#MondayMotivation Monday again, the look of a man who’s just completed his 12th round! Changed it up a bit today, as my usual heavy leg day is pushed back until tomorrow and we done some boxing training 🥊 -

Bag work, pad work, ab work just all over conditioning on the whole. 1 hour and your out of there👊 -

Boxing training is great, it’s enjoyable and breaks up just going to the gym day in day out I’ll go once, maybe twice per week. As I have always played football my full like it’s also nice to learn and get better at a new sport as well🙌 -

Essentially it’s High Intensity Interval Training, as you work for 3 mins then rest for 1 minute. Fantastic for your fitness levels and conditioning and much more fun than doing intervals on a Treadmil😴 -

12 rounds, 3 mins work, 1 minute rest, mixing between the bag and doing the pads! Then an ab circuit to finish and boom out of there, give it go team💪 -

MUST READ BY EVERYONE WHO IS LIVING IN BUBBLE ABOUT FITNESS AND LOSING WEIGHT. 
Firstly, you need to accept that your body responds slow and it can’t change within a few weeks. It took me 4 years I.e. 208 weeks =1460 days and 5 meals/day i.e. 7300 meals. And you expect changes in 2 weeks only? The plans that I give is to develop a base for you. No magic can happen. Yes it could be fast for some and slow for some but in the end it’s all about consistency. In 7300 meals, I would have had 500-600 unhealthy meals. But my 6700 meals were on point. I was dedicated enough but all you want is RESULTS. Don’t expect magic too soon. I lost weight, gained weight, then gained muscle, then lost out on fat and there is still some fat left but I am working on it. You didn’t gain all the weight in 1-2 weeks or even 8 weeks for that matter. What do you expect? All I would say is that keep following the healthy way of eating. Weight loss is just a part of it. It will eventually happen. I can’t put you on an extreme caloric deficit and ruin your health. I tell everyone who’s my client that body takes time. It’s dynamic. Be patient and as long as you are eating healthy and in a slight Caloric deficit, you are good to go! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------IMPORTANT-I am taking diet plans for the month of July. This is the main staple of my diet... Basically - lean meat (protein), healthy clean carbs (rice. Usually brown rice but I've run out of that) and clean veg. I add sauces too it as well for fuck all calories. It makes it tastier. I also have other stuff but this is 90% of my meals. I'm not on a diet or owt. I just wanted to eat more protein in a healthy way.

Felt good to sleep in after a busy weekend out of town and then kicked off the last week of this program with my favorite workout buddies😍. One week from today we are going ALL IN on one of my fav programs that is all about leaning out, gaining strength, toning up… basically gives ya amazing results😏. The perfect mesh of lifting and HIIT! 🙌🏻💪🏻 I’m feeling so excited and more motivated than everrr to show up and be a solid example of what’s possible when you DON’T give up.

WANT TO DEEP HANDSTAND PUSH UP? -

When you’re first learning to handstand push up, you should be practicing several things: 1. How to balance on your hands with easier poses like crow or headstand. 2.  Core exercises to engage the core and get you into the right position like Dead Bugs and Weighted Glute Bridges. 3.  Flexibility where it’s needed like the wrists, hamstrings, and shoulders. 4. Strength in the upper body to support your bodyweight while upside down. -

We all start at different levels but if you have if you have a strong Military Press, the carryover is huge in regards to strength. Now all that’s missing is the control. This skill was actually very difficult for me at first, I was able to rep out 3 HSPU’s in a row but not a single deep HSPU. When I started practicing involving negatives to a shoulder stand and improving my Military Press, I really started to see progress with it. -

1. Practice Negatives for control 
2. Military Press for strength
3. Glute Bridges for core strength and coordination of engaging glutes and abs at the same time. -

Quick Tip: From the Handstand slowly bend the elbows as you lower.  Lean forward while your toes move backwards. Stop when your head is close to the floor. Your body will form a diagonal line by squeezing your butt and bracing abs. Push back into the HS. -

When I set up online coaching, I wanted to be sure that I covered most, if not all bases, when it came to providing clients with a comprehensive guide to training and nutrition; something that is challenging for those learning and being coached at a distance.

Nutritional programming, in-depth session plans, visual demonstrations (as above) and detailed notes are all provided to give you the greatest chance of success. Not to mention regular check-ins, video responses and accountability all provided along the way too.

Although I’m not taking on any more 1-2-1 clients, you could still benefit from being coached at a distance; more financially accessible, suitable for those who may not be able to travel down to see me, struggle to find set times to train and need a little more flexibility.

These are the most common things I've heard/been asked by several people I chat with about fitness.

Let's look at the nutritional breakdown of rice.

1 cup of white rice has 242 calories, 53.2g of carbohydrates, 4.4g of protein, and .4g of fat (negligible provided you don't add any fats) . In a 1,500 calorie diet, that would leave you with 1,258 calories to spread over your other meals and the food items that would accompany the rice.

It is safe to infer then that, a person consuming a whole cup would exceed her caloric requirements for the day because 1,258 calories go fast! Additionally, white rice can digest really quickly leaving you hungry for more.

So then is it the rice that is the problem or the quantity consumed?

With my clients, we work on portion sizes without eliminating food items. We work on adding wholesome foods to keep satiety levels up. Rice is a staple for many of clients. I have eaten white rice through out my competition prep.

My advice to you is to learn how much of rice to consume instead of accusing this standard Indian carb of making you fat!

Here’s a no machine shoulder workout for you! Love feeling the burn when I do shoulders and these exercises will do the trick for sure🔥 ok let’s go

Superset| 3 sets
1️⃣ 10 single arm Arnold press each arm
