Some serious #mondaymotivation , huge ups to my client @grayschomburg for pulling this off in 12 weeks. Although Gray was too big for his class at Summerbodies, he still walked away with top 6. Incredible potential as an athlete, combined with awesome work ethic made my job a breeze. The pics don't even do justice to the condition we achieved .

Overall felt good. I’ll be meeting with my coach @hodge_built808 later this week to get some more leg work in.⁣

Squat weights are 290, 305, and 325. Hack squat in video is 365. Stiff leg deadlift is 205. I couldn’t find bands and I was having issues with the chains lol so I had to make due with what was available. ⁣

Squat weights are 290, 305, and 325. Hack squat in video is 365. Stiff leg deadlift is 205. I couldn’t find bands and I was having issues with the chains lol so I had to make due with what was available. ⁣

Here’s what almost 11 years of consistent work looks like. I’ve taken ZERO enhancements or any steroids. This is 100% natural. When I was younger my parents continuously pounded into my head how important work ethic is and if I wanted something I needed to fucking work for it. Over the last 11 years I’ve never really stopped, the most amount of time I’ve taken off was about 4 days, and those 4 days were when I was traveling for hockey tournaments. Becoming the best version of yourself is honestly super fucking easy. Like shouldn’t you want to become better? That should be all the motivation you need. That’s what has always fired me up, even on days when I’m not feeling 100%.

Target the lower chest and Serratus with this exercise.

If you have a hard time activating your chest, pay special attention to leading the motion with scapular protraction and squeezing the chest - this will reduce the involvement of the triceps.
