I often ask myself, all this stuff I practice and bang on about. What about all those suffering in Yemen/ Syria / Libya and much of Africa ? The conclusion I came to and expressed to a friend yesterday is this :
I don’t think the suffering in the world means we hold our hands up and say lives cannot be improved.
Bad things happen to good people, we see that all the time. But, we have also seen people in the worst conditions overcome their circumstances. Of course the world is plagued by  horrendous things, but when we can fully step into our personal power (each of us individually) we are also then able to extend ourselves in service to improve conditions for others around us, even if only a little.
Kindness begets kindness 🙏❤️

Working the weaknesses this week....toes to bar 💪🏻 It’s been a while since I’ve linked these babies together and it all went to 💩 in the wod today but I’ll take it!! 😂🙌🏻 now I need to try and stop violently throwing my head through, is it any wonder I hurt myself??!! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂🙌🏻

Oggi vi propongo la colazione dell’altro giorno condivisa in storia. Perfetta per quando si è di fretta, da accoppiare a del buon burro di mandorle e uno shaker proteico. Queste cialde belghe sono un’esplosione di gusto, molto simili ai waffle, ma ATTENZIONE.... non contengono zuccheri!!! E già, perché fanno parte della linea GUILT-FREE @prozisitalia (contro i sensi di colpa). Ottime da usare anche per la base di una cheesecake, non vi deluderanno 😜. In commercio quelli freschi hanno un costo bello alto rispetto alla quantità offerta, quindi per le preparazioni utilizzo spesso anche quelli surgelati (sempre controllando👀 derivazione e ingredienti)
Sono ricchissimi di vitamine, antiossidanti e sali minerali.. Nei giorni scorsi ho provato a fare diversi impasti per trovare questa fantastica ricetta🔝
Sono morbidissimi e facili da fare.
Possono essere preparati la sera prima e tenuti in frigo massimo due giorni.

"¿ÉTICA PROFESIONAL?". Quizás uno no haya elegido el camino, la forma, la manera o la vía adecuada en este ámbito profesional para hacerse de oro o al menos tener un BMW en la puerta, pero puedo asegurar que he elegido el camino que a nivel personal y sobre todo profesional.. ¡ME LLENA!. Posiblemente si me dedicara a hacer el mono en las redes sociales, grabar videos hablando sobre aquello que ni tan siquiera entiendo o exponiendo mis comidas fuera de dieta para subirlos a YouTube o por que no, la opción más socorrida ahora mismo, coger mi físico mediocre e irme a el Mercadona más cercano de mi casa a contaros que podéis y que no podéis comer utilizando esa socorrida etiqueta de "Apto / No Apto".. Que queréis que os diga, prefiero seguir teniendo un SEAT en la puerta y poder decir que estoy orgulloso de quien soy a nivel personal y sobre todo a nivel PROFESIONAL, prefiero invertir el tiempo necesario en cada cliente, individualizar, planificar por objetivos, posibilidades y prioridades, seguir sumando experiencia y conocimientos día a día, intentar ser y ofrecer el mejor servicio posible, por que uno no es quien dice o aparenta ser, si no aquello que hace por ser y aquí siempre hemos tenido claro que no hay otra opción que grabarse a fuego aquello a lo que llamamos "ÉTICA PROFESIONAL". My 'throw any leftovers from the fridge in a bowl lunch', that occurs pretty much, every, single, day.. and I lOVE it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This bowl had leftover curry, baked pumpkin, zucchini, and parsnips, 1/2 avocado, my creamy cheesy but green sauce and lotsaaa spinach.

This is the most popular recipe from the 3rd Edition of The Meal Prep Manual digital cookbooks. In this dish I use chicken breasts which is a change up from my usual chicken thighs. You could certainly use chicken thighs in this recipe and it would probably come out better but you know, variety or whatever. When I cook chicken breast for meal prepping I don’t like to cut it into chunks like I do with the thighs. There isn’t enough fat in the breasts to stay moist enough after cutting and leaving it in a bigger piece helps it retain some moisture as long as you don’t overcook it. To prevent overcooking, I like to butterfly the breast or pound it to about 1/4” thickness so it cooks more evenly. ⁣

When cooking watery vegetables like zucchini I find it works best to cook them just until they start to soften up. You have to remember these meals will be reheated in the microwave so you don’t want to cook them too much the first time through otherwise they are going to be mush. ⁣
