Ik slaap al jaren er diep maar relatief kort, maximaal 5 uur per nacht. Ik zet nooit een wekker en ik heb nog nooit gesnoozed. Toch ben ik de hele dag energiek, geïnspireerd en creatief. Zodra ik wakker wordt, kom ik al binnen een paar seconden in actie-modus en ik heb per definitie elke ochtend enorm zin in de dag. Ik heb namelijk altijd leuke dingen te doen, wat me ook weer energie geeft. Ik ken geen verschil tussen werk en hobby, omdat ze voor mij eigenlijk hetzelfde zijn. Op een vrije dag, doe ik leuke dingen en ik vind mijn werk superleuk, haha! Mijn doel is steeds nieuwe dingen te doen en te ontdekken, ik ben erg nieuwsgierig en leergierig, waardoor ik niet bang ben voor het onbekende. Als jij in de ochtend moeite hebt met uit je bed te komen, moet je je eens afvragen hoe je je voelt bij wat je die dag moet gaan doen. Dat kan dan nooit heel boeiend zijn of je hebt nog geen plan, bij dat laatste is het logisch dat je nog lekker blijft liggen (maar dit is uiteraard een doel op zich). Als je dagelijkse perspectief niet zo boeiend is, zou je je kunnen afvragen waarom je dit (gebrek aan) perspectief überhaupt hebt en laat voortduren. Kom dan in actie en zorg er zelf voor dat je je dagen vult met dingen die je energie geven. Als jij dit zelf niet doet, zal er weinig veranderen vrees ik. Dan zal alles altijd bij het oude blijven en is elke nieuwe dag niet meer dan een reflectie van de dag daarvoor. 
Probeer het gewoon eens een poosje en je zal zelf merken wat het effect hiervan is.

How many of you know your horses personality and habits? Every time I take my horses out to work them, I see what kind of mood they are in. That's why I love groundwork. Nim had a few days off for heat so when I took her down to the ring she was jumping around and kicking up her heels. Wouldn't you much rather have your horse do that on the end of a line instead of underneath you? I would! We spent about 15 minutes on ground work and then I got on and she was fine.

7/19(金)~7/22(月)にアシックスカップ2019  第6回全国高等学校 7人制ラグビーフットボール大会が開催されました。

尾道高校ラグビー部に帯同をさせていただきました。結果は7位となりました。
各試合結果は下記の通りです。

vs 秋田中央  26-19 win

1回戦 vs 京都成章  7-7 (抽選の結果2回戦進出)

今大会は、毎日連続して試合が行われました。
疲労が増えてくるなかで、選手がより良い
コンディションで挑めるように試合後や朝のw-upでケアを行っていきました。

カップトーナメント、順位決定戦とどのゲームも接戦でした。
ラストワンプレーまで走りきること。
勝負に挑む場面が今大会、特に多くありました。
選手自身も全国の強豪チーム相手に手応えと
自信を掴めたと思います。
また今後の課題も見えた大会だったと思います。

7人制での経験を15人制ラグビーへ繋げる。
チームでの共有そして、talk up。

花園をターゲットにブリカンズは
まだまだ進化し続けています!! ベストコンディションで挑めるように、
トレーニングもですが、選手一人一人のセルフケアの習慣化をさらに強化していきたいと感じました。

今大会もたくさんの応援をいただき、
本当にありがとうございました。
選手のみんな、田中監督、ブルムスコーチ、みのだコーチ5日間お疲れさまでした。

また食事面では管理栄養士の馬明さんが情報をくださり、サポートをしてくださいました。
理学療法士の森さん、アロマオイルの小林さん、谷口さん、サポートスタッフからもご連絡をいただきました。
本当にありがとうございました。

But WHY? Why do I even need to do bookkeeping?

Good news: you only need to know the basics. No one is asking you to develop the skills of someone with an accounting degree. If you wanted to do that, you would have. You just need the basic understanding, and I can give you three good reasons why:

First, think of the why behind your business. You started your business to make a difference in people’s lives; to fill a void in the service market; to have more control over your day; to be your own boss; to work the schedule that works for you. Behind all of that is....MONEY. It takes money to serve your clientele and it takes money to put food in your mouth. Keeping your books lets you know where your business stands financially.

Second, realize that only once you know where you are starting from can you develop a map for where you want to go. Bookkeeping produces the tools to help you make decisions on when to invest in something for your business. It can also help you say no when your spontaneous friend says ‘Let’s go to Bermuda for the weekend!!!” and your bank account says yes you can (today) but those bills coming next week say WAIT. And it can help you plan how many more clients you need to see, or if group coaching might make more sense, or maybe offer a new product/service to increase your income.

Third, if you are not keeping current on your bookkeeping, you are paying too much to have your taxes done. Ah-ha, FitMoneyCoach, I got you there! I do my own taxes! Oh yeah? And how pleasant was it spending hours going through a year’s worth of receipts? Not all costs are financial. But if you’re using a paid preparer and that person has to create your books in order to do your taxes, you are running up the clock and paying more than you would if you walked in with a set of financials.

Listen. You don’t have to do it forever. It can be the first thing you farm out when you get yourself established. But you do need to learn how to read financial statements for decision making. I can help with that.

I started working 3 days after I moved to Canada, I worked in a franchise gym, the most well known gym in British Columbia. Through the 5 years I have learned a lot about sales and service. As I reached a point in my career, I realized service is more important to me than sales. So I left the big gym for a small local gym and a few of my clients came with me. 
The next 2 years after that I spent all my energy on building a community of clients who love being fit and love to learn new things. In return I was energized by their belief in me and my method. سه روز بعد از اينكه وارد كانادا شدم شروع به كار در يك باشگاه چندين شعبه اى كردم. ٥ سال اونجا بودم، خيلى چيزا يادگرفتم، از جمله فروش و كار سرويس به مردم. به مرور فهميدم سرويس براى من به مراتب با ارزش تَر از فروش است. پس از اون باشگاه بيرون اومدم و به يك باشگاه كوچك رفتم. تعدادى از شاگردانم با من اومدن. دو سال از اون تاريخ تمام انرژى ام رو قرار دادم روى ساختن يك جامعه كوچك كه علاقه به سالم زيستى و زندگى بهتر داشته باشد. در عوض من هم از اعتماد آنها به من انرژى گرفتم و رشد كردم. بعد از اون باشگاه كوچك خودم رو باز كردم و اونجا بود كه تونستم خانه اى بسازم براى خودم و آنهايى كه مى خوان پيشرفت كنند و كارهاى جديد ياد بگيرن و كيفيت زندگى شون رو افزايش بدند...هر روز براى اين تلاش مى كنم.

There are many benefits to having a personal trainer. In this case, having  a personal trainer led to better improvements in lean body mass, strength, and VO2 max when compared to training alone. Having the proper guidance could be a key factor when it comes to optimizing training and nutrition. ⁣

It is also important that trainers remain up to date with the current literature as this field is ever changing. One thing that will help with this is to keep and open mind and open heart. There’s a lot of misunderstanding and fear about exercising with arthritis not only from those with it but also from many healthcare professionals.

Many doctors and therapists advise and advocate rest and avoidance for those with arthritis when in fact this could cause more pain and disability.

Although more research is needed, there is a growing body of evidenced that shows exercise can significantly improve pain and disability in those with arthritis due to many factors.

Not only does exercise increase muscle strength, reduce inflammation, help with weight loss, and enhance positive psychological factors!

Exercise can also stimulate stalled or reduced regenerative processes and help improve joint cartilage composition.

Als ich 2005 mit meinem Studium begonnen habe, hatte ich keine wirkliche Vorstellung wohin mich das eines Tages führen wird. 🧐 Während der Studienzeit war ich zunächst nebenberuflich als #Trainer tätig. 🏋️‍♀️ 2010 konnte ich mir den Traum eines eigenen #personaltraining Studios verwirklichen. Mittlerweile sind einige #functionaltraining Tools aus der PAT Schmiede auf dem Markt. Werkzeug 🛠 
Aber nach wie vor bin und arbeite ich als #Personaltrainer in #München.
Und das liebe ich 💙
Ich möchte an dieser Stelle allen danken, die mich seit Jahren unterstützen und mich immer wieder gerade in schwierigen Zeiten gepusht haben. 🙏
