This exercise is one of my go to movements on back day. This movement incorporates the lats, rhomboids, rear delts, traps and even the biceps. 
A few tips for beginners
- hold the bar with a supinated grip (palms facing upward) or pronated (palms facing downward)
- Feet shoulder width apart - slight bend in the knees - Bring your torso forward by bending at the waist
- keep your back as straight as possible until you’re parallel to the floor
- drive the weight towards the torso using the elbows to make a better mind muscle connection with the lats
- Squeeze the back muscles as hard as possible for a few seconds before lowering the barbell back to it’s starting position. - repeat for 5-6 sets and 10-12 reps if training for Hypertrophy

🏋🏻‍♀️ESECUZIONE LOW ROW🏋🏻‍♂️

Eccomi di nuovo pronto con dei nuovi video tutorial da mostrarvi!
Oggi vedremo l’esecuzione della LOW ROW, macchinario utile per lo sviluppo  dei dorsali con il coinvolgimento del trapezio, parte centrale del schiena e parte posteriore del deltoide.
.
Di seguito gli errori più commessi in palestra:
1- l’ impugnatura troppo alta che crea di conseguenza una cattiva attivazione di tutti i muscoli dorsali, poiché si tenderá a tirare utilizzando maggiormente le braccia invece che remare con i dorsali.
2- l’eccessivo stress dei trapezi, dovuta alla poca percezione della zona sopratutto nelle persone non allenate, ed essendo un muscolo su cui  carichiamo già la maggior parte delle tensioni durante le nostra vita all’inizio si farà fatica a disattivare.
3- il movimento troppo veloce e poco controllato, unito spesso ad una iperestensione delle braccia ed una nulla adduzione delle scapole nel punto finale.
.
Il consiglio che vi voglio dare è in primis di posizionarvi in modo corretto mettendovi nella condizione favorevole ad attivare i dorsali, tenete una velocità non elevata e pensate ai muscoli che state utilizzando senza avere fretta “strappando” con le braccia ma tendendo una presa delle mani quasi rilassati cercando la massima attivazione dei dorsali dall’inizio alla fine dell’esercizio.

Forse il BB è il regalo più bello che io abbia mai ricevuto da una delle persone più assurde mai incontrate.
Quando entri in questo mondo le delusioni arrivano a palate 😅 ma mai da parte del BB. Le persone ti deludono, tu stessa ti deludi... il BB mai. Come dico sempre: non è il BB ad essere un problema come molti credono, al massimo sono le persone che praticano BB che lo "rovinano". Se pensate a tutto ciò che c'è di negativo di questo mondo, forse capite che intendo...
È un'arma a doppio taglio, uno strumento potentissimo. È in grado di trasmetterti moltissimo, di plasmare il tuo carattere, di legarti ad altre persone, di aprirti la mente. Fast forward ➡️ The picture on the right was this year 2019! About 4 years into my weight lifting journey weighing in about 180 now yet it doesn’t look like it and my body is better proportioned! Ladies the scale is just a number especially in weight training since muscle does weigh more than fat! Through many trail and error. 
Sweat.
Blood.
Tears.
There has been many ups and downs.. times where I felt I didn’t see results and just wanted to give up! But I kept going! Pushing. Putting in that work. Eating better. Workouting out harder. Lifting heavier. Resting better..... & Bam my body rewarded me for it 🔥🙏🏻 .
