I always get the question, “How do you stay fit and run your food page!?” I want to be as transparent as possible with you guys! I try my BEST to not eat out during the week and do all of my content creation on the weekends. If I do have a shoot during the week, I taste absolutely everything on the table but do not overindulge. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, so I aim to workout at least 4-5 days per week! Now that I’m working a 9-5, my schedule is pretty wild, (I’m not going to lie) so I just started incorporating a meal prep company for 2 meals of my day during the week and it’s AMAZING! 🙌🏼💯

Far from my best looking squat but nonetheless the best I've felt in many months.  I literally was walking with a cane the entire previous week for the first time in many years.  I'm progressively feeling more comfortable with less pain each day I train and start my last block heading into #rawnationals2019. -

Deadlifts from today and squats from yesterday. Deadlifts were 505x3, then after my body is wrecked I had to do 455x5x3. Squats yesterday were 385x5x4. #chadbot #juggernautai .

If you want to utilize your strength, you will need to be patient with your extension. Remember there is a sequence in the movement and we need to learn how to complete each step. If you rush to get under the bar, you will be wasting your true potential.

Squat depth is on point 👌 I can't put weight on my shoulder  or hold the bar correctly  so imma gonna forget about the weight and focus on form 👌 Did some German volume training 10 sets of 10 squats, weighted bridge, walking lunge, deadlifts (5 reps only) and weighted crunches

Algo que percebo nas academias é os treinos de glúteos não renderem como deveriam.
 Não sabe onde está o problema??
⚠️O simples ato de passar o dia sentado pode ser o teu problema, pelo simples fato, gerando uma falta de estímulo neural para o glúteo.
✅Uma dica que posso dar a vocês: imagine que está segurando uma caneta entre as tuas nádegas e que essa caneta não pode cair em hipótese alguma durante todo o movimento.
Testa isso nos exercícios e depois me fala como foi, tenho certeza que tua musculatura vai tremer de tanta emoção durante o treino🤣.(video1) ⚠️Claro que isso não vai ser a solução para os teus problemas, mas tenho certeza que vai gerar um estímulo maior para os teus glúteos!

Starting a new strength program primarily focused on high bar squats.

I find low bar with a wide stance allows my body to move more weight, but lacks tension on my quads. Which is is the primary reason for why I squat. 
Switching to high bar has dropped my 1 rep max almost 100lbs. This hurts a little bit 😥

Goal is to move 3 plates for 1 rep in 8 weeks. 
Wish me luck.

Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

Last night, I basically crawled out of the gym and even that wasn’t comfortable😅 For the first time, I did a legs and shoulders day, which was a low key full body workout if you think about it. This day beat me up hard and it was at the end of the work day. I’m sure if I had done it early in the morning it might’ve been easier but this kicked my butt. But this life is all about challenging yourself to open new doors💪🏽👊🏽

Did my mock meet today and while I’m not thrilled with the results, they were about what I expected. 2nd and 3rd attempts shown.
Squats-390/410/425-10lb all time PR
Bench-235/250/260-X (hips left the bench and Dan helped a little)
Deadlift-455/480/500-X 5lb PR over my best Pull with a deadlift bar. I think I could have hit 490 or 500 if I had done deadlifts by themselves
Thanks to @thefitferret for coming out and helping! Had a blast even though I’m ready for sleep now.
