Look towards the future, stay hungry, and don't get complacent 😤 (Read more 👇🏽)

I personally get sad when I see someone who says they really want to reach a goal, but they don't apply ALL of themself to getting it. •

Don't be disillusioned into thinking you've done enough because you're comparing yourself with a friend who is in your same position. The person you should be comparing yourself against is the person who is doing better. Learn from that person. Figure out what they did differently and how much effort they put into getting what YOU want.

I had this conversation with someone recently and thought I would share it on here too. Hopefully it helps atleast one person get out of whatever slump they're in that's stopping them for getting their goal 🙌🏽

I’m all for using supplements to maximize results. 𝐔𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐘 most of the supplement industry is the 𝗪𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝗪𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝗪𝐞𝐬𝐭 where their goal is to put the cheapest ingredients to maximize their profit.⁣⁣

I’ve taken everything under the sun. Cheap protein, soy, artificial flavors (cinnamon roll isn’t a natural flavor), artificial sweetners, redline and even Jack3d when it made people’s ♥️’s explode 😳. I didn’t care about the ingredients and went with the cheap stuff.⁣⁣

As I got older and wiser 🤓 I realized how harmful a lot of these ingredients are and as much as I care about my outside I care just as much about the inside- about my health.⁣⁣

Now the supplements I take are officially certified and all natural. I avoid anything that has soy, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, chemical names, and artificial colors. I also don’t take anything that doesn’t have an “Informed Sport Global Sports Nutrition Certification” label 👉🏻 they test for banned substances and is recognized globally. ⁣⁣

Six weeks complete ✅ ⁣⁣⁣

When I first started this journey I have to admit I didn’t expect to be at this stage after the six weeks but it just goes to show that if you work hard set your mind to something and be strict anything is possible 🤙🏼⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
If this journey has taught me a few things it would be that If I stick this out for the foreseeable future then who knows where I’ll be this time next year. I’ve felt great throughout the program and I’m feeling better and stronger both physically and mental as each day passes. 😁😎⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Safe to say I’m now ready to eat some more food and train harder to gain some muscle mass , abs are great but I may have to retire them until simmer 2020 who knows may even have to wait till 2021 to see them again 😂💪🏼. It’s all part of the process and if there’s one thing I’ve learnt it’s that you have to trust the process.⁣⁣⁣

Massive thank you to @georgefitt for the sick training plan and the constant coaching advice whenever I required it , if you’re looking to achieve a goal and would like some guidance he’s your man so slide into those dm’s asking for abs 😂(jokes) but on a serious not he will get you to where you want to be as long as you are willing to do the work 🏋🏻‍♂️⁣

It’s been 5 weeks since I finished my cut. I’m at the hardest stage of the process, adding on “LEAN MASS”‼️Being that it’s the holiday season, its harder to keep a strict diet 🤦🏿‍♂️. Somehow there are still people who use their time to send their unwanted opinion to others (they don’t even know) to a matter which is none of their business. Especially here on social media, where you can hide yourself behind a display 👏🏻. I get a lot of that too. But I won’t use any of my time or energy for that negativity and I can get easily over that. BUT the point is, there are people who will take that personally. You have no idea what someone is going trough and which impact it could have to him. So if you have nothing good to say, you better say nothing.

Кстати, тренировку составил по ключам из суперского семинара по BOSU от @alex_chernenko_ Тот случай, когда работая с каким-то видом оборудования, получаешь не просто библиотеку упражнений, но и важные принципы, переносимые на любой вид тренировок. Хоть и со скейтом))) Настоятельно рекомендую всем обучение от @coachclub_fit !!!!
Теперь точно буду приобретать оригинальные босу

It’s so incredibly daunting all the way up to the moment where your feet hang off the edge. I remember looking down at my feet on stage unable to fathom that this was something I was actually doing. BEFORE you start your new years resolutions, think about them long and hard and evaluate them based on difficulty and practicality⬇️

If you’re currently setting a new year’s goal that is TOO EASY to achieve then what’s the point in even calling it a resolution, just for the recognition? Make it difficult. Make it so you must put in hard work every single day to change your mental or physical condition. Who thinks they must re-evaluate their goals/resolutions now?

To add onto this, make them so they actually are achievable; difficult but achievable. Really push your own boundaries and force yourself outside of that box. Remind yourself of the “why” and what steps you must take to properly succeed

QUICK WORKOUT TIP⬇️: Always, always, ALWAYS pyramid up to your heavy working sets on compound exercises. QUICK WORKOUT TIP⬇️: Always, always, ALWAYS pyramid up to your heavy working sets on compound exercises. I don’t start with the 100s when I do 4 sets of 8-12 reps; i first choose a lighter weight and slowly progress up to that heavy weight when I feel warmed up. This will not only prevent injury, but will also increase your performance!!
