230-250 g di borlotti cotti
1 cucchiaio di olio evo
Pizzico di sale
8-10 foglie di basilico
1 scalogno

Frullate tutti gli ingredienti assieme aggiungendo a filo un goccio appena di acqua fredda, per rendere più cremoso il patè.

In alternativa allo scalogno potete usare uno spicchio d'aglio senz'anima. Al posto del basilico fresco altre erbe aromatiche, secondo il vostro gusto.

Da servire con pane bruschettato, un contorno di verdure crude o cotte e in aggiunta, a seconda delle esigenze, un'altra fonte proteica come un uovo sodo o dei gamberi in insalata o una fetta di formaggio.

➡️Piatto fresco e veloce, ottimo per l'estate! Ricordate che i legumi sono importanti fonti di proteine e fibre, a cui non dovremmo rinunciare e che dovremmo introdurre nella nostra alimentazione in alternativa alla carne e al pesce. My dinner last night at Chandler Regional Hospital. It was actually really good. I get to customize my meals so for lunch I'm getting what I got the last 2 times I was hospitalized "long" term (a week, hence the quotes haha): chicken tenders, caesar salad, cheesecake and a Sierra Mist. I had cheesecake with every meal and chicken tenders at least once a day, usually twice. Gotta say, Chandler Regional is where it's at. Although this is my first time without insurance (just ran out a week ago - of course! And I no longer qualify for discounted insurance, but cant yet find an affordable worth while insurance company), so I'm terrified of that bill..

Another successful story... Meet another one of our Alpha Uno members. She joined our 🐺pack with the intent of losing 10-20 lbs within 6 weeks. She has now completed 12 weeks of training and has lost a total of 14 lbs! We've noticed a tremendous change in her physically and confidence wise. She has gained a tremendous amount of confidence and self discipline. Before starting with us she was juggling multiple things at a time, such as being a mom of 2, a wife, and running her own business. Her business is being a baker and baking sweets which is a weakness of hers. We managed to help her juggle it all...attend our gym and another at the same time to keep herself active daily. We assisted her in how to eat clean and while managing her mommy duties, wife duties and entrepreneur duties. Throughout these 12 weeks we feel super proud of her because she has learned many things in the process. One of the biggest things she learned is not only does she know how to workout effectively and efficiently solo at her own gym now. Estes crepes são uma espécie de crepe/ wrap que podem até fazer, congelar, e ter sempre à mão para um desenrasque. Eu deixo aqui uma sugestão de recheio, deliciosa já agora :) , mas podem rechear com o que quiserem.

Ingredientes para os crepes:

- 1/2 chávena de chá de farinha de tremoço
- 1/2 chávena de chá de farinha de quinoa
- 1/2 chávena de chá de polvilho doce
- 1 ovo
- 1 chávena de chá de água
- sal fino q.b.
- cominhos q.b.
- alho em pó q.b.

Misturem tudo muito bem, provem para retificar temperos, e façam os crepes. Deixem aquecer bem a frigideira e despejem colheradas (com a concha da sopa) de líquido. Não convém que fiquem muito finos para não partirem, mas também não os façam demasiado grossos.

Ingredientes para o recheio:

- 1 tomate
- 1/3 de pimento vermelho
- o mesmo tamanho (do pimento) de alface iceberg
- 1/2 manga
- 150gr de queijo mascarpone
- 100gr de salmão fumado

- gengibre fresco ralado q.b.
- hortelã fresca picada (sejam generosos na quantidade)
- raspa de 1 lima

i freeze a lot of my fresh berries so i used them to bake a batch of blueberry muffins!! 😛 i usually eat one before workouts in the morning or as a mid-day snack if i’m craving one! made with whole wheat + oat flour, and definitely bursting with juicy blueberries! made this batch before heading off to a @soulcycle class!
———————————————— ingredients: makes about 18 standard sized muffins!
2 cups oat flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 @vitalfarms eggs
2/3 cup @califiafarms almond milk
1 1/4 cup blueberries
directions:
1. preheat oven to 400F. line muffin tray with liners, spray with oil.
2. in a large bowl, mix together oat flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
3. in a medium bowl, mix together maple syrup, applesauce, melted coconut oil, eggs and almond milk.
4. pour wet ingredients into dry. fold in blueberries. add batter into muffin liners, about 2/3 full.
5. bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean!

Fruit is just an amazing food and perfect as a snack 💗 On this pic you can see 5 small bananas, 100g berries, 1 Tablespoon flax seeds and some water 🍌🍓💦 On the left side there is whole fruit, on the right side the food has been „processed“ into a smoothie. Both are fine, because the water and the fiber of the fruit is still in it😋 However, the #smoothie can be gone in two minutes, because you don’t have to chew carefully; so this option is ideal for people who are struggling to consume enough calories (Please note that I‘m not saying that smoothies cause weight gain, it’s just easier to consume more calories this way; if you drink a smoothie instead of a meal, or can promote weight loss, too). Fruit is just an amazing food and perfect as a snack 💗 On this pic you can see 5 small bananas, 100g berries, 1 Tablespoon flax seeds and some water 🍌🍓💦 On the left side there is whole fruit, on the right side the food has been „processed“ into a smoothie. Both are fine, because the water and the fiber of the fruit is still in it😋 However, the #smoothie can be gone in two minutes, because you don’t have to chew carefully; so this option is ideal for people who are struggling to consume enough calories (Please note that I‘m not saying that smoothies cause weight gain, it’s just easier to consume more calories this way; if you drink a smoothie instead of a meal, or can promote weight loss, too). spent my Saturday night baking these chocolate oatmeal cookie dough cups and making some chili and reading good books and drinking mint tea and cuddling with my cat and it was a GRAND ole time that my liver thanked me for today 🤘🏻 sometimes I get stressed when I feel like I’m not doing enough because the thought of time passing terrifies me butttt I’m trying to ~just chill out~ more because it’s good for the soul. Just like these yummy snacks😭😛

For the oat cups: 1 cup oat flour, 2 servings chocolate protein powder (@nuzest_usa is my favorite for baking, use “Findingfullness” to save!), 1/4 cup cacao powder, 2 mashed bananas OR 1 cup applesauce to avoid banana taste, 2 T melted coconut oil, 1 flax egg, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, almond milk to thin. Add chocolate chips! Mix dry ingredients first and then fold in wet and bake in muffin tin at 350 until done to your liking!

Cookie dough hummus frosting: 1 can white beans or chickpeas drained, almond milk to thin, 1/4 cup coconut sugar or maple syrup, 1 scoop vanilla nuzest (or 1/3 cup oat flour), 1/2 cup nut butter, pinch of salt, vanilla, choc chips. Blend, refrigerate, and frost muffins once cool

Saluti a tutti, guten Abend zusammen.😊 Puh der erste Arbeitstag ist geschafft, und ich bin es auch. 😂 in 3 Wochen sammelt sich leider ganz schön viel an 😅
Keine Zeit gehabt großartig zu kochen, daher nochmal ein Gericht aus meinem Archiv für euch. Mit Spinat und Cremefine auch genau das richtige wenn meine Freundin mitisst 😄 passt ihr eure Gerichte dem Partner an, oder muss gegessen werden was auf den Tisch kommt 😂?
Habt noch nen tollen Abend. 📖 Rezept 2 Portionen 🍽
1️⃣ 1 Packung Tortelloni (Kühlregal) mit etwas Olivenöl anbraten
2️⃣ 200g gekochten Schinken kurz mit anbraten
3️⃣ 1 Rote Zwiebel, 1 Knoblauchzehe hinzugeben, kurz mit anschwitzen
4️⃣ mit 100ml Wasser und einer Flasche Creme Fine ablöschen, 200g aufgetauten TK Spinat hinzugeben, aufkochen
