Op het podium voel ik me geweldig! Je hebt zo hard gewerkt naar een shape die je neer wilt zetten!❤️ Onzekerheid heeft dan plaats gemaakt voor zelfvertrouwen. Maar zo zelfverzekerd ben ik niet altijd.. Ik geloof dat iedereen ergens wel onzeker over is. Waar ik onzeker over ben, is mijn buik en mijn make-up loze gezicht. Huh, maar ik zie geen “buikje” bij jou? Klopt, op foto’s niet. Een foto in de schaduw maken, je bikinibroekje hoger optrekken, buik inhouden, allemaal trucjes!😉

Daarnaast heb ik dus ALTIJD make-up op. Je zal mij nooit zonder make-up de deur uit zien gaan. Ik heb op mijn wang een opvallende rode wijnvlek die ik met een laag make-up weg haal, omdat ik me er ongemakkelijk over voel. Maar.. ik heb dus deze 3 weken nog geen enkele keer make-up op gehad and it feels great!😍❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Iedereen is weleens ergens onzeker over en dat is menselijk. Wat het ook is, bedenk je wel dat je mooi bent zoals jij bent. Niemand is perfect en perfectie hoef je ook niet na te streven!🙌🏼

👉En qué Consisten los Ejercicios Isométricos
✔Los ejercicios isométricos son ejercicios corporales que implican una tensión muscular pero que no generan movimiento de contracción y extensión de los músculos.
Consisten en la activación del músculo mientras se mantiene una postura concreta durante un tiempo específico. Normalmente, el ejercicio cesa después de unos 5 o 10 segundos, cuando no se puede seguir aguantando debido a la fatiga del propio músculo.
✔Por lo tanto, se trataría de ejercicios donde el músculo trabajado se opone a una fuerza sin que el ángulo o la posición del músculo ejerzan ningún movimiento. Este tipo de trabajo nos ayudará a ganar fuerza muscular, mejorar nuestro rendimiento y evitar la aparición de lesiones.

Batendo todos os recordes em pedidos, essa região do corpo incomoda muita gente e traz consigo muita controvérsia quando o objetivo é definir ou “chapar”.
Muitos dizem que abdômen se constrói na cozinha, ou seja: Dieta. Outros insistem em treinos aeróbios e (ou) local “exercícios abdominais”. Eae, quem está certo? 🤔 Devo dizer q todos estão certos e errados ao msm tempo, 😱isso msm. De que adianta vc fazer uma dieta regular e apropriada, se sua musculatura abdominal não está desenvolvida adequadamente, e da msm forma não vai adiantar um abdômen super hipertrofiado se à frente tem uma camada de gordura sobressaindo. Então o q fazer? 🤷‍♂️A primeira opção é fácil: Desistir. 😂A segunda opção é simples e eficaz; Unir exercícios abdominais 🗣SIMMMM, dieta e aeróbios. Lembrando que: Não existem alimentos nem treinos q “queime” mais uma região q a outra, ponto.👊🏻Ao longo da periodização seu percentual de gordura irá abaixar e eliminar gradualmente a gordura (CORPORAL). Existem técnicas de treinamento comprovadas cientificamente q aumentam e prolongam o gasto energético (queima de gordura) bem como técnicas q aumentam a resposta de hipertrofia.📚Para isso: Profissionais qualificados. 📍Obs; O texto se trata de aparência “estética”. Mas é extremamente IMPORTANTE o fortalecimento do CORE, diminuição do peso gordo e aumento do peso muscular, relacionados à saúde. ❤️

The Open

The first CrossFit Open started in 2011. It’s is the first step in crowning the Fittest On Earth.

For every CrossFitter it is a chance to see how you have improved since last year or set a benchmark if it is your first time.

Each week for 5 weeks, a workout is released by CrossFit HQ. Everyone entered has 4 days to complete and upload their score to the worldwide leaderboard. At the end of the 5 weeks you can see how you stack up.

Pretty cool to be a part of something so large and compete against the next in the world in the same competition. No other sport offers that chance!

Some of the workouts are tough and may leave you with the Devil Stare as showcased by @sunilg1973 here!
