Had such a busy crazy fun day today! My hubby jumpped out of a plane and we celebrated my dads 58th birthday today! But it all started the usual way, at the gym, Friday chest and tris day! Got a new PR of 135/2! I'm pretty excited. Chest is the hardest for me to build, and I attempted 45's about 3 weeks ago, and couldn't push it. I knew to take a step back from the 45 plates and keep working with my 35's and 40. But today was the day! Don't rush it.. I sat in my car in the parking lot at work today for at least 15 minutes arguing in my head about if I should workout today.  It’s crazy how easy it is to tell yourself it’s ok to skip; to wait until Monday to start back up; you have work to do instead etc.  Guess what?! It was also easy to walk my a$$ in the gym and get a good workout in.  And I feel 100% better about myself.
