💪リーニングサイドレイズ💪
をご紹介します!!
サイドレイズは両手を羽ばたくように広げる種目です😉
リーニングサイドレイズは柱やケーブルマシンに掴まって、片腕ずつ行います!

通常のサイドレイズとの違いはズバリ!負荷のかかり方です!
通常ですと、腕が下がってきて腰に近づいていくと負荷が小さくなっていくのですが、可動域が大きくなっているので、負荷が抜けきるゾーンが狭いです⭐︎さらに上方に向かっていく時も、通常は僧帽筋に効きがちですが、この種目ではしっかりと三角筋前部及び中部に効いてくれます!

つまり、もっとしっかりと三角筋への刺激を与えたい!!という人にオススメです!
腕を真横に開くのもよし!少し前気味に曲げるのもよし!いろんなバリエーションがあるので気になる点は、スタッフまでp(^_^)q

をご紹介します!!
サイドレイズは両手を羽ばたくように広げる種目です😉
リーニングサイドレイズは柱やケーブルマシンに掴まって、片腕ずつ行います!

通常のサイドレイズとの違いはズバリ!負荷のかかり方です!

Targeting upper body with my main focus being to burn the shoulders, because I was feeling it! 💪🏼😍

I have been just listening to my body and working out whatever I am feeling like working out! I am really enjoying the less structured workout split! 👍🏼

من مطمعنم خيلي ها اين مشكل رو دارن و خيلي ها نميدونن اين مشكل چي هست ؟؟

اگر به این تمرینات توجه نکنین قطعا مشکلات تاندونی شانه سراغتون میاد بدون اینکه بفهمین ،آهسته و پیوسته میاد میشینه روی شونه های قشنگتون🥴🤒 ً
🏋️‍♀️ ‌کراسفیتر های عزیز این آسیب واسه شما کمین کرده ،پس حتما قبل از شروع ورزش این تمرینات رو انجام بدین ،واسه منم دعا کنین که یادتون دادم 💪😁 ‌
