INGREDIENTS
Donuts:

190 ml milk, lukewarm 
50 g sugar

1 tsp active dry yeast 
3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

500 g all-purpose flour, plus for dusting 
1 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp salt

100 g butter, softened 
Cream Filling:

80g sugar

40g corn starch 
4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Seeds from one vanilla bean (optional)

500 ml milk 
50 g butter 
2 cups heavy cream

1 tbsp icing sugar 
Strawberry Filling:

250g strawberries, finely chopped

1/4 cup caster sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 teaspoons cornflour 
Sliced Strawberries

RECIPE below 👇👇Pistachio Petit Gateau 
Cherry Confit

300 g cherry puree 40 g sugar 5 g pectin NH 10g lemon juice
Heat puree to 40C and add the sugar pectin mix. Bring to boil for 1 minutes .
Pour evenly into 20 ml molds. Freeze until ready for use. 
Green Glaze
18 g silver gelatin sheet 
125 g water
225 g granulated sugar (US)
225 g glucose syrup
225 g white chocolate
160 g condensed milk
90 g Absolut cristal
5 g Green and yellow food color
 Soak gelatin in ice water until softened; squeeze out excess water and set aside.  Bring water, sugar and glucose to a boil and stir in the drained gelatin.  Pour the hot mixture onto the chocolate and emulsify. With a hand blender, mix the condensed milk and neutral glaze, adding green food color. The glaze will be ready when it reaches 35ºC / 95ºF. 
Pistachio White Chocolate Mousse  13 g silver gelatin sheets  125 g whole milk  125 g cream
75 g pistachio paste
405 g ivoire white chocolate, 35%, chopped, semi melted
375 g whipped Cream  soft peak.  Bring milk to boil. Stir in gelatin to dissolve.  In a bowl, place the chocolate and pistachio paste, and pour over the hot milk whisking until smooth.  Cool to 35ºC / 95ºF before folding in whipped cream.
 Assembly
 1. Build the petit gateau upside down in the following order: pipe mousse in the mold , place the confit and place more mousse and close with cake. Keep in the freezer. Glaze the frozen Petit Gateau

How delicious does this Chocolate Pudding ? Recipe below 👇👇 got the idea for this recipe by @hiromarucook who made a recipe video on youtube of sth similar (look for chocolate mousse on youtube and you’ll find it) and It just looked too good not to make a vegan version of it! .

This pudding is creamy, chocolatey, flavourful and suuuuper easy to make! try it out, you’ll love it! Here you have the recipe:

INGREDIENTS
• 5 dl coconut milk
• 2 dl water
• 70 g unrefined sugar
• a pinch of salt
• 45 g cacao powder
• 120 g dark chocolate
• 1 tsp agar agar
METHOD
1. Place milk, water, sugar and salt in a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
2. In a bowl, whisk cacao powder with 4 tbsp of water until lumps free then pour into the milk mixture and stir.
3. Add in the chocolate and stir until dissolved.
4. Place agar agar in a glas, add in 1 tbsp of water, stir and pour into the chocolate mixture.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour the mixture into a mold, let it cool completely and let it rest in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
7. ENJOY ❤️
