It's flex Friday, it's arm and core day, it's a Bank Holiday weekend! What more could a guy ask for? 💪💪 Bicep curls x 54 reps x 5 sets. 18 lower curls, 18 upper curls and 18 full curls. . 
Why don't you try this bicep exercise. You will seriously feel the burn. I was told after the set that I shouldnt be doing other bicep exercises when I try these (but go for 5 sets of them), however this advice came far too late as if already finished my biceps set as I started them!

Leg day turned into chest and biceps day!! Had a niggle in my knee so changed it up a bit tonight. Just went for good feel and contraction and pushed plenty of blood into the body parts.

Happy #FlexFriday! So I’ve decided to extend my growing phase another two months. I won’t be competing at North America’s next week but will instead focus on #miaminationals2019. My goal is to earn my pro card and I want to use the extra time to make sure I give myself the best chance to achieve that goal. Although I’m already qualified I may do compete in the #JohnShermanClassic in Galveston as a warmup.

Puedo decir con confianza que mi hombro es el músculo el cual tengo con mayor dolencia. Esto me había impedido hacer recorridos con cargas elevadas en los ejercicios de press.

Sentía que el pectoral nunca me crecería y luego de haber conocido personas que llegaron a mi @entrenamiento_diferencial empecé a cambiar de pensamiento, acomodé técnicas según mi cuerpo y de a pocos fui mejorando.

Mi pectoral no es tan grande como debería ser pero ya no está tan plano como tiempos atrás. .

My diet has been on point for the last 3 weeks. I basically switched from IIFYM to the “bodybuilding diet” and started meal-prepping as you can see. I made a picture, because you all know it doesn’t count unless you document it 🙊. ⠀

I’m basically eating really clean and I feel really good. I also eat a lot less calories than before, but still gain a lot of weight in comparison to last bulking routine. The quality of the foods must be way better compared to processed foods and bread etc. I still believe IIFYM works and is super sustainable and is a good lifestyle. I just think, if you can handle it, the “rice/meat/veggie” diet works better. It is not enjoyable though and I just eat for results obviously.⠀

I basically prep for 3 days. Per day I eat 2 meals of 40g basmati rice, 150g green beans, 35g of pineapple and 200g chicken and 1 meal of 40g white rice, 35g of pineapple, 125g broccoli and 200g steak. ⠀

What I do is that I just cook the rice and veggies. You don’t have to watch it at all so you can do the things you need to do. I get the chicken, beef and pineapple from @musclemeatnl . The chicken is already prepared and when you defrost it, it’s still super moist and soft so I would really recommend this company! The beef is also super good quality, cheaper and way better than in the grocery stores. The quality of the products is amazing! It’s so nice to not have to prepare the chicken. Makes life a whole lot easier 💯.
