Didn’t make it to the gym this morning so I thought I’d play around with some plank holds...Note: I hate planks😆 but they get me so good. 2 minutes is all it took🔥

Instead of having an “All or Nothing” state of mind...Work on having a “Something is better than Nothing” attitude and I can guarantee you will feel so much better!

Coming from someone who’s done this all her life🙈 When I changed my thought process and stopped expecting perfection is when I began to see real change.
.
There is always a way to get in some type of movement whether it be 2 hours or even just 5-10 minutes! Whatever you do, just make it count...And be proud of every step you take.

Sooo...How about a little Monday Challenge? To every single one of you reading this I challenge you to drop down and do a plank & hold it as long as possible, and if you’re really feeling spontaneous do it a few times😝 Really it will only take up a few minutes out of your day! Then drop an emoji after you’ve done it...I’m watching you😉

Macro Monday?! Is that a thing???? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤗🌮🌯
When we are on a diet or weight loss journey going out to eat can be scary, but it doesn’t need to be. 
This meal was absolutely delicious and with a few modifications from the menu version so that it fit perfectly in my macros for the day. .

So here’s how I order when I go out to eat: 
1. Start with protein. For me it’s usually chicken, because I can eyeball the portion size if it isn’t laid out for me on the menu. 
2. Read the description of the item. If it’s cooked in oil, ask for no oil. If it come with rice and beans ask for no rice and beans (what I did above). 3. Track everything before you order it. Why? That way you won’t have an “oh shit” moment when you get food that you didn’t plan and now it doesn’t fit your day.

Enjoy your life. Tracking isn’t hard or scary. Take time and create a plan. The hard part is when you don’t have a plan and then are trying to make it up as you go.

Most days, I put myself together before heading to the gym. I feel better with a touch of make-up on and my hair in a cute, well-styled ponytail. I love the confidence of feeling like my cutest and most beautiful self! #confidenceisbeauty 
But some days? Morning cuddles in the “big bed” run long, we dawdle and play over breakfast, and the time I should spend getting ready is spent in a tickle-fest on the living room floor. #momlife #thebestlife

On those magical days, instead of skipping my workout because I don’t have time to get ready properly, I remind myself that showing up is what counts. #noexcuses 
So today I showed up at the gym rocking a baseball hat (monogrammed of course) and the remains of yesterday’s lip stain (impressive lasting power @younique_corporate!). I got an amazing workout in, Abigail got to play with her friends, and we both enjoyed a special morning of extra snuggles. #winning 
Sometimes beauty is found in a shade of lipstick or the perfect lashes. But sometimes it is found in your priorities. #whatreallymatters

Before every race the nerves set in. For me it doesn't matter the distance-3.1 miles, 13. 1 miles or 26.2 miles; I'm nervous before each and every race. 
However, check out who always has my back. ❤

Så blev det endelig tid til at løfte sløret for hvem jeg skal møde i ringen d. 7/9 til @stjerneboksning Ingen ringere end @tinavilbrand100  Der er dømt Robinson fight for alle pengene. Jeg har den dybeste respekt for Tina og jeg ved, at hun vil det lige så meget som jeg🥊En modstander jeg bestemt ikke undervurderer. Jeg glæder mig helt vildt til, at stå i ringen og give den alt hvad jeg har.
