⚜️Every time we train we put ourselves in a position to experience failure.

⚜️We might miss a lift, exhibit sub optimal technique, or even experience pain or injury.

⚜️But we keep showing up.

⚜️Training isn’t about end results, it’s about the process.

⚜️It’s about making slow and steady steps on a weary journey towards our goals at the top of that mountain.

⚜️We all may have a different mountain to climb, but it’s a mountain nonetheless. And it’s a brutal climb.

⚜️Most of you won’t reach the top. That’s okay. But when you take your last step and sit down to look back on how far you’ve came it won’t matter.
▫️
⚜️You won’t be looking up at the peak you were climbing towards. No, you will be looking down at the struggles you overcame and the growth that has happened since the journey began.
▫️
⚜️The clients I work with know this. They are here for results which means they are here for the process.

Two videos in a row! 😀Today was core... Thankfully I don't choose my workouts... I just hit play on the next one up.. don't Stop.. just GO! Often the ones we don't like are what we need most. Core is Sooo important for everyday life.. preventing injury from lifting groceries, to kids ... To anything! I'm thankful this one wasn't just a bunch of crunches! 🤪

• • 🥊🥊🥊 Main reason you should be doing Turkish Get up .so you just get get up of the floor . I trained a lot of Senior Citizens and by adding this move to there training it adds years to their life and your as well . If you not doing this. Go to the link in the bio of Dm for more information. •


Both of the exercises are great at recruiting core stability. Try adding these into your routine for over all functional strength. Clink the link in the bio for online coaching. •

Very interesting read. I found it very similar type of book to Malcom Gladwell's #Outliers. Even in fitness there is a tendency to create silos and focus on your specialized world. Anyone that was in fitness more than 10 years knows the addition of physical therapy, strength conditioning, etc has added allot to general population personal training. #motivation #fit #igfitness #fitness #functionaltraining #kettlebell #personaltrainer #davidepstein

**************** For me, landmine squats are much easier on my back and joints!🏋🏿‍♀️😤 Trying out these BFR (blood flow restriction) bands from @squat.bands I've had forever 🤷🏾‍♀️- they help increase strength & muscle growth/pump in less time with lighter weights..& I most definitely felt the effects of them a few days after 😩🍑🔥 ****************
Switching up my core routine here and there is fun yet challenging; gotta keep your body guessing what's coming! 🙌🏾💪🏾

Да, ребята. Я работаю с людьми 24/7, нахожусь на одном месте и каждый день плюс/минус в одинаковом графике…так что с выгоранием я знакома.

Меня спасает смена обстановки, выход из зоны комфорта, новые проекты, спорт, конечно же💪🏻. Каждый месяц у меня минимум три коротких путешествия куда-либо. Это может быть 2-4 дня. Я продолжаю работать в онлайн режиме и, при этом, получаю массу новых впечатлений, переключаюсь морально, узнаю что-то новое, вдохновляюсь, расширяю границы. И, как показывает практика, могу быть даже продуктивнее, чем в обычном рабочем режиме. Часто ещё успеваю посетить мастер классы, пройти обучение и поделится опытом со специалистами из моей сферы.
Но! Я никогда не езжу куда-то просто что бы полежать на пляже. Это точно не для меня.
