Nu är det dags att lägga i en högre växel! Jag är nu åter uppe på startvikt och jag förstår inte varför. Jag har därför, efter att ha pratat med en kompis i helgen, tänkt göra en håranalys och ta andra prover för att veta startläget. Took a day off from the elliptical, but I still put in the work!

I had a shift at the store today, ate well, came home & worked in the yard for and hour and a half. Tomorrow I'll be back on the elliptical, I just wanted a little change of pace. I finished the day with 8,500 steps and I'm feeling good.

I know this journey has a lot of ebbs and flows in it, and right now I feel motivated. I like that I'm waking up earlier to accomplish goals I have. I like that I'm pushing myself on the elliptical. I like that even on days I don't workout, I'm still "active" by doing something to move my body. It took me a while to get here and I'm proud of the person and habits I'm developing. I could definitely get used to a lifestyle like this ❤️

Made a tiny new friend at the track tonight. He seems like a baby out of his nest maybe? I tried to “help” him by picking him up, but judging by the volume and intensity of his screeching at me, he didn’t want help. Wonder what kind he is? “Lemon Bars” my fat #%*! This was a recipe I found that turned Into a flop. Everything got absorbed by the crust part so it was a weird lemon brownie that wasn’t really sweet. But did I eat the whole pan? Eventually yes hahaha.
I’m leaving for the beach this Saturday to stay for a week! So I just wanted to take a minute and announce that as of today, I have completely cancelled my WW membership. I initially started WW back in February and, up until July 4th, had tried to do the whole WW thing (thus this account was born). I struggled hard with it and I struggled OFTEN. Now needless to say, this is not a bash to the science and community of WW, but simply the inability of it to adapt to my personal lifestyle. I recognize that most of my followers follow WW, so if you no longer wish to follow my journey now that I have gone to MyFitnessPal, that’s perfectly fine! I really want this account to be a reflection of the things that I do, so I will no longer be posting point values of the things that I make/have. This has been a hard, but necessary decision for my personal journey. Adios WW and now back to my tried and true, @myfitnesspal. Happy Sunday everyone!

Y’all this school thing has threw me for a loop. 😩 I forgot how hard it was and how much time and energy it takes.  Honestly I’m completely exhausted and all I’ve done is study. 🤦🏻‍♀️😱

Today’s breakfast wasn’t very pretty but it hit the spot and macros just right 👌🏼 I finished up the leftover pork belly (2.5oz) and the uncurled ham (2oz) then paired that with 1oz of mozzarella sandwiched in between two scrambled eggs. Not the prettiest but my tummy is the happiest 😻

If you only worry about the numbers, then you are missing out 😱. For example, both the chicken and rice and the nutty bar are 320 calories. But one is much more filling and nutritious for the body! Yes, it’s the chicken dish 🤫 .

Do calories matter? Yes. BUT, your body needs nutrients. This especially if you have a fitness or health goal .

If you plan to only count calories and eat whatever you want, you can and probably will be left hungry, lethargic, and lacking essential vitamins and nutrients that your body needs just or function .

DIET❤🥬🍩🥦🍕🍓🌮 I have had a bad relationship with food a large majority of my life. It's no ones fault but my own. I am an emotional eater and I've always held in emotions🤷‍♀️ When I began my fitness journey I ate clean, which was great since I lost weight... but I neglected to face my relationship with food. I was able to neglect that relationship for months, all the way up to 3 months ago! How insane is that!? Yall thought I was eating healthy with a smile on huh😜 Nope. I wanted DONUTS💕🍩, pizza, burgers, candy, etc. So I would have cheat meals, that should work right? NOT FOR ME. I hit a plateau from March to end of May, why!? I was intuitively eating with a cheat meal once a week. That works for people, it does! But not for an individual who has no knowledge of food and a history of a bad relationship with food. .
Tracking. Tracking has kicked me out of my plateau. If myfitnesspal was a person, I'd hug them🤗. I have learned so much from portion sizes, nutritional value, and how to have a sustainable healthy lifestyle! For example, this evening I had calories and macros left for 2 DONUTS🍩😦 WHAT!?

A healthy lifestyle is not easy. But I have advice from a girl who has learned from mistakes: • DRINK WATER🥤: I have found sometimes my body just needs water, not food.
• PLAN PLAN PLAN📝, PREP PREP PREP🛒🥘: it does not need to be every meal (if you do all meals that is amazing!), but choose the meal you struggle with most. I choose lunch since my work has a big cafe that tempts me.
• TRACK📱: I track everything, except for fruits and vegetables (some people may come at me for that because fruit has sugar and vegetables have carbs). Honestly aside from the results I get, I've learned how much food I DONT NEED, like extra salad dressing, extra coffee creamer, extra milk😦 • LEARN TO SAY NO THANKS TO TEMTAPTIONS🚫: Think is it worth it? Did you plan for it? Is there a better option? Begin looking at your healthier food in a positive light, it gives you more energy, fuels your workouts, you can make it yummy! .
80% of results are from your diet, dont let your hard work in the gym be cancelled from a  neglected diet💕 YOU CAN DO IT!😀💪👊

Those dinner where you just throw a bunch of stuff together and call it a day!! Tonight I was definitely craving some cheesy pasta!! I love this pasta from @catelli because it contains 5 different types of greens to get a good source of veggies into your meal. This super green fusilli pasta contains spinach, broccoli, zucchini, kale, and chard. The ultimate veggie pasta that’s big on nutrients like vitamin A, potassium, fibre, iron, and calcium. It is cholesterol free, a high source of fibre, and low in fat and sodium. dEATS below:
- 1 cup of super greens fusili pasta (300 cals)
- Sliced up chicken

Spicy crispy chickpea with lemon jasmine rice, grilled bbq flavored chicken breast and lemon brussel sprouts! Wow this meal was 🤤🤤🤤😍😍😍😍 in my opinion wow! Ok I’ve posted this meal on my story and immediately I’ve gotten many many dm about how I cooked it all! Ok so here it goes! I used @goyafoods organic chick pea, drain the chick pea, rinse them, post rinsing them, place paper towel and spread them out either a) let them dry a bit or get a second paper towel and blot them(careful don’t break them) then spice them up, I used smoked paprika, red pepper, garlic powder and fajita mix, then I sprayed the pan with pan and fried them til crispy (now the trick is, once u see them being crispy, let them cool off for 5 min, this will force them crisper up even more mmm mmmm mmmm 🤤🤤🤤), next cake the jasmine rice, I used the rice cooker, squeezed lemon and sprinkled black pepper, then came the chicken breast, grilled it with bbq sauce, and brussel sprouts were pan fried with white onion and lemon and pink salt! When combine all this was AMAZING. Simple meals tend to pack a punch with all the spices 😊

🤔 So weird! My body fat percentage is down from last week, but I’m up 6 ounces. There are no other changes to my stats so what gives...? Is this the whosh beginning? The Ben & Jerry’s I had on Monday...?I’m beefing up my running routine, could this be the reason for the slight gain...? Maybe I’m just overthinking it and need to chill- it’s 6 darn ounces lol😅!⁣⁣

It’s been one adventure after another with this little business ✈️🚗 From Indianapolis 🏁 to New Orleans and paid for cruises ⚓️ We’ve had our fair share of memorable experiences together ❤️ Some trips to build my business and some to celebrate my little business and of course many in between on our own funded in part by my little hobby 💪🏻 Of course without my part time side income we’d still be able to take vacations and have a fun summer ☀️ but I will tell you it is all so much easier to juggle when you don’t have to dip into the savings 💰 this little fitness hobby of mine helps pay for so many of the little extras for my family but I have to tell you I was just as skeptical as you when I saw other people saying the same thing. 
I thought sure, it maybe had happened for them but it will definitely NEVER happen for me. But I took a chance ❤️ I knew these programs worked for me, I knew I’d want to help others, so why not take a chance. 
And it’s been beyond anything I could have thought. 
I am no one special.  I have no special training or talents that any of you don't currently possess.  I simply found the ability to believe in myself, to believe in my own dreams, and in turn to believe in the dreams of everyone that I have helped since embarking on the coaching opportunity.

YOU are BRAVER than you believe and YOU are STRONGER than  you think.

It’s been one adventure after another with this little business ✈️🚗 From Indianapolis 🏁 to New Orleans and paid for cruises ⚓️ We’ve had our fair share of memorable experiences together ❤️ Some trips to build my business and some to celebrate my little business and of course many in between on our own funded in part by my little hobby 💪🏻 Of course without my part time side income we’d still be able to take vacations and have a fun summer ☀️ but I will tell you it is all so much easier to juggle when you don’t have to dip into the savings 💰 this little fitness hobby of mine helps pay for so many of the little extras for my family but I have to tell you I was just as skeptical as you when I saw other people saying the same thing.
I thought sure, it maybe had happened for them but it will definitely NEVER happen for me. But I took a chance ❤️ I knew these programs worked for me, I knew I’d want to help others, so why not take a chance.
And it’s been beyond anything I could have thought.

It’s ok to not be ok, it’s ok to admit defeat, it’s ok to ask for help, it’s ok to put yourself first - all of these things I’ve forgotten, especially the last 4 months. I’ve neglected myself so much that my anxiety & depression has spiralled, I’ve developed an eating disorder and I’ve gained 15kg... today I let myself come first - I took myself to the Dr and I’m now on some new medication to try and battle what’s going on inside me. 🦋 I don’t post this for “likes” or sympathy or anything like that... but just as a reminder that ITS OK TO NOT BE OK 🦋

Turkey meatballs 😍 found these pre made meatballs in Tesco for 168 calories for 4. Used them to prep some meals for work this week, total per meal 307 calories. I added 50g of brussel sprouts (26 cals) 100g of broccoli (43 cals) and onion gravy (70 cals). I also managed to get 100 of these meal prep containers on eBay for £8.99 including delivery which is a lot less than you pay for them in supermarkets! 👌🏼

"Do notttt let the uncertainty of “how long will it take” stop you from starting... or staying consistent!! the key is to start.. & don’t stop! i know you want quick results. i know you want to lose 50 pounds in 3 months!! i was like that too.. but let’s be realistic here. give yourself some time. time flies by before you know it anyway. so you cannn possibly lose 15, 20, 30 pounds in 3 months & still be proud asf and closer to your goals! but don’t get upset if you didn’t lose this big ass amount in a short period of time, then quit. and also, don’t get mad that you didn’t lose anything.. when you literally just started this journey, then give up that quick! once i changed my mindset about this being a lifestyle change & not a diet— i honestly stopped tripping off how long it was taking. and actually, it wasn’t that long at all lol. & guess what? my journey still isn’t over!! but im enjoying all the fruits of labor throughout the process. #transformationtuesday.
the before pic wasn’t my heaviest either. my heaviest was 307!! and of course, i deleted and burnt every pic that was taken of me at that time lol.
