Der Kopfstand gilt als die Königs-Asana schlechthin, und ihr werden unzählige positive Wirkungen für Körper und Geist nachgesagt. Als eine  intensive Umkehrhaltung führt der Kopftsand u.a. dazu, dass unser Blut stärker zum Herzen strömt, die Herzleistung verbessert und die Wirbelsäule entlastet wird. Dabei erfordert diese Asana ein sehr hohes Maß an Stabilität, Kontrolle und Kraft, weshalb sie meist eher von erfahreneren Yogis geübt wird. Wichtig ist, dass man mit der Kraft des Rumpfes in den Kopfstand kontrolliert hinein und wieder hinauskommt. Bei uns im Studio gibt es zum Üben als Vorstufe auch die Kopftstand-Hocker! Kommt und übt mit uns, die Welt auf den Kopf zu stellen und sie für eine Weile upside down zu sehen! 🙃🙃🙃

Crianças Pita são aquelas que não suportam controle e já querem sair pra explorar e conquistar!
Crianças Vata vivem no Ar, conversam  sozinhas, são inquietas, sobrem, descem, correm, prontas para brincar e criar !
Crianças Kapha são mais pacíficas, adoram um colinho, e se estiverem alimentadas e sequinhas, raramente incomodam. Desde pequenas, já observando e aprendendo !!!!!
Crianças podem e devem receber massagens para estimular o crescimento saudável, a calma, a nutrição óssea e a conexão com a vida !
Mamães que fazem massagens Ayurvédicas à partir do quarto mês, incham menos, tem menos estrias, menos ansiedade e stress e normalmente o bebê fica bem tranquilo......(comigo ainda aprendem a Shantala - massagem que a  mamãe faz em seu bebê para evitar cólicas e manter a conexão uterina)

do maratonów. Ukończyłam (na zawodach): ultra maraton na dystansie 53 km, 8 maratonów, 10 półmaratonów oraz kilkadziesiąt biegów na krótszych dystansach 😮

Zdecydowanie wolę te dystanse, które nie wymagają szybkości, gdzie ważna jest wytrzymałość.

Były grubas, który wstał z kanapy. Biegam od 5 lat, od 4 regularnie startuję w zawodach na dystansach od 5 km
do maratonów. Ukończyłam (na zawodach): ultra maraton na dystansie 53 km, 8 maratonów, 10 półmaratonów oraz kilkadziesiąt biegów na krótszych dystansach 😮

Zdecydowanie wolę te dystanse, które nie wymagają szybkości, gdzie ważna jest wytrzymałość.

Humans are funny. 
We keep repeating toxic behaviors again and again, until something serious happens, to wake us up.
FIRE for example. Farmers burning the Amazonas, not giving any fucks about the people and animals living there. And the people who buy their food from these farmers are cannibals, in my opinion. 
I'm only reflecting and if you feel attacked by this following info, it's your guilt and fear of change.
You can ignore it, distract yourself with things that are "fun" . Your subconscious mind however will not forget, the more you surpress these negative emotions like guilt, ignorance, fear or even laziness the more it will eat you from inside. These are your demons. We all have them. See them, accept them as a part of you, act accordingly and one day they disappear.
If you say you cannot afford a healthy diet, because fruits and vegetables are so expensive. I have to tell you that all the medicines you will have to buy when you get sick because your demons eat you from inside, will cost you more!!
Money and even time. 
And from my personal experience it's not even true, I can only travel because I save so much money (also plastic!!!) by not buying all the toxic things I don't really need.
Your dreams can come true. You are not limited. 
I know, It's hard to admit that you got brainwashed all your life and that you are driven by these programs, by the addiction of pleasure.
It's not easy to admit
you are a slave of desires that are not even yours, that advertisements and this economy focused society...
Maybe you are not strong enough to change everything at once, maybe you are even to egoistic to be aware of your egoism. Just know that in the end you gotta pay for it.

If there is any a day when you feel tired of saying good for them and you are wondering when things will be good for you, take heart with great hope, and consider all the things this season of growing will lead into. Like an ocean that awaits many miles away, you may not be there yet, but you are surely on your way. So take your time  while you are journeying, travel light, be safe. For there will come a time when you finally arrive on those shores and you will be so glad you did not give up. You will be so glad you did not sync yourself to someone else’s pace and chose instead to anchor yourself in the steady rhythm of grace. And after everything you went through, you arrived where you needed to be on time, and everything will be fine. Not perfect, but fine. For every beautiful thing will happen in its time. .

🙏BUT constantly pushing your limits will switch this stress response on with no rest to turn it back down again. Exhausted AND experiencing anxiety can leave you not knowing how to help yourself.

🙏HELP
First thing is bringing a calm to your body & then the mind. 
Using tools like
Meditation
Mindfulness
Muscle relaxation techniques 
Sleep 
Yoga 
Any calm activity
All to send a message to your mind & body 'it's ok we are calming, there is no danger/stress you can switch off our stress response.'

*this is a process & obviously easier said than done. However actions speak louder than words, our action are the ones we choose. The only way to know anything is through practice, support, self compassion.🤗

🙏PREVENTION 
in this case the cause of stress is giving too much. MORE than you can give. 
It's time to look at your boundaries, & this for many people will be the first time you have even questioned that you have a choice in the matter. Boundaries are when we acknowledge what our needs are & if doing that action or behaviour will compromise your needs, compromise what's ok for you. Everyone is different & it's perfectly ok for you to decide where to draw the line. Once you know where to draw the line, now it's about learning & practicing to say no thank you. Sometimes you have to say it once. Sometimes people will keep asking & thats fine, you just keep letting them know that YOU have decided what's good for you. Sometimes this feels very strange for a while as you may have never been shown boundaries or have had yours pushed since you were small, that's ok it's never too late to learn!🤗

Always polite, you don't have to raise your voice, you are not defending yourself here. There is no fight. You've decided & that's that!

Once you begin getting to know what's good for you, the stress reduces🙏
