I've never experienced the Central Library downtown, but I HIGHLY recommend! Beautiful architecture, history and colors.

This weather has got me missing summer nights! 🎡
The first time I can recall seeing bald eagles was as a child in Alaska. Forever after that I saw them as a mythical creature reserved for the most rugged and wild spaces. If you had told me then that when I grew up I would be able to see eagles 10 minutes from my front door I wouldn’t have believed you. The bald eagle is proof that conservation efforts work. A bird that was once critically endangered in the state of Indiana, now thrives with over 300 nesting pairs. Beyond that, if you head up to Peru, IN you can see hundreds of wintering bald eagles along the wabash river. You read that right, hundreds. What will you see today?

Oh, how nice it’d be to be back here. ✨🏔
Sea fog, sea smoke, or in this case lake smoke is caused when cooler air blows across warmer water. This causes the pocket of warmer air held just above the water to be cooled beyond the dew point. The air can no longer hold as much vapor and instead condenses it out. Much the same way steam rises above a hot bath or a cup of coffee. Science is neat.
