Definitely seeing some minimal gains up top and couldn’t be happier. But in reality, I am dying to get back to my leg days. It 100 % BLOWS. I know there’s some lifts I just won’t be able to do anymore without pain and once I get back in, slowlllllly making my way back to where my strength was (sucks) but it will all come together in the end. It Wasn't Always Like This. This was so far outside the realm of possibility years ago. I had no clue just how far I could push my body and mind. Who would love to see this match up next year at NGA Pro/Am P4P Undefeated Natural Championships 3? I’m a big fan of both of these amazing competitors and I would love to see this go down right here in their home state. I have always been a big fight fan and I can vividly remember many huge fights where two champions collided to crown the unified, undisputed champion.
I know there are many other pros that could challenge for the title as well. I know it’s early still, but if we get confirmation that either of these two are in the lineup next year, there will be a title defense bonus in play on top of guaranteed prize money. If they defend, they get the money. If someone knocks off the champ, they take the bonus.

Mettendo a confront : hip thrust - squat- stacco rumeno.
L'attivazione è più elevata ( come si era già evidenziato da studi precedenti ) negli hip thrust ma le differenze si riducono molto quando salgono i carichi allenanti .
Cosa dobbiamo dedurne?!? 1) Come noi addetti ai lavori ( non tutti ) predichiamo da tempo, per un attivazione proficua dei glutei nello squat e negli stacchi abbiano bisogno di carichi "importanti" (reps da 6-8)
2) Negli hip thrust possiamo invece utilizzare una gamma molta ampia di reps per utlizzare le fibre muscolari in tutta la loro composizione ( variare carichi e reps dalle 6-8 alle 15-20 )

Cosa dobbiamo dedurne?!? 1) Come noi addetti ai lavori ( non tutti ) predichiamo da tempo, per un attivazione proficua dei glutei nello squat e negli stacchi abbiano bisogno di carichi "importanti" (reps da 6-8)
2) Negli hip thrust possiamo invece utilizzare una gamma molta ampia di reps per utlizzare le fibre muscolari in tutta la loro composizione ( variare carichi e reps dalle 6-8 alle 15-20 )

Sono ritornato ad allenarmi dopo due anni di stop dall'allenamento principalmente per via di un infortunio ma anche per impegni come formazione, corsi, esperienza pratica e teorica, stage, tirocini e tanto altro.

So much has happened in these 7 weeks! So much that most people would have quit. If you're not trusting the process, not focused on planting the seed, and not building a good foundation you'll never be around long enough to reap the reward. Nothing worth having or doing happens over night. When you realize WHY you're doing something or what you want out of the journey you'll be unstoppable. Whatever it is that you want to accomplish....just start and fail forward. You're going to mess up. You're going to trust people that will let you down. You're going to be exhausted. You're going to be talked about behind your back about the decisions you have to make. It's not going to be a walk in the park but if you stay the course long enough your hard work will payoff. I'm never going to quit or bet against myself. One day at a time.....

Anos de diferença entre as fotos. Não tem comparação porque são processos diferentes, em ambos estava numa fase muito boa fisicamente. À esquerda o foco era a performance, treino de força, aumentar a carga ao meu máximo nos 3 Bigs, Squat, Terra e Supino e corria muito também, estava numa fase de me desafiar fisicamente mas nunca a pensar no que resultaria no lado estético, era uma consequência. Neste momento, foto da direita o objectivo é estético, equilíbrio e harmonia corporal com objectivo de competição numa categoria com exigências específicas, claro levado ao extremo da intensidade também. Em ambas as fases a alimentação é regrada, a minha alimentação nunca variou muito, apenas as quantidades são diferentes e agora bastante mais controladas. Gosto dos dois objetivos, adoro trabalho de força, mas este está a ser surpreendente por juntar vários factores de aprendizagem e desafio, estou apaixonada😅😂 identifico este, o objectivo estético, como a procura da maioria das mulheres com que trabalho e lido identificando vários "erros" praticados nos treinos e alimentação que vão ignorantemente contra o resultado individual. A paciência e confiança no processo para esperar😅 e fisicamente, a linha de cintura e o trabalho dos membros superiores são as maiores aprendizagens que tenho tido com o meu Mega Coach @antonio2korpus, é um Mestre🙌 mais uma vez, que sorte que tenho 🙏 Obrigado. #bodytransformations #sexyisthenewstrong #sexyisthecode #naturalbodybuilding

I probably had one of the most boring post-show meals you’ve ever seen 😂

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been asked a lot, “What are you going to eat after you come off stage?!” And the honest answer is that I just want an untracked, unmeasured, not-weighed-out protein and veggie meal!

Because of flexible dieting and the diet breaks I’ve had these last 41 weeks, I’ve been able to “fit in” a lot of foods that I enjoy, and never felt really deprived. I still eat peanut butter, chocolate, bread, red meat - things that a lot of bodybuilders cut out.

But when my carbs dropped super low, I stopped eating Brussels sprouts because they’re a little higher in carbs, and my 2oz. portions of chicken leave me pretty unsatisfied 😂 so the night before my show, I packed a Tupperware WITHOUT the use of a scale, full of my garlic roasted brussels, a hearty portion of grilled chicken #TeamMeat, and brought along my favorite sugar free BBQ sauce. I washed it down with a Victory and enjoyed a few @bitefuel protein cookies and @stackdpancakes samples. I was full but not stuffed, and satisfied.

Don’t get me wrong - a burger, fries, brownie, and ice cream would have been delicious! But because of the balance I was able to incorporate during my prep, I wasn’t STARVING for that. Ho pensato a questa scheda come il miglior compromesso fra stimoli di forza e ipertrofici per tutti coloro che hanno messo piede da poco in palestra ed hanno ben poca idea sul come muoversi. La multifrequenza che è alla base di questo programma è pensata come uno schema A-B-A-B, quindi 4 allenamenti settimanali con un volume allenante per distretto muscolare medio, ma ben spalmato durante la settimana. Gli obiettivi principali del programma sono:
• aumentare i carichi sugli esercizi multiarticolari ( se aumentano anche negli altri esercizi meglio ancora!)
• affinare la tecnica nelle alzate di forza (senza una tecnica adeguata gestire ripetizioni sotto alle 5 è follia)
• imparare a gestire il peso durante le fasi negative delle ripetizioni • abituare il snc ad uno stimolo da carichi submassimali
• abituare il corpo ad un buon volume di allenamento
• imparare a gestire tempi di recupero proporzionati al lavoro neuromuscolare
Ricordate sempre di chiedere un parere esterno al vostro per quanto riguarda la corretta esecuzione di ogni esercizio, molte volte da soli risulta impossibile accorgersi di errori che con il tempo possono portare ad infortuni più o meno gravi.

At Busan Children's Grand Park, doing a hike there called Beakyangsan. It was my off day from the gym, but along the way I came across this little outdoor gym with a good amount of equipment... This gym was almost an hour into the hike in the middle of the forest. Couldn't ask for a more unique gym session than that!

Do you guys have strategies to have better workouts, or get better pumps?

I’ll let you in on one; take a teaspoon of salt with plenty of water 30-45 minutes before your workout, and wear a hoodie/long sleeve through your first couple of sets of the day. .

Take your sweatshirt off and see what’s up! 😎 Front-loading sodium increases blood volume, and temporarily draws a little bit of extra fluid into your bloodstream, making the pump insane 👊🏻 This only works if you’ve been hydrating properly throughout the day so make sure to drink plenty of 💧 before trying this out. .

Gestern ging ein weiteres, überragendes (und sehr anstrengendes 😴) Wettkampfwochende zuende.

Die 16. Deutsche Meisterschaft der @gnbf_ev war ein Wettkampf der Superlative mit über 300 Teilnehmern, grob geschätz fünfmal sovielen Besuchern und ~15Std. Wettkampfaktion 💪🏻. •
War wieder mega geil so viele Top-Athleten auf der Bühne zu sehen und sich auszutauschen 🙏🏻!

So recently I started doing only Single leg movements on leg day. The reason I made the switch is I realised that one of my legs were stronger and sadly bigger than the other and started taking more of the brute weight of the exercise.⁣⁣

like over 70% when squatting/pressing.. ⁣⁣
which is not ideal 😬⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This little adjustment in my workout program will not only help me be able to get stronger again but also build synergy through my whole body. If you do not address these issues they can become worse and worse and indefinitely lead to injuries/muscle imbalances through your whole kinetic chain ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I have been dealing with this issue for awhile and me being stubborn I neglected the root cause of the issue and thought I could just mentally “push more” on that given side. But with all my efforts since the weaker leg didn’t have the direct stimulus/mind muscle connection and had muscles that just weren’t firing properly nothing seemed to change.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I reassessed this issue and decided that I need to go back to “the basics” and focus on more mind muscle connection with light/moderate weight. Which I am happy to say after doing this for 2 weeks. I have noticed an increase in leg development (gaining size) on the lagging side and And feel more mind muscle connection than I have in a long time! ⁣⁣

I will continue doing this for at least a month or two and then go back to double leg movements and start working on my strength which I lost through out these past few years. I’ll save this topic for a different day ⁣⁣
