How to perform the exercise:
👉Grab dumbbell with the same hand as the foot you are standing on and keep the leg you are standing on slightly bent.
👉With your back flat, shoulders straight and chest up, bend forward and lift your back leg until you feel a stretch in the hamstring of the leg you are standing on- (in a teeter-totter fashion).

Demasiado caos en esa biblioteca que llamamos mente y demasiada prisa por poner cada pensamiento en su cajón.

Difícil reto para quien no sabe que cajones colocar primero…

Cajones llenos que parecen demasiado vacíos y cajones vacíos que no sabes con que pensamientos llenar…
.
En las esquinas ya se amontonan de esos libros descatalogados en los que pierdes demasiado tiempo en releer una y otra vez. Los nuevos ya no parecen tan nuevos y han perdido esa ilusión después leer un par de páginas. .
Mi objetivo es claro, confiar en el camino y sigue ese libro por el que lucho aunque este leyendo un capitulo aburrido.. confia en que el final valdrá la pena.

When training biceps make sure you work the brachialis. It can be hard because it's not always visible. But the brachialis, when mass is added, pushes the bicep out. Which in theory gives you bigger looking arms. Hammer curls, rope hammer curls. Pretty much any exercise where your palms are in a neutral position (thumbs facing up) will hit that muscle.

Fitness isn’t everything but it’s a huge portion of my life. I love the challenge, the mental game and the results that can be achieved simply by overcoming & pushing past my comfort zone. If you’re watching these videos and want to start but think you have to be in the gym 5 days a week and eat incredibly clean, think again. Why do most New Years resolutions fail? Because they’re too drastic. Don’t even THINK about starting 5 days a week in the gym if you haven’t in a while or ever even stepped foot in one. You need to start with baby steps. Try 1-2 days a week at first. Go for 30-45 minutes. And then increase frequency from there. Listen to your body. If you’re too sore and absolutely cannot make it, don’t go. Same with the diet side of things. Start slow. Sometimes I feel that the fitness industry & social media ruins it for those who may not be DEVOTED to fitness and just want to do it to stay in shape. We see these “after” physiques (which most of the time are attained through performance enhancing substances) and we think “that’ll never be me, and I’ll never achieve half of that”. Don’t worry about being “perfect” just get into it and try and make it a habit. Once you get some skin in the game with it, you might just fall in love with the process and it’ll come as second nature. This apples to all aspects in life. JUST START. .
