Well, that is what's happening to me. Yesterday night was difficult for me because I wasn't hungry but I wanted so bad to go to the supermarket and buy a small cake and eat it. It's very difficult but I could "survive" last night and I just went to the kitchen and prepare my healthy and delicious salad that kept me satisfied. I'm doing fine with my diet this month and I won't quit. So my advice is, stay strong and don't go back to unhealthy habits. The power is inside you! 😃💪🥗🚫🍰.

La noche de ayer fue difícil para mí porque no tenía hambre, pero tenía tantas ganas de ir al supermercado y comprar un pastel pequeño y comermelo. Oh. My. Goodness. Gracious. Me! This was my lunch today after weigh in 😯💪🏻 Omelette on the bottom with Italian herbs in the eggs and a pinch of salt. Once that was cooked I spread a thin layer of tomato puree. Then a layer of tuna, sweetcorn and garlic mayo from the brand “skinny food co” for 1.5 syns, spread all of that out and put a layer of fried red onions, peppers and tomatoes and finally topped with half my HeA in reduced fat cheese and in the oven on 180 for 7 minutes 😱❤️ Will be trying different combinations 💪🏻😋

Heres my #transformationtuesday the first pic was taken in Feb this year and the other one is  me in my uniform for work yesterday and it is hanging off me now! There's 2 stone difference in both pics and I'm do pleased with my progress yes it's taking longer than I thought as started @slimmingworld in Jan but slow and steady wins the race! Plus it's a slow progress as it's not a diet it's a lifestyle change! .

I havnt really Taken many photos this past month due to not feeling the best about my body. Yesterday was officially my 1 year anniversary of starting this journey and I’m down 34 kilos. However I didn’t weigh in last weekend and im nervous for this weekend as I have changed me eating completely to better my body. I was eating 1000 calories on average a day and up to 1200 if I made my Self. This isn’t healthy and I was under eating some would say. So this past week I have had over 1200 calories everyday so there is a high chance I will gain weight even though I’m eating good food! Today was an omelette for lunch. Some protein bars and vege chips as snacks, and dinner was a Mexican wrap with corn, beans and cheese. I’m also going to the gym every single day to hopefully help but I’m not expecting a weighloss of high amounts this upcoming week. Once my body has gotten use to eating 1200+ a day I may be increasing to about 1300/1400 a day and get my body back to eating a good amount of food. I would not say I was starving my self as I would always feel full. But I would eat a lot of low calorie food and would sometimes struggle to reach 1100 calories a day. I havnt really Taken many photos this past month due to not feeling the best about my body. Yesterday was officially my 1 year anniversary of starting this journey and I’m down 34 kilos. However I didn’t weigh in last weekend and im nervous for this weekend as I have changed me eating completely to better my body. I was eating 1000 calories on average a day and up to 1200 if I made my Self. This isn’t healthy and I was under eating some would say. So this past week I have had over 1200 calories everyday so there is a high chance I will gain weight even though I’m eating good food! Today was an omelette for lunch. Some protein bars and vege chips as snacks, and dinner was a Mexican wrap with corn, beans and cheese. I’m also going to the gym every single day to hopefully help but I’m not expecting a weighloss of high amounts this upcoming week. Heute soll sich alles um die Alltagsbewegung drehen.🚶🏼‍♀️
Jeder von uns hat einen Grundbedarf der ganz einfach berechnet werden kann (unten erklärt⬇️) Auf diesen Grundbedarf kommt eure Alltägliche Bewegung & der Sport. Also ist es nur ganz logisch, dass euer gesamter Kalorienbedarf  von Tag zu Tag wechseln kann. Viele machen beim Abnehmen den Fehler, dass sie sich bei niedriger Kalorienzufuhr auch weniger bewegen & somit im „schlimmsten Fall“ gar kein Kaloriendefizit mehr haben. Also mein Tipp an euch, achtet auf eine hohe Alltagsbewegung. Ich habe seit 2 Wochen einen Fitnesstracker mit dem ich täglich meine Schritte messe (Meiner ist von @soehnle_deutschland ) Dadurch achte ich viel mehr darauf, dass ich täglich ausreichend Schritte sammle🙌🏽. Die Tägliche Schrittanzahl macht einen viel größeren Unterschied beim Kalorienverbrauch als man denkt. Also mein Tipp an euch: Macht kleine Spaziergänge, ob ihr 20 Minuten früher aufstehst noch eine kleine Runde dreht, in der Mittagspause raus geht oder Abends mit Freunden einen Spaziergang macht. Ihr könnt auch mehr Bewegung in den Alltag einbauen indem ihr eure Termine zu Fuß erledigt oder euer Auto weiter vom Supermarkt weg parkt.
Schreibt mir gerne mal, ob ihr einen Fitnesstracker habt & wenn ja wie viele Schritte ihr im Durchschnitt so macht!🥳

Der Grundbedarf ist das was euer Körper braucht um eure Organe etc. in Stand zuhalten, wenn ihr den ganzen Tag nur liegen würdet. ❗️Обещанный пост о похудении.❗️ Для начала, уточню пару моментов:
🌷На время похудения я была несколько младше, чем сейчас. Это немаловажно, так как метаболизм функционирует намного лучше в более молодом возрасте, поэтому и худеть намного легче.
🌷Время, за которое мне удалось скинуть 24 кг. - 3 месяца.
🌷Всем известно, что со спортом похудеть намного легче и занимает это намного меньше времени. В моем случае, на то время, со спортом я не дружила, поэтому обошлась без него.
🌷За все время похудения, у меня не было «разгрузочных дней». Я ни разу не употребила в пищу сладкое, мучное, жареное.

А теперь, некоторые аспекты диеты:
🌷Мы исключаем все мучное, жаренное, сладкое (включая сладкие фрукты), так же овощи, которые содержат высокий калорийный индекс.
🌷Заставляем себя пить много воды, включая моменты, когда чувствуем голод.
🌷Мы не едим мясо и рыбу каждый день. Два раза в неделю мы питаемся только овощами (включая овощной суп, печёные, тушёные и варенные овощи). Так же разрешается делать яичницу (один желток, остальное - белок)
В остальные дни мы чередуем мясо-рыбу(печём, тушим). Каждый день обязательно включаем в рацион овощи.
🌷Завтрак - овсяная или гречневая каша. Следите за порцией! Не тазик каши, а маленький кулачок. Без масла, мёда, цукатов и сладких фруктов.
🌷Ужин - стакан обезжиренного кефира.
🌷Продукты, которые можно использовать в роли перекуса в больших количествах: огурцы, брокколи, кислые яблоки, остальные кислые фрукты (следим за количеством: одного яблока должно быть достаточно). Ориентируемся на высокое содержание воды и низкое содержание сахаров в продуктах. Если все равно голод не утолился - стакан обезжиренного кефира.
🌷Всегда кушаем медленно и не смотрим видео, фильмы, не лазим в телефоне (мозгу нужно время, чтоб осознать, что организм насыщается). Так же, используем маленькие тарелки, чтоб казалось, что порция огромная (обманываем наш мозг).
P.S. Меню диеты у меня было расписано по дням на целый месяц, поэтому расписать её здесь - невозможно. Меню было составлено диетологом. Могу перепродать диету😉

My biggest lesson has been to think of slip-ups (Not Cheats) as learning opportunities 🤔. There's no such thing as 'blowing it for the day,' making it OK to binge and start over tomorrow or next Monday (we all do it 😬)
Each meal or snack is another opportunity to make a healthier choice, don't let the train derail from a single less than stellar decision 🤗
