It’s upper body and core focused, but trust me, you’ll feel it everywhere! 😅

I dare you to try it 👊

DEETS:

EMOM (every minute on the minute) complete the following 👇
.
1️⃣ 1 min- Single arm DB snatches (I used 35lbs)
2️⃣ 1 min- Handstand hold against wall (or shoulder taps against wall)
3️⃣ 1 min- toes to bar (or knee raises)
4️⃣ 1 min- burpees
5️⃣ 1 min- NOT FILMED double unders (or single jump ropes)
6️⃣ 1 min- rest

So, by the end of the 24 mins, you’ll have completed 4 rounds!
