Happy Wednesday and happy leg day!
Here is a fun leg workout with a little bit of abs to end your workout with:)
For cardio I ran a mile on an incline, which had me dripping once I was finished 🥵🥵
Make sure before each workout that you are stretching your body!! Going into a workout without stretching is a dangerous game to play, and basically asking for an injury. I usually set aside 10-15minutes to stretch before I lift, and I can definitely tell the difference when I set aside time and when I don’t.

The worst part about NOT having a fitness routine is feeling like you have ZERO energy throughout the day.⁣

It's counter-intuitive to think that training on a regular basis will GIVE you an energy boost 100%, but it DOES.⁣

💪I'm experiencing this RIGHT NOW as I jump-start myself into my own fitness program. (marathon goals for next year, baby) ⁣

👎 My mornings are no longer sluggish & the days of waking up feeling "off the ball" are out the window.⁣

👍Instead, my day kicks-off with a healthy dose of soreness and a surge of readiness that simply isn't there when I'm NOT training.⁣

Tell me that doesn't sound epic!⁣

If you're not sure how you can create this type of shift for yourself let me leave you with few tips.⁣

Tip #1: Don't worry about doing fancy or complicated workouts.⁣

Tip #2: Your goal should be to get your heart rate to spike or stay elevated for AT-LEAST 10-20 minutes at least once a day.⁣

RIZOS DE PREDICADOR - Los rizos de predicador son un gran ejercicio para golpear la cabeza corta (la cabeza interna) del bíceps. Para hacer esto, debes mantener los codos adentro y no permitir que se ensanchen. Al igual que con cada ejercicio, desea utilizar un rango de movimiento completo para aprovecharlo al máximo. No debe esperar levantar tanto en estos como lo haría con rizos con barra. Truth about Va((ines !

Truth is I have a lot of Va((ines accept any recent in the past 15 years and I don't down or put anyone down that gets them or they gives her child then but I do highly recommend that you cleanse of all those dangerous chemicals that are inside of them.
if you do not cleanse all the chemicals and heavy metals and who knows what else in the V's, those chemicals can stay in you and manifest and lead to disease and nutrient deficiencies.

The Thomas Test (also known as Iliacus Test or Iliopsoas Test) is used to measure the flexibility of the hip flexors

Instructions for the Thomas test stretch:

1. Lie on your back on a mat.
2. Place a foam roller or rolled up yoga mat underneath your sacrum.
3. Bend both knees into your chest, so your back is rounded towards the ground.
4. Hug the right knee in and slowly straighten your left leg.

When moving the knees to the chest, the connection of muscles, ligaments, and fascia (tissues) causes an automatic chain reaction of Posterior Pelvic Tilt with lumbar flexion ( #PPT) The posterior tilt pulls and stretches the iliopsoas.

Bringing the knee up into the chest stretches the gluteus maximus of the bent leg, and also the hip flexors of the straight leg.
Hip flexion contributes to the change in pelvic tilt angle.

The Single-Leg Rebounding Box Jump is a plyometric exercise that can be performed to improve reactive and eccentric strength.
