I had so many people ask so I thought I'd share. Dr Colin Morrisson said he was 99 9% sure it was 3kg but he didn't have his paper on him at the time so I'll update you is this is a lie haha. I will be with him and the @theavocaclinic next week so I will confirm.

It feels more like a stone is gone but Dr Colin Morrisson said the skin itself isn't that heavy and from what I'd seen on previous surgeries it does seem to average out anywhere between 3 and 8 lbs. I'm not really that bothered about the amount I just was more curious ha.
.
A couple people asked did I get a picture of the skin haha no I didn't ask him to take one but I can't imagine it would be the most pleasant thing to see 🤪

Whole grains, two veg and lean protein - all it needed was healthy fats and it would been the ideal healthy plate. So I just ate an avocado afterwards and bam, job done! Can't fulfill this every meal but at least sometimes I'm on point 👉🤣

I actually love an omelette because you can get your greens in plus some quality protein. Black beans are awesome because they contain slow burning carbohydrate, protein and fibre - all of which will help keep your tummy from rumbling and also keep your blood sugar levels steady. They’re also a good source of iron, which is needed to transport oxygen into the blood stream. 
Top tip - make enough so you can take it in your lunch box 2 days in a row or cut into 4 and have as a snack at 4pm when you get the munchies.

Përgatitja:

Nxehim paraprakisht furrën në 350 gradë. Në një tas mesatar përziejmë në një masë kremoze gjalpin, sheqerin e bardhë, sheqerin kaf dhe gjalpin e kikirikut.

I përziejmë bashkë edhe vezën dhe vaniljen. Sitim së bashku miellin, sodën e pjekjes dhe kripën dhe i trazojmë në përzierjen kremoze.

Përzierjen e hedhim me lugë gjelle në gotat për kek.

Kupat duhet të jenë rreth 1/4 të mbushura. I pjekim për 8 deri në 10 minuta, derisa të marrin një ngjyrë kafe të lehtë. E heqim nga nga furra dhe menjëherë shtypim një filxhan gjalpë kikiriku në qendër të çdo biskote.

Weekend breakfasts are the best breakfasts, don’t you agree? 
After a quick 1.5 day trip, I’m back in action and ready for a long day. So much to do, so little time…

On the menu clockwise starting from the bacon:
.
✔ 1.Pan fried some @porterroad bacon (I did more, but saved the rest for meals throughout the week)
✔ 2. I sliced up some halloumi and pan fried for about a minute on each side in some of the bacon grease.
✔ 3.Sliced up half an avocado and topped with everything but the bagel seasoning.
✔ 4.Sliced up a couple of organic strawberries.
✔ 5.Served with 1 @peteandgerrys egg. 
For this yolk, I boiled the egg for 6.5 mins and put it immediately in an ice bath. 6.5 mins gets a jammier egg and 8-9 mins late ⏰ get a firmer yolk. I just sliced the egg and probably dip some of that halloumi or bacon in it.

Përgatitja:

Grini në mixer biskotat.

Në një tas bashkoni biskotat e grira imët, qumështin e kondesuar, arrat e kokosit pluhur dhe gjalpin e shkrirë. Këtë masë rregullojeni në një formë dhe vendoseni në frigorifer, në pjesën e ngrirjes për gati gjysmë ore.

Pasi e nxirrni nga frigoriferi, rregullojeni në një mbajtëse tortash. Ndërkohë shkrini cokollatën me pak qumësht dhe hidhjani sipër përgatitjes.

Toast sourdough in EVOO on Med heat, turn up the 🔥 to Med-hi, once pan is really hot then add splash of oil, garlic, and cherry tomatoes with a pinch of salt and any herb of your choice. Toss for a few minutes and add to 🥑🍞. ⁣

⭐ For a soft boiled egg:⁣
1. Set it out to room temp.⁣
2. Boil water.⁣
3. Use a spoon to lower egg in water.⁣
4. Set timer for 6m.⁣

CREAMY GARLIC BUTTER TUSCAN SHRIMP🔥😍

Servings: 4 people
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons salted butter
6 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 pound (500 g) shrimp (or prawns), tails on or off
1 small yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup white wine (OPTIONAL)
5 oz (150 g) jarred sun dried tomato strips in oil, drained (reserve 1 teaspoon of the jarred oil for cooking)
1 3/4 cups half and half SEE NOTES
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 cups baby spinach leaves, washed
2/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour) mixed with 1 tablespoons of water (optional)***
2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

8 cups mixed baby organic greens 
1 large avocado, chopped and drizzled with fresh lime juice to prevent browning 
1 English cucumber, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, sliced

For the dressing & marinade:
4 Tbsps olive oil, or avocado oil 
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 small limes, juiced 
1 tsp raw honey
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste (about an 1/8 teaspoon each)

10 minute meal: Spicy Zoodles & Shrimp 🍤🤩😋

This is a super easy meal and takes 10 mins start to finish.

Here’s how to make everything:
1. For the shrimp, I pat them down with a paper towel then tossed them with some olive oil, pink Himalayan salt, ground pepper, smoked paprika, smoked chili, and garlic powder. You can get creative and use whatever you want. Don’t be afraid to experiment.

2. Cook the shrimp for 60-75 seconds on each side. Don’t over do it as it will become rubbery.
.
3. For the “noodles” I spiralized 1 zucchini and tossed in some spicy cashew cheese sauce. Warmed it up for a couple of minutes on medium heat. You can use any type of pasta or cheese sauce you’d like.
.
4. Topped with some more red chili flakes and fresh parsley.

came home to these delicious Tex-mex zucchini boats which I can’t wait to keep making since they’re so easy and tasty! when dinner is at 8:30 I prefer it to be super easy and not super heavy so my stomach isn’t disturbed too much! 👏🏻😍

(Makes 4 servings)
4 zucchini
1lb @mightysparkfood ground turkey 
1/4c white onion, diced
1c bell peppers, diced
2tsp chili powder
1tsp salt
2c shredded @organicvalley Mexican cheese
1-2c @earthfare salsa (depending on how much you prefer)

Cut the zucchini in half and scoop out the seeds, sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Brown the meat and in a separate pan sauté the peppers and onions. Once both are cooked combine together with 1c salsa and 2tsp chili powder. Scoop the mixture into the zucchini boats and top with shredded Mexican cheese. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until the cheese browns and zucchini is fully cooked!
