This place is generous with piling on the meats and the herbs & accoutrements were fresh AF. What's your favorite pho spot?

For the record: we could never stop eating the wood fired dough from @thejonesokc and die happy from a carb coma. This fresh baked chewy bread is the best part of the Dips + Spreads appetizer, so imagine our DELIGHT when we saw it featured with the new Fall menu item: SHAKSHUKA! 🍅🧅🧄🍳 oven roasted ratatouille + egg, cotija cheese, wood-fired dough.

🍺Tulsa's brewery scene is legit, and we were thrilled to roll deep with the #takeabiteok crew to several over the weekend! 🍺 Check out this REESE'S STOUT. That's right. @cabinboysbrewery is pouring an 8.7% stout that's been aged on 20 POUNDS of @reeses PEANUT BUTTER CUPS. Holy moly. It's smooth, chocolaty, peanut buttery heaven. 🥜🥜🥜

There are good burritos, then there are great burritos like the CALI-JUAN BURRITO from @chosenjuan_okc! This beast of a 'rito comes loaded with 8-hr slow-roasted barbacoa, beans, rice, QUESO 🧀, French fries 🍟, onions, cilantro, crema, and salsa!

Do you know about LOCO MOCO?! One of our best friends is from the Big Island and introduced us to this Hawaiian comfort food over a decade ago! Now, everyone can experience Loco Mocos at @shaka_okc at @thecollectiveokc! Seasoned beef patty with sauteed onions and mushrooms topped with a fried egg 🍳smothered in brown gravy over white rice. Served with a side of creamy mac salad. So so good. 🤙

I'm always craving savory, so the BBQ PULLED PORK from @ohbabyokc is exactly what I needed (Pulled pork & BBQ sauce topped with fried onion strings, mango habanero chutney and a slice of candied bacon 🥓). For those times I do have a sweet tooth, the 🍌BANANAS FOSTER🍌 with that buttery liqueur sauce can't be beat! Which is your favorite Dutch baby? I wanna know! -Phi

Despite returning home to a freezing cold OKC, I didn't hesitate to celebrate my first meal back with 🍍DOLE WHIP MARGARITAS🍍 from @mexicanradiookc! My good friend & #takeabiteok Supper Clubber @kari_collier03 has been dying to get her #mexrad on, so I got the group together for tacos & margs! Mexican Radio has the BEST COCKTAILS, and this Dole Whip Marg with a Fruity Pebble salt rim is the BEST EVER! Have you had one yet? What do you think?! -Phi

Do you know about LOCO MOCO?! One of our best friends is from the Big Island and introduced us to this Hawaiian comfort food over a decade ago! Now, everyone can experience Loco Mocos at @shaka_okc at @thecollectiveokc! Seasoned beef patty with sauteed onions and mushrooms topped with a fried egg 🍳smothered in brown gravy over white rice. Served with a side of creamy mac salad. So so good. 🤙
