➖این استراتژی را می‌توان یک ورژن قدرتی از سیستم rest-pause دانست، بدین صورت که هالتر را با وزنه‌ای به اندازه 70 تا 80% قدرت بیشینه (1RM) خود پر می‌کنید و ۳ تکرار انجام می‌دهید، ۲۰الی۲۵ ثانیه استراحت می‌کنید سپس ۳تکرار دیگر انجام می‌دهید،  ۴مرحله این روند را تکرار می‌کنید.

➖وزنه‌ای را که معمولا برای ست اخر پرس‌سینه‌ خود انتخاب می‌کنید را بارگزاری کنید و در اتتهای ست ۲ تکرار اجباری را انجام دهید، این روش را برای ۳ ست تکرار کنید،  به نوعی شما ۶ تکرار اجباری انجام داده‌اید. .

FST 7 (Fáscia Stretch Training 7 Sets) trata-se de uma metodologia de treino idealizada por Hany Rambod, fisiculturista da década de 90, ou seja, de programa criado por um especialista que tem como objetivo o alto desempenho.
E o que significa essa nomenclatura? Fáscia é um tecido espesso e pouco elástico que envolve e encapsula os músculos; stretch significa esticar, estender; training é treinamento e 7 sets indica 7 séries.
Essa metodologia de hipertrofia consiste no alongamento da fáscia para facilitar o crescimento do músculo. Isso porque ela é uma membrana rígida que envolve o tecido muscular, criando resistência ao seu crescimento. Assim, a técnica visa a forçar alongamento fascial, permitindo, consequentemente, que haja mais espaço para o crescimento do músculo.

O treino deve começar com exercícios básicos, sem drop ou super sets, de 3 ou 4 séries de 8 a 12 repetições, sempre buscando a falha muscular. Ao final do treino de cada grupo muscular, serão executadas mais 7 séries (por isso, 7 sets) também de 8 a 12 repetições com intervalos de recuperação de 30 a 40 segundos, gerando o máximo de pump (bombeamento de sangue) possível. É importante respeitar o número de repetições, caso não seja possível realizar entre 8 e 12, diminua a carga na próxima série.

O alongamento ocorre entre as séries, quando você deve alongar o músculo trabalhado durante 10 segundos, aproximadamente, sentindo a musculatura.

O FST 7 não pode ser realizado por qualquer praticante de musculação. É necessário que o atleta tenha tendões fortalecidos. ⚡️DEPTH CHECK⚡️

The most important thing about squats is FORM. In order to work the right muscles and prevent injury, make sure you find a comfortable form and practice it with lighter weight before working your way up!
-
TIPS:
•keep chest and head up
•stand at about shoulder width
•turn toes outwards a little bit
•tighten shoulder blades
•set the bar on your back (high-bar vs. low-bar is a preference)
•squat to AT LEAST 90 degrees (need depth!)

I catch myself bouncing out of the hole a lot of times and have really been trying to control my negative and explosion out of the hole in order to feel it better in my legs and work them more!

Worked up to sets of 365 today and this is my final dropset of 315. Almost fell backwards on that 4th rep😳😬

Upper chest training with @hadi_choopan in Dubai! Exercise is Incline controlled power press. I control the rep speed by holding the dumbbells so he doesn’t use momentum or push up too quickly as he begins to fatigue. Just another intensity multiplier in my FST-7 training protocol.
