99% of my diet consists of gluten free and dairy free foods.  It’s not necessarily by choice; after many years of stomach aches and severe bloating, I did an intensive allergy test and discovered that I’m dairy intolerant and gluten sensitive.  Since then, I have learned new and healthier ways to cook. 
Today I’m sharing this delicious and easy-to-make banana & egg pancakes which I woke up craving this morning 😋😋😋 They’re a good source of protein and carbs. 🍌Ratio is 1 banana 2 eggs. Mix in a blender.
🥜Top with almond/peanut butter, raspberries, or blueberries.

BEET SALAD RECIPE
This is the salad I served alongside my potato salad (see last post) that I always make. We also have this with a side of sweet potato and quinoa salad!  It is amazingly fresh and crunchy! I mix it through salad leaves of romaine and baby spinach but you can have it alone if you want. Again another perfect side for summer and full of antioxidants!

¡Hola chicas! ¡Quiero decirles que esta receta de pastel de plátano es la más increíble y fácil de la vida! He estado aquí mucho tiempo! Hoy hice algo diferente que hizo una diferencia en el jarabe. Hice medio ojo, así que te pediré que mires las historias porque las mostré todas allí.
Cuando el jarabe estuvo listo, eché un poco de agua y seguí revolviendo a fuego lento. Después de 2 minutos colgué y puse los plátanos!
🍌 ¡Haz el repost de la receta completa para ti!
¡Simples simple bola de plátano y caramelo batida en la mano y jarabe hecho directamente en la forma!
Obtenga una forma rectangular o redonda del tamaño de una regla. Alrededor de 20 a 30 cm. Tamaño tradicional incluso personal.
Coloque 1.1 / 2 tazas de azúcar en esta forma y caliéntelo a fuego lento. Revuelva con una cuchara hasta que se convierta en caramelo. Bajo fuego vio el personal, no hay necesidad de darse prisa.
🍌En cuanto gire el caramelo, eche un poco de agua (igual que en Historias), revuelva por otros 2 minutos y apáguelo.
Picar los plátanos, colocarlos encima y reservar. Usé platano plateado. Pero puede ser que tenga nanica!
En un tazón, coloque 3 huevos, 2 cucharadas de mantequilla o margarina bien rellena. Y 1 taza de azúcar. Ya hice este pastel aquí contigo con 2 tazas de azúcar y lo lamenté. Si yo fuera tú, solo pondría uno. Bátalo todo hasta que estés listo.
Agregue 2 tazas de harina de trigo y 1 taza de leche. Mezclar hasta que quede suave nuevamente.
Coloque 1 cucharada de polvo químico de hornear para pastel (famoso polvo real). Y mezclar bien.
🍌 Coloque en la forma donde los plátanos ya estén caramelos y hornee a 180 grados durante 40 minutos.

HOMEMADE ✨I love travelling, I really do. But there comes a time when I start to crave my own fresh prepared food. Now that I have access to a kitchen, I am loving  being able to go to the shop, choose my own ingredients, assemble my own salads, cook my protein etc. After a day of walking my favourite parts of London Town, a night in with a glass of wine, this Greek-inspired salad and some slow cooked brisket and sweet potato chips courtesy of @marksandspencer sounds ideal to me. Happiest weekend friends!

Pizza mit Zucchini Boden 🍕(Vegetarisch)

Ihr braucht dazu:
1 Zucchini, 1 Ei, 75g geriebenen Mozarella, 4EL Parmesan (60g), 8 Cherrytomaten, 1 Zwiebel, 1 Knoblauchzehe, 1EL Olivenöl, 1EL Tomatenmark, 1 Packung passierte Tomaten (250g), Oregano, Salz und Pfeffer

Zucchini waschen, Enden abschneiden und dann klein raspeln. Mit einer Prise Salz vermengen und für 10 Minuten zur Seite stellen. Dann die Zucchiniraspeln mit dem Ei, Parmesan und dem Mozarella vermengen. Auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech zu einen dünnen Pizzaboden formen. Ab in den Backofen bei 150 Grad Umluft für 15 bis 20 Minuten. In der Zwischenzeit könnt ihr die Tomaten waschen und halbieren. Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein würfeln. In einer Pfanne das Öl erhitzen. Die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch glasig braten. Tomatenmark dazugeben. Jetzt die halbierten Tomaten dazu und dann die passierten Tomaten. Mit Oregano, Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Für 5 Minuten auf kleinster Stufe köcheln lassen. Pizzaboden aus dem Backofen nehmen und den Belag verteilen. Mit Mozatella bestreuen und noch einmal für 15 Minuten in den Backofen.

AIR-FRIED SHRIMP, you guys! 🔥
If you don’t have an air fryer, run to the store and get one. It’s seriously such an amazing little contraption! Coated these shrimp with some egg wash, and panko, and popped them in the air fryer (6-7 at a time) for about 8 minutes! Had 8 shrimp (3) and made a Greek yogurt, Thai chili sauce (2) to go with it!

In the same pan add in the onion and cook for about 3 minutes until translucent. Add the garlic and spices, then return the shredded chicken to the pan.⁣⁣
Pour in 1 cup of enchilada sauce then stir well until combined. ⁣⁣
On a cutting board, lay out 4-5 zucchini slices slightly overlapping each other. Add spoonful of chicken mixture on top at one end as shown. Roll up and transfer carefully to a baking dish. ⁣⁣

2. Heat a large skillet on medium heat with half 3 tbls of butter. Evenly lay the chicken thighs in a single layer. Cook for 5-6 min on each side.⁣
3. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate. Then, in the same skillet, lower the heat and melt the remaining butter. Add parsley and garlic and cook for a few minutes. Then add in your chicken stock and lemon then reduce the sauce for a few minutes.⁣
4. Add back in the chicken thighs and reheat. Add additional squeezed lemon on top and butter.⁣
5. Get your meal prep containers out and add in your cooked broccoli, rice of choice and chicken!👌🏻⁣

This creamy Italian dressing tastes just like the Italian dressing you buy at the grocery store and it’s so easy to make!

Perfect for salads, pasta salad, or used in tuna or chicken salad instead of mayo! You will never have to buy store bought Italian dressing again!

Here’s what you need:
1/3 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup dairy free milk
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp dijon mustarrd
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
Shake all the ingredients up in a mason jar with a tight fitting lid. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
