I just discovered a little feature on my Fitbit app! I love it! (3rd pic) Anyways, today I hit the weights! It was back and chest day! I actually worked out for a little less than this, but I forgot to turn off the timer haha. I feel so great, but I know I'm gonna feel it tomorrow. I'm so dead right now hahaha. Do work! Maybe tomorrow I'll work on my legs and butt! Yeesssss! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

In between rounds:
Deadball carry 20m ( 35kg here 30kg on comp day) 
2 Deadball throw and jump over haybale (obviously subbed in boxes for haybale today)

Ich muss gestehen, dass ich meinen Riegelkonsum wieder etwas zurückschrauben sollte, aber ganz ehrlich bei diesem Riegel kann ich nicht nein sagen. Da habe ich Glück, dass es den bei mir in der Nähe nur sehr selten gibt😅

Aber eigentlich ist das bei meinem Lieblingsriegel, dem Lower Carb Riegel von @powersystemsport im Geschmack Lemon Cheesecake, alles im Rahmen, denn es ist nur ein kleiner Riegel und er hat auch nur 145 kcal. Somit ist er für mich einfach der perfekte Snack zu einem Kaffee am Nachmittag 😉

It’s not about what you do occasionally, it’s what you do consistently. If you repeat a behavior over & over you strengthen the nuero pathways for that behavior. In that time behavior becomes second nature.

That’s what working is out is to me. It’s second nature, is apart of my daily routine. There’s not a thought about whether I should or shouldn’t. If I want to or don’t want to. I just do it, just like brushing my teeth. It’s part of taking care of my body. I wouldn’t skip brushing my teeth, day after day, they would break down, get cavities, and eventually fall out. Whelp, same thing goes when you don’t treat your body WELL. It break down, it leads to discomfort and eventually disease. So whether I’m working, homeschooling the boys, or swamped with to do lists - I get it in- because it always makes me feel better ⭐️ .

Don't be fooled, you may think this is one of those "make yourself older pictures". Nope, it's 29 year old me, fresh as hell, trying to get all the things done that make me smile so hard one of my eyes shuts a little 😉. I thought the period leading into my 30s would be a scary phase but I actually feel younger than I did in my early 20s. Bring on my 40s 😎.

Honestly lately I’ve sucked at posting on Instagram🤷🏼‍♀️

Seit ich extrem darauf schau, dass ich auf meinen täglichen Eiweißbedarf komme hat sich einfach so viel getan 💪😳
Ich versuche ca. 2g Eiweiß je Kg Körpergewicht täglich zu mir zu nehmen & ich kann euch nur aus eigener Erfahrung sagen: ich habe es einfach extrem gemerkt & hab auch extreme Fortschritte an mir sehen können ☺️
Hab in letzter Zeit eher stagniert, aber jetzt wachsen auch meine Muskeln wieder 😜
