Hôm nay không có hứng nấu cũng như chăm chút cho búc ảnh 😭.
Trời nóng mình chỉ thèm ăn sinh tố với granola thôi.
—- Smoothie chuối việt quất—-
- 100g sữa chua Hy Lạp
- 1 quả chuối đông lạnh
- 20-30 quả việt quất tươi hoặc đông lạnh.
- 1tsp hạt chia
- 1/2 tsp bơ lạc
Xay nhuyễn được hỗn hợp chua ngọt cực ngon luôn, topping với granola và hoa quả tuỳ ý.
 Sữa chua mát béo, thêm vị chua dịu và ngọt của chuối, mùi thơm của việt quất, cungd với granola ăn giòn giòn đã miệng lắm.

Kaastaart met aardbeien 😍 in de zomer eet ik het liefst kaastaart. Al dat bakken met dat warme weer is niet zo mijn ding. Daarom zet ik de oven dus gewoon een tijdje niet aan en kies ik voor dit simpele recept. Zijn jullie ook zo zot op kaastaart?

Wat heb je nodig? 🍰
BODEM -125 gram granola
-1 eetlepel kokosolie
-1 eetlepel honing
VULLING
-500 gram yoghurt met aardbeiensmaak
-4 blaadjes gelatine
-wat aardbeien
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hoe maak je het? 🍓
Verwarm de kokosolie tot hij gesmolten is. Roer er de honing onder zodat ook dit vloeibaar wordt. Vervolgens meng je dit onder de granola.
Neem nu een bakvorm en doe de granola op de bodem van de vorm.
Duw goed aan met de achterkant van een lepel.
Zet even in de diepvriezer zodat de bodem snel aan elkaar hecht.
Leg de blaadjes gelatine in koud water en laat zacht worden.
Verwarm ondertussen een bodempje water in een steelpannetje.
Knijp de blaadjes uit en roer ze onder het warme water. Laat even afkoelen.
Snijdt nu ongeveer een handje aardbeien in plakjes.
Leg deze bovenop de granola totdat de bodem gevuld is.
Meng vervolgens het gelatinewater met de yoghurt.
Giet het mengsel uit bovenop de aardbeien en zet in de ijskast.

Volcán de chocolate proteico 🍫
Mezclar:
1 scoop de proteína
2 cucharadas harina de almendras 
1/4 cucharadita polvo de hornear 
1 cucharadita esencia de vainilla 
1 clara de huevo
1/8-1/4 leche de almendras 
1 cucharada cacao en polvo .
Meter al air fryer (el mío es de @home.elements.colombia ) por 10 minutos a 200 grados centígrados.

En el horno meter entre 10-15 minutos e ir chequeando!!!

Volcán de chocolate proteico 🍫
Mezclar:
1 scoop de proteína
2 cucharadas harina de almendras

Meter al air fryer (el mío es de @home.elements.colombia ) por 10 minutos a 200 grados centígrados.

En el horno meter entre 10-15 minutos e ir chequeando!!!

Who is into grain-free recipes?  I sometimes get requests for them and have been experimenting with grain-free granola.  I've nailed the perfect combo and can't wait to share the recipe next week.  It involves this👆 sliced almonds, unsweetened flaked coconut, blanched almond flour, pepitas, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract.  I was surprised that it still clumps together perfectly and tastes just as amazing as oat-based granola.  It is full of nutrients, refined sugar-free and super easy to make.

El paisaje se compone de tres elementos: el mar agitado por una tormenta, tres barcos y una montaña, imagen que se complementa con la firma del artista y el título de la serie, lo cual es claramente visible en la parte superior izquierda. La montaña que se ve al fondo es el Monte Fuji, cuya cumbre nevada es evidente. El efecto de “estar nevando” sobre dicha montaña es causa de la espuma salpicada por la furia de la ola. El color oscuro alrededor del Fuji parece indicar que la escena tiene lugar temprano por la mañana, con el sol saliendo desde el punto del observador. La pintura muestra tres “oshiokuri-bune”, barcazas rápidas que se utilizaban para transportar el pescado vivo. Hay ocho remeros por embarcación, mas dos pasajeros en el frente de cada barco. Es importante tener en cuenta que esta obra se lee de derecha a izquierda, ya que para un occidental la imagen puede dar la impresión de que los pescadores se dirigen hacia el lado derecho, que están atrapados por la ola o tratando de huir de ella. Para el observador japonés, en cambio, los barcos proceden de la derecha y se dirigen hacia la izquierda, esto es, en sentido contrario a la ola, y en lugar de huir de ella tienen que seguir por esa ruta y encararla. Desde esta perspectiva, la imagen es más fuerte, haciendo la amenaza de la ola más evidente.
