body.
The main function of the quad muscles is to bend and straighten—or extend—the knee. 👌 Quadriceps Training Guidelines ✔️ Start Slowly

As with any other form of exercises, start quad training slowly and gently. As you get stronger, challenge yourself by adding more weight, doing more sets of each exercise, or both. ✔️ Warm Up Right

Begin every quad workout session with a thorough dynamic warm-up consisting of 5 minutes of slow jogging—or running in place—followed by another 5 minutes of doing dynamic moves such as inch worse, squats, walking lunges, and high knees. ✔️ Find The Right Combo

You can add some of the quad exercises described below into a lower body strength routine that you perform about one to two times per week.

For maximum results, perform roughly 8 to 12 repetitions of each exercise, aiming for two to three sets in total. ✔️ Proper Form

Proper form is king so keep it all the time — quality over quantity. Never aim to perform a higher number of reps without paying attention to your form.

Keep in mind that as you make your training more challenging, you’ll be performing fewer reps but still gaining strength.
