ลองอะไรแปลกๆอีกแล้ว อัญใช้มะเขือเทศเซเว่นนะคะ ตั้งแต่กินหลายๆที่มา ของเซเว่นอร่อยสุดสำหรับอัญแล้วจริงๆ ☺️
- อกไก่บด 200กรัม
- มะเขือเทศ 100กรัม
- หอมใหญ่ 65กรัม
- ไข่ 1ฟอง
- ข้าวกล้อง 100กรัม

วิธีทำ
- ผัดหอมใหญ่ในกระทะกับน้ำให้สุกนิ่ม
- ใส่อกไก่บดตามลงไปผัดจนสุก ปรุงด้วยซอสหอย ls กับพริกไทยเล็กน้อย

De methode gaat uit van het idee dat jij, met je gedachten, invloed uit kunt oefenen op je eigen toekomst. ⁠

En laat ik daar nou ook in geloven!⁠

De BART methode werkt als volgt:⁠
Start met bewustwording. Wat doe ik? Wat denk ik? ⁠
Dan Actie. Verander langzaam aan het gedrag. vervang oude patronen voor nieuwe patronen.⁠
Reflectie. Ga na of je acties het gewenste effect hebben. ⁠
De T staat voor je toekomst creatie. Alles wat je bij stap 1 tot en met 3 doet, dus bij BAR, kun je steeds weer herhalen. Totdat de T jouw gewenste vorm heeft. ⁠
⁠
Hoe werkt dit nou bij bijvoorbeeld emotie-eten? ⁠
Eerst moet je erachter komen wat je denkt en voelt als je gaat eten (bewustwording). Voel ik me rot, is iemand onaardig, enzovoorts.⁠
⁠
Vervolgens ga je bedenken hoe je toekomst eruit moet gaan zien en welke acties daarbij passen. Ik wil gewicht verliezen en dat volhouden, dus ik moet mijn emoties op een andere manier uiten.⁠
⁠
Voorbeeld: ik bel een goede vriendin als ik me rot voel.⁠
⁠
Dan ga je die actie stap voor stap uitvoeren en reflecteer je of dit het gewenste resultaat heeft. ⁠

Succes is > je vervangt je oude patroon (eten) door het nieuwe (bellen).⁠
Andere actie nodig > bellen met iemand brengt niet het het juiste resultaat. Bedenk een andere actie (ga een stukje wandelen).⁠

This week is going to be challenging... Not only is week 3 tend to be when people fail BUT it is bank holiday weekend and I am off work Tuesday & Wednesday too! I am not completely sure of all of my plans yet so this week is going to require some willpower and some good decision if I want to hit another loss 🤞

Today I donated blood for the first time! I didn’t have a great experience with it as they did take quite a bit of blood, however I am still so glad that I donated. Feeling faint and dizzy afterwards just made me grateful that I don’t live like that every day, and reminded me of the people who do and who really need blood like mine. All in all it was a very fulfilling experience and I recommend it to anyone who is eligible (but take good care of yourself beforehand!!)

I avoided cookies like the plague for 6 solid years. 🙅‍♀️3 years ago when I decided to give intuitive eating a go I found myself stuck in the phase of giving myself unconditional permission to eat ALL of the cookies. 🍪🍪🍪Now, this phase is totally normal, but it shouldn’t last forever. I realized that going from zero to sixty wasn’t a great idea. 🚫Not only because it was making me stressed and anxious AF, but after doing some research on psychology and human behavior it wasn’t setting me up for a sustainable change.
