-łyżkę octu jabłkowego/winnego
-łyżkę oleju kokosowego
-łyżkę tahini
Zblendować>dodać:
- 4 łyżki kolagenu/żelatyny
Ponownie zblendować, wyłożyć do formy i schłodzić w lodówce przez min. 3h

Rainy days and.... Fridays?
A busy one on tap today and it’s grey, blah and wet.
That doesn’t mean breakfast has to be blah. Breakfast burritos are one of my favorites. Quick, easy and portable. Although if you’re a klutz like me, you’ll wear half of it driving down the road.
Eggs, tofu sausage, hashbrowns, spinach, black bean hummus and lots of hot sauce all wrapped up in a while wheat burrito. Colorful, spicy and healthy. If only I can get more in my mouth than on my clothes.
Let’s do this Friday thing!

I don't know about you, but I feel like dessert should always come first, especially when it's 100% gluten-free at @thedifferencebaker . @thedifferencebaker also has soy-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, nut-free, and allergen-free options as well.
Sidenote: Everything is so yummy, you wouldn't believe that all of their products are gluten-free.

Lunch was a bit of a mashup of #leftovers . Quite literally I mashed up the rest of the parsnips, for a lightly-scented Curry-Parsnip Soup. Then used the leftover toasted #israelicouscous and spinach, mixed in a bit of leftover #lentils and my “refrigerator stable” of tomato-ginger chutney for a garnish. 🥑BREAKFAST: 2 @ggfiber crackers + @kitehillfoods scallion cream cheese + sliced avocado + chopped chives and smoked salmon with a side of strawberries and pineapple 🥬LUNCH: greek chicken salad (my absolute fav) mixed greens and romaine lettuce + grilled chicken + cherry tomatoes + sliced persian cucumbers + lots of feta
🍓SNACK: 1 cup non fat greek yogurt + sliced strawberries + granola with cinammon sprinkles on top

tbh i really miss being able to cook my own meals in my own kitchen at home! not that i’m complaining about the student kitchen here at school haha but it’s just that feeling of being in your own kitchen experimenting for yourself 🤓 BUT i’ll be home for three weeks during xmas and i’m soo exited to make some delicious food with my mom again!

This was such a tasty lunch yesterday! It was a REALLY hard and long day so I had a pretty late lunch, but it was a good one so I had to share! Just want to remind you to appreciate life. Tell those you love how much you love them, and live life with a thankful heart💗 now onto the food dEATS: air fried sweet potato and zucchini with ground turkey! So quick and simple but so yummy! Have a wonderful Friday!🤗—————————————————“You don’t even know what tomorrow will bring — what your life will be! For you are like smoke that appears for a little while, then vanishes.” James‬ ‭4:14‬ ‭ These past couple of days have shown me just how precious life is; tomorrow isn’t promised, and we need to daily live in a way that shows love to others and honor to God. There is no way for us to know what the future holds. We have all these big plans, but those don’t always work out. We have ideas for what our futures will look like, but that may not be what God has planned. So we need to live each day for each day; not in the “we shall die tomorrow, let us eat, drink, and be merry” kind of way, but in a way that shows love to others, has a thankful heart, and honors God. Because we never know when we will take our last breaths, when our lives will change, or when trials come. We all know that life is extremely difficult at times, but even in the hardest trials, we can trust the Lord and His plans. I pray that we never take life for granted. I pray that we see how precious it is, and that we see life as a gift. I pray that we live having a grateful heart, a loving Spirit, and a God-honoring life; and I pray that we trust God even in the hardest of times. Happy Friday!

I have no words to describe this 🤩🤩 this is probably one of the best vegan vermicelli bowls I have tasted. The noodles were different from the normal soft rice noodles - they were slightly thicker and had more of a mouthfeel to them which I loved!! The pickled vegetables on the side were also super flavoursome and not just cut up veggies. The sauce was kind of different from normal vermicelli bowls because it was soy sauce based with chilli, lime and garlic seasoning - I can’t wait to recreate but you bet I’ll be adding Sriracha to my version 😋😋 ⁣⁣

BUT FINALLY the star of the dish for me was the braised (teriyaki-ish) tofu topped with crispy shallots. Literally haven’t tasted tofu with this much flavour in a long time and I loved it!! The salad that came with the set was also super unique as it was topped with crispy yuba (tofu skin) and this weird clear vegetable (no idea but tasted good hahah) all dressed with a sesame oil balsamic vinaigrette. ⁣⁣

The only downside for me is that the lunchset was super expensive for just the salad and noodles (I guess cuz it is in the Pacific Place Office Area) but this is definitely someplace I would go for special occasions ☺️☺️⁣ ⁣

I am fully aware of how weird this is about to sound but do you ever just get happy because you have so many cells and organs that all work so hard just for you :,) and how you have ~10x more bacteria (love u lil guys!!!!!) that all also just live for you!!!! So many little friends aw take care of them.

When & what was the first memory you have of dieting/body image struggles/body shaming? ⁣

I get it.⁣
I was once too a little girl being told “you’ve gained a little too much weight.” 🥴⁣
I remember when I would go to visit my dad, he would feed me anything I wanted… then I would come back home, and although now I know it wasn’t anyones intention they just didn’t know better - I would be made feel guilty for the weight I had gained. ⁣
This haunted me into my teens, and still does.⁣
I can still feel that fear of “gaining too much weight” lingering.⁣
Especially now more than ever that I’ve let go of my need to work out 5x a week and track every single food item I put into my mouth.⁣

But you know what?⁣
I can’t blame it on my upbringing anymore.⁣
I’m now aware of this scar, and it’s roots.⁣
This wound that has instilled a fear within me that’s being fed more and more by allowing it to live on.⁣
Now it’s up to me, and up to YOU, to break through that blockage that keeps us a slave to the habits that trigger the fear itself. 🙏🏽⁣
Only I, and only you, can break ourselves free from these chains that keep us living in the fears from the past.⁣

As I’ve done, and continue to do the work, these are some of the things that have helped me release the fears:⁣
