Some meals are better enjoyed sitting on the couch watching a movie. This Chicken Mushroom Stroganoff (wasn’t feeling adding chicken today)isn’t the prettiest but it’s such good comfort food.  It’s wild how creamy and melty the cottage cheese gets 🤤 credit to @feliciafitnesshealth for the recipe! I just add some spicy brown mustard to mine and didn’t have spinach so I went without it. 
6SP 64g Brown Rice Pasta 
1SP 1/3 cup of 1% Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard 
Sautéed mushrooms and onions(as much as you want - just remember the mushrooms cook down)

I finally feel like I’m getting myself back under control. I did not eat well last week and I did not go to Weight Watchers to weigh in. Which when you’re struggling is not what you should do. Those are the times you really need the meeting!

I was away last weekend and didn’t make good choices, I enjoyed the treats. I also found the stress of an upcoming job contract interview had me eating those feelings. Then after several days of some hard core prep for that interview... I was informed that the contract had been cancelled that they were now hiring for a position I could not apply to because I do not have full time availability. So I found myself eating some more. .

@wwpounddropper Churro Pancakes!!!! 🥞🥞 Oh my....so delicious and only 2 SPs for 3 pancakes.  I only had 2 but still counted the 2 SPs. Also 0 SPs for a little fat free whipped cream and a bit of sugar free syrup. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Totally satisfies my sweet tooth and only TASTES like it costs my whole days worth of points. •

Six months ago, I signed up for weight watchers. I was eating out everyday, I had weight related aches and pains, I would eat till my stomach hurt..needless to say I had nothing left to lose. I was at my highest weight and figured I would try @ww to lose a couple pounds. I always thought that my goal weight was too far out of reach for me and that I would always be “fat”. Never did I think I would lose over 50 pounds on this program!

After watching her tutorials a billion times I finally made @mybizzykitchen skinny pizza dough. We used the preheated cookie sheet method and it was just so, so awesome.

I’ll truly never understand why some people don’t like fish🙃this AMAZING dinner was only 7 points and is my idea of comfort food on a stormy night. Baked panko crusted tilapia(1 point), @theskinnyishdish cheesy potato casserole(3 points), and creamed spinach(3 points). Great end to week 8. I'll preface this post by saying I never come anywhere near my total points for the day. I am usually between 40 and 50 depending on the day. My family utilizes a TON of zero point foods. I had great food today, didnt feel hungry at all and even got ice cream (love ya @halotopcreamery) Got my fit points from a beautiful walk in the park and, while I dont count it in the app, drumming for an hour which is a nice full body "workout" that has be sweating every time. Weighing in tomorrow morning and I'll see how this week went! #ww #wwfreestyle #halotop #drummingisaworkout

🇫🇷 Dur dur le retour après 3 semaines de vacances sans cuisiner 🙈 J’avoue que j’ai du mal à reprendre le chemin de la cuisine ! Ce midi c’est gratin aux courgettes 😊 Pour deux personnes :

Hallihallo 🙆🏻‍♀️☀️ Ich melde mich mit meinem obligatorischen #aftereinkaufbrötchen zurück. Ihr könnt euch gar nicht vorstellen, wie es mir letzte Woche ging 🤮🤕😵😭☠️ ungefähr so 🙈 Ich bin nur zwischen Arbeit und Bett gependelt und froh, heute einen Tag frei zu haben 🥳🥳🥳 Und sofort macht sich Unzufriedenheit breit, weil mich die zugenommenen Kilos nerven. Nicht aus der Woche, sondern alle. Ich schreibe mir heute auch direkt einen Wochenplan und zähle ab Montag wieder konsequent, was ich esse. Ich hab richtig Lust dazu und auch wieder den Nerv 😆 Jetzt auf meinem Brettchen liegen 8 #Smartpoints oder 413 #Kalorien 😇 Ich schreibe noch kurz die Mengenangaben dazu, weil Fotos täuschen.

Had a great time at the @gafsociety yesterday - enjoyed lots of tasty foods and, of course, so much beer. 
I’m at a place where I can have these “splurge” days, enjoy them, track them, and move on. No guilt, but also recognition that these have to be “sometimes” experiences. Yesterday was fun and today I’m back to business as usual. 
I will say, though, with the 25k steps and 4 hours of “aerobic activity” my FitBit logged (so much dancing!) all that beer probably won’t end up impacting weigh in on Friday 😂
