People might judge you & may try to belittle your ambition. Keep company only with people who uplift you. @paigehathaway 🙏
I've heard some crazy stories from others about exactly this, and I've experienced it a bit myself. People who don't support other's journey towards improvement (most likely because a lack of self confidence, envy and fear), and of course as gym addicts we will always be judged by those who don't live this life or by those who simply do not try to become better on a daily basis. 👉 Make sure YOU surround yourself with positive people. Always. People who motivate you and inspire you to push forward. And exclude or pay no attention to the negative ones. 👊🙏

There is NOTHING wrong with you if you hate exercising. I do too.

And no, it’s not because I haven’t found the perfect workout yet. Trust me, I’ve tried everything from Aerobics to Zumba, and I hate every form of sweaty torture equally.

But I still get up and get my 🍑 to yoga every day, thanks to the mental shift I tell you about in this video. Watch it and tag a friend who hates to exercise too!

When a previous client reaches out and gives me the encouragement I needed. I have always asked current and previous clients to given me open and honest feedback to help me grow and improve. My foot injury has set me back these past few weeks- it’s why I haven’t been dancing as frequently as I used too. I miss it so much, it hurts. But, my health comes first- above all, always. Our bodies are our temples and we should listen to them when they need healing. 🌱

The three main reasons I will be talking about today are that you are not tracking your food, you are not weighing your food before eating it, and you are not in a caloric deficit 
I can not stress the importance of tracking your food. I prefer the app “MyFitnessPal” to track my calories. Yes at first it is very intimidating tracking your macros but there are many YouTube videos on how to properly track them. So I would suggest you watch those before starting. 
Second, weighing out your food. Sure you can make yourself a meal plan and eyeball your food, but chances are you will not be eating exactly what you put into the plan. There is where I suggest buying a food scale. Walmart and Amazon have cheap ones and that’s all you need. $10 at most. You just need one that weighs in grams and oz, then you’ll be golden. 
Third, being in a caloric deficit is the Holy Grail for weight loss. If you are not keeping yourself in a continuous calorie deficit you will NOT lose weight. You can find your caloric goal by simply trial and error. If you eat 2500 calories everyday for a week and maintain the exact same weight, lower it 100 calories and then go from there. 
Hope this helped you all understand why you’re not losing weight. If you are someone who does not do any of these 3 steps, I suggest you start now.

I’ve never really taken progress pictures before. Now I’m wishing I had. Because muscle doesn’t grow overnight.

I always get girls asking me if they can get shoulders or arms like me and the answer is, yes and no. Yes, because you got muscle, you just gotta have the right nutrition and exercise to grow them. And no, because no two bodies are the same and each person builds muscle differently.
Even if two people are the same height, weight, and body fat, they won’t look exactly the same.

The biggest and best factors for results are, and always have been, good nutrition, great gym routine, consistency, consistency, and...more consistency.

Big congrats to @tomoa_narasaki for taking the combined win and crushing ALL three disciplines today. To @jakob.schubert as well for runner up, as well as a TOP ok the finals route. Last, but maybe most memorable is for @rishat_khaibullin , who being a speed “specialist” still managed to beat a couple amazing lead climbers and clinch 3rd place! 👍

One of our favourite recipes so far using our plant-based protein powder. Vanilla Protein Choc Chip Cookie Skillet...if you missed the recipe last time, don’t worry, we’ve got you! 😉 Credit to @thatgreenolive for creating this deliciousness. Vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar free, and all for YOU!

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup oat flour
1 tbsp @veganut vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup mashed kumara (sweet potato)
1 tbsp date paste
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
Handful cacao nibs

METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Mix everything together in a mini skillet or small baking dish. Sprinkle with extra cacao nibs and bake at for 30 minutes, or until cooked on top and fudgey inside.
3. Serve with toppings of choice and DIG IN! 🙆
