🌼Halva, the sweet persian dessert🌼.
🖍1/2 cup of rice flour.
🖍2, 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour.
🖍1/2 cup of rosewater(golab).
🖍2 cups of water. 🖍1, 1/4 cups of sugar. 🖍1, 1/2 cups of liquid oil. 🖍3/4 teaspoon of #saffron. 🖍Silvered almonds or pistachios for garnish.
Pour water, sugar and #saffron in a pot and let it boil.
Remove from heat and add the rosewater to the pot mix it well then set the syrup aside In another large pot, pour all-purpose flour and rice flour and toast over medium heat while stirring frequently for 5-10 minutes.
Then add the liquid oil and stir constantly over medium heat Stir until the color of flour is brown and you feel the smelling of cooked flour.
be careful do not burn the flour(you should be patient and stir constantly).
Once the flour is ready, remove the pot from the heat and add the syrup of rosewater to it and stir very quickly until Halva thickens.
Place Halva in a dish and flatten with spoon and at the end garnish it with silvered almonds or pistachios😍

🥛🌰Sheer Khurma(Date milk)
500 ml full cream milk
50 gr vermicelli (broken into small pieces), roasted
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp chopped dates
1/4 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Almonds
1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup Ghee
1/2 tsp saffron
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1.pour ghee in a pan.
2.Add almonds, pistachios as well as raisins to it, saute well.
3.In another pan, roast vermicelli with ghee.
4.In another wide pan simmer the milk till it thickens, then add sugar and simmer again.
5.Add the roasted vermicelli and dry fruits along with dates and saffron.
6.Mix well then add cardamom powder and let it simmer.😋
