Form #3- Xiao Hong Quan.  This form is really long!  I had to speed it up just to fit all of it 🧐, this one always tired me out within a few attempts.  Combination of kick and striking with low stances.  Great stamina builder and stance trainer. •

Here are a few of the MANY bloopers I delete from my phone when my main girl is filming on the weekends🎥

She looks forward to this and will ask me to do a move again if she didn’t like the outcome🤪. She takes her job very seriously(minus the last picture)

So I kept these to show you the many stages of me during my workouts and that it’s not perfect or always pretty.  It’s down right hard and challenging🥵

What I love so much about these workouts is that before EACH one they demo it slowly for you and state exactly what you’re doing and what it’s working!  I don’t know about you, but I need full direction😬. This is also a great time for me to take a drink, a few deep breaths, and get right back into it!

MES ESSENTIELS FOOD 🍪

Je vous emmène.... dans mes armoires! Pour vous présenter les choses dont je ne saurais plus me passer à l’heure actuelle 🤷🏻‍♀️ bien sûr il y en a bien d’autres encore, mais voici les principales ⬇️
〰️
➡️ les pâtes 🍝 : pas spécialement complètes pour ma part car je ne réagis pas bien à l’excès de fibres ➡️ l’huile d’olive : à ne PAS faire cuire, elle ne résiste pas aux hautes températures, je vous conseille de l’ajouter sur vos plat par la suite
➡️ les épices: épices curry, paprika, cannelle, sel de l’Himalaya principalement .
➡️ les compléments : BCAA, glucides et pre workout principalement, tout vient de chez Prozis ➡️ les beurres d’oléagineux évidemment🥜 : beurre de cacahuète, de noisette, ... en pot de 1kg pour plus de plaisir 😍
➡️ La poudre a pancake Prozis quand je suis pressée ou que j’ai pas hyper faim: il faut juste mélanger ça avec de l’eau et mettre la pâte dans une poêle .
➡️ le chocolat noir 85% 🍫 .
➡️ Avoine 🌾 : ça c’est vraiment L’ESSENTIEL à avoir: pas cher, génial nutrionelement parlant, aromatisé si on veut (oatmeal Prozis)
➡️ Le granola ou le muesli pour les collations, dans du fromage blanc
➡️ la whey de temps en temps, principalement dans les recettes
➡️ les galettes de riz, ici elles sont aromatisées, parfois je trouve ça pratique
➡️ les oléagineux bien sûr! Perso mes préférés c’est les noisettes
➡️ les céréales 🥣, ici c’est les Kellogg’s aux fibres la, top pour les collations aussi
➡️ arôme et sucrant: arôme vanille ici et stevia .
➡️ les snacks sains et moins sains (barre protéines, cookie,...)

E & I😜 in the gym with just 1 otherthis evening🙌🏾#emptygymsarethebest ..so of course i through my hair in a bun cos "shits about to go down". I tried most machines i never use during normal/busy hours & i freaking loved it, i now have a few more goals added to the list #monkeybars 🤦🏾i reckon i couldve went a tad further if i had my gloves on🤷🏾but untill next time R: 6th bar👍🏾it is. .
Quick update🤰🏾 pregnancy is going very well almost 16 weeks, i can feel strong butterfly movements, morning sickness is zero & cravings are SEAFOOD lobster, oysters, kinas & mussels😋💖

I did not wake up like this.
I changed my lifestyle for this.
I changed what I eat for this.
I sweat for this.
I push myself for this.
I workout every day for this.
Some days are harder than others, but I still show up. I committed to getting healthy, and I’m going to hold myself accountable.
They say it takes 21 days to build a new habit, and 90 days to build a lifestyle.

Where could you be 3 months from now?

This has been so much more than just a physical transformation.

I went from being unhappy and discouraged about my postpartum body to feeling more confident and loving how strong I’m getting.

I didn’t really understand the importance of how to properly feed your body. I ate healthy-ish but I tended to overeat because I was eating healthy food, so it’s okay, right?

I remember feeling so overwhelmed in the beginning. I wanted to change but I didn’t know where to start. I would scroll through Pinterest and Instagram looking at other fit moms, wishing I could be like them and trying to find motivation.

But scrolling through social media isn’t going to magically get you into shape (wouldn’t it be nice if it did though?!). You’ve gotta be the one to want to bad enough to get up and do it. It’s as simple at that.

Happy Monday my IG family! .

Current physique: 5’6” - 155.6lbs .
.
Not going to lie, but the past few weeks my workouts and eating habits haven’t been the best. I haven’t been over eating, but if I do eat, it always hasn’t been the best of choices and I am definitely feeling it. Just sluggish and bleh. My gym sessions were a little less frequent than normal so I am definitely ready to turn it around today!! That’s what I love about fitness and eating proper diet 🙌🏽 The amount of energy you can get by combining those two things is amazing! You don’t have to wait for a certain day to make a change, you just have to want it badly enough!
