Chesticles - so @dream_fishing_lifestyle_ suggested I try putting plates under my feet whilst chest pressing and I have to say- it’s perfect for me- I always have a habit of switching my feet about when I’m doing this- I’ve no idea why, but it helps being closer to the floor so if your short like me and the bench feels too high, it gives you something to push against! Give it a try- 👌🏼

Being AFRAID TO FAIL is detrimental to our growth! When I started to take life’s challenges head on with a purpose and a plan, I began to see a different ME.
