Here are some shoulder workouts I do! I like to superset the front and lateral raises.
Make sure to squeeze and hold!
Front raises 6-15 reps x4 sets
Lateral raises 6-15 reps x4 sets
Dumbbell shrugs 15-50 reps x4 sets
Barbell shrugs 15-50 reps x4 sets

Functional Training is not the same for everyone. For me, I find myself in precarious and awkward positions while climbing, crawling, and trekking through nature to arrive at some of my workout locations. This workout is tailored to my needs and is actually a workout I did for myself.

I typically am carrying my @tetonsports rucksack and/or Normi. So I offset the @powerblockdumbbells, used angled incline/decline/deficit with my @rfe_fitness Deck, and wore my @salomon shoes because that's what gets me to wear I am going.

Again, this is not for everyone, but is suitable to me. Filmed at Upper Peppermint in Sequoia National Forest.

This is a great HIIT session for those of you who are intermediate fitness goers 💪🏼. These exercises need to be done at a comfortable pace, but with 90%+ effort 💦. 8 exercises, done for 20s each, with 10s rest between each exercise. Once all 8 exercises are done, have a 1 min rest and go back at it 🥵. By the end of the session all you are going to want is a big bottle of water and a comfy bed 😴 This workout can be done in the gym and at home. All you need is a workout mat and some water.

Today’s Chest and tricep workout was a Circuit-style, meaning four exercises back to back, three sets, for two rounds...plus pushups for a burnout. HOLY CRAP!
It was a really tough workout this morning, but I’m so glad that I was able to push myself and get it done!

Not a sweaty selfie, but hat doesn’t mean I didn’t feel worked this morning!

Perché lo può fare praticamente chiunque, essendo in posizione supina (pancia in su) è molto più facile rispetto a dei classici planks e molto più intuitivo per chiunque, inoltre la natura della posizione ci permette di mantenere la NEUTRALITÀ della colonna molto più facilmente

_ ⚠A COSA SERVE?⚠
Serve ad attivare e rinforzare il core, ovvero quella "cinta" muscolare profonda che ci aiuta nella stabilità di colonna e organi interni della zona addominale e la catena crociata anteriore. ✔Avere un core forte può essere fondamentale per guarire dolori alla zona lombare, che molto spesso derivano da un sovraccarico della muscolatura che svolge tutto il lavoro di stabilizzazione a causa di un core poco attivo

_ ⚠ESECUZIONE⚠
Si parte da una posizione dove gli arti inferiori sono flessi a 90° e quelli superiori sono estesi e perpendicolari al busto, INSPIRANDO DAL NASO👃e concentrandosi sul farlo con la pancia (per attivare meglio il diaframma, muscolo che va di pari passo con un core ben funzionante) si "estendono" lentamente gli arti (inferiore e superiore) opposti fino ad arrivare in prossimità del pavimento concentrandosi sul mantenere la colonna neutra e non iperestenderla ⤴dopodiché si riportano in posizione di partenza espirando col  naso, e così via con l'altra coppia di arti... Si consiglia di concentrarsi sulla QUALITÀ piuttisto che sulla QUANTITÀ, quindi fate ciò che riuscite.. Day 9: I’m going to the Olympics! 🤯
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This morning could not have gone worse; I slipped twice in speed, had a terrible boulder round, and threw a Hail Mary in Lead. Through events, some  uncontrollable by myself, I managed to get enough points to qualify for the Olympics. 😍🔥

It feels like a weird dream that I might wake up from at any given second. 🙈

I have to take this moment, this post, to thank everyone around me. The support I feel from everyone is nothing short of amazing. ☝️ hoy es feriado así que aprovechar al máximo el día! Ok? Salí a caminar, a tomar un café o almorzar, léete un libro... lo que te guste, pero hacelo.
✌️podes arrancar el día como yo que siempre empiezo con un desayuno zarpado y eso hace que me levante 3 veces más rápido de la cama con ganas de encarar cualquier cosa! Hoy tengo que hacer 3 entregas de pedidos y trabajar pero lo hago con muchas ganas👐 .
SÚPER PANCAKE DE BANANA Y ARÁNDANOS:
- 1 bananita orgánica súper chiquita aplastada @mediocampo.organico
- 1 huevo
- 1 cdas de harina de lupino @epicosalimentos
- 1 cda de harina de almendras
- Stevia
- Vainilla
- Arándanos (opcional)
- Amor (no se puede obviar)
- Si conseguía polvo de hornear sin aluminio úsalo sino bicarbonato de sodio

Pasito a pasito:
1. Para los pancakes 🥞 recomiendo mezclar todo con batidor manual.
2. Sartén lado a lado.
3. Y listo!!!!!!
ATRODEN! Un poquito de Yogur Griego @kaynak_yogurt_griego , mantequilla de @byourfood y nuecesitas!
