❄️Cake marbré clémentine/chocolat ❄️ Ça y est de la neige et un froid qui nous fait comprendre que l’hiver est déjà là. L’été est bien loin et pourtant pour moi c’était hier ... Noël arrive à grand pas ! ⭐️ Alors pour rentrer dans cet hiver, je propose de passer par la case saveurs & senteurs ❤️ Pour cela, ce petit cake est parfait ! La texture est aussi super réconforte bien moelleuse huuuuum 😌⭐️❄️ Et en plus c est hyper simple et en ces temps c’est nécessaires également avec notamment la fameuse course aux cadeaux 🎁 😽😜 Pour faire ce marbré j’ai mélangé : -❄️BOL 1 : 2 œufs, 2 clémentines épluchées (personnellement je déteste la petite peau blanche des clémentines et mandarines donc je l’enlève le plus possible également), 1 compote pomme allégée, un tiers de sachet de sucre vanillé, 1 wetabix écrasé. -❄️BOL 2: 1 wetabix écrasé, 2 œufs, 1 tiers de sachet de sucre vanillé, 1 compote pomme allégée, 1 c à soupe de cacao en poudre sans sucre.
On verse ensuite une couche d’un après l autre et ainsi de suite ( principe du marbré). On saupoudre le dessus de céréales et un peu d’extrait de vanille.
Au four 220 30 min ❤️❄️❤️ Passez une belle soirée 💋

Here are some ways to reduce bloating, because you really shouldn't have to suffer with bloat all the time.
.
1. Stick to only water. Cut back on juice, sparkling water, & pop.
2. How many times a day you go to the bathroom (bowel movements). If it's one time or less, you may be constipated. This means you’re going to be bloated.
3. Add herbal teas to your diet to reduce bloating like: Fennel, dandelion, peppermint, ginger, lemon balm, milk thistle. You will need to drink more water as these can be diuretics!
4. Make sure that you're getting enough fibre. A large amount of people are deficient in fibre which can cause you to hold on to a lot of gunk and not have regular bowl movements, therefore causing bloat.
5. Learn to listen to your body. Write down all of the foods that may be causing indigestion, and track to see if you can take these out (gluten, dairy, soy, corn, sugar).
6. Start your mornings with warm lemon water.
7. Try to aim for at least 8 hours of sleep a night and try your best to keep stress levels low. Lack of sleep will cause blood sugar levels to imbalance, which will lead to poor choices. This inevitably causes bloating.
8. Reduce artificial sweeteners and chewing gum.
9. Try to stick to smaller more frequent meals instead of 3 large ones.
10. Walk daily.

Before we begin to look at specific core exercises we need to take a closer look at abdominal stabilisation. Inadequate abdominal stabilisation during exercises can cause increased tension in the lower back which may lead to injury. The cue of drawing the belly button towards the spine in most positions to get people thinking about engaging their deep abdominals in order to stabilise the pelvis and reduce the pulling in the lumbar spine. Exhaling as you engage these muscles can reduce the shorting of the lower back and prevent strain.

If when performing an exercise you feel pain or shortening of the lower back this could be due to inadequate abdominal stabilisation, ensure you are working at the appropriate level for you, regardless of what the rest of the class is doing, and only move up to the next level once you can maintain the engagement in those abdominals!

Schönen guten Abend meine Mäuskis! 🐭💙
Ich bin so happy, heute ist der drei Fragezeichen 🕵🏻‍♂️🕵🏻‍♂️🕵🏻‍♂️ Adventskalender für meinen Mann 👤 angekommen, er ist ja so ein großer Fan. 🙆🏼‍♀️😄 Morgen bastel ich die anderen zwei Adventskalender 🎁 für meine Freundinnen fertig, die dann per Post verschickt werden, schön lecker mit den ersten selbstgebackenen Weihnachtskeksen 🍪😍

Heute Mittag gab’s ➡️ CREMIGES SPITZKOHLGEMÜSE MIT KLÖPSKIS UND GNOCCHIS 🥰❤️🧡❤️ In der Story von heute hab ich euch die Zubereitung bereits gezeigt, in Kurzform hier nochmal das Rezept für 2 Portionen:
• 1 kleinen Spitzkohl in Streifen schneiden, dafür halbieren, Strunk heraus schneiden und in Streifen schneiden, 1 Zwiebel fein würfeln
• beides in einer großen Pfanne anbraten, würzen mit Salz & Pfeffer, 2 EL trockenen Weißwein oder Essig dazu, Deckel drauf, dünsten lassen
• mit etwas Brühe ablöschen, Kräuterfrischkäse einrühren, andicken mit Speisestärke
• für die Klöpskis 400g Tatar würzen mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zatar, Klöpskis formen (6 Stk), 18-20 Min bei 180 Grad im Airfryer föhnen
• Gnocchis nach Packungsanweisung kochen

It’s all about that calorie deficit, right? But…how do you go about creating that deficit? It can be frustrating trying to reduce your caloric intake!

Fasting in the morning is a great strategy for some as it simply eliminates calories from one meal you’d normally eat.

Filling up half your plate with veggies works well because veggies are very low calorie. So, it’s going to be much harder to overeat with only half of your plate left for the rest of your calories.

Limiting snacking has been proven to help people lose weight through a deficit. Again, you’re simply limiting how many times per day you put food in your mouth. Simple.

One big salad per day will fill you up and almost always be low calorie. Be careful here; if you’re adding bacon, eggs, ranch dressing, croutons, dried fruit to your salad - you just made a calorie bomb (explode!). Be mindful, yo.

Drinking calories is not a great way to spend calories. You won’t be filled up at all, and you can slurp down 400 calories like its nothing. Avoid it at all costs. if you’re drinking a Bell’s Two Hearted, I’ll give you a pass.

The smaller plates tip has been overfed to you guys, I get it. But it works - again proven by research. People tend to fill up their plates. So give ‘em less space.

What's going on, friends? Today, I'm talking about overeating and how you can help prevent it.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

To be honest, we, as humans, tend to overeat. It's a normal thing. We enjoy food!⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

The biggest thing I want you to take from this is that you can ALWAYS get back on track after overeating.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Don't beat yourself up and don't feel guilty. Just move on to the next day and just keep on keepin' on.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Some big tips I can give to you are ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1) Prioritize protein. Protein is a macronutrient that helps keep us full. If you were to have some greek yogurt with berries, it will keep you more full rather than just having a bowl of cereal due to the high protein content!⁣⁣⁣

2) Eat more nutrient dense foods. If you are struggling with overeating, maybe it is because you are not making the best choices when it comes to the foods you are eating. If you eat foods with nutrients, your body will take note of that and you will feel more satisfied. Fruits, veggies, lean meats, etc.⁣⁣⁣

3) Eat slowly. If you quickly rush your eating, you will not enjoy the food and you will finish the food so quickly! Try to take your time with your meal when you can. This will help you and you won't be so inclined to reach for more food.⁣⁣⁣

4) Eat without distractions. If you focus on the meal and just the meal, you will be more satisfied. Sometimes if we are on our phone or watching Netflix, we can get lost in the episode or video we are watching and keep eating. You feel me?⁣⁣⁣

5) Don't have trigger foods around or at the home. Think about it. If you don't have cookies or chips around the house, you can't eat them. Now, I'm not saying you can't enjoy some every now and then, but if you are truly finding that you can't control yourself around certain foods, just don't have those foods around.⁣⁣⁣
