Couple weeks back ⏪ .
 Jumping on here to say HAPPY MONDAY 🎊 For some reason Monday’s are my favourite because it’s a new week which means new goals and more determination. Had a weekend off the gym and ate out for every meal and I thoroughly enjoyed it. No ‘getting back on track’ mindset over here because I don’t believe in that shit. You never go ‘off track’ just after a weekend of pure enjoyment. It’s all part of the process 📈 Just sticking to my usual which means OVERNIGHT OATS this morning 🥣 .

Goals this week:
1. Keep my protein high 🐠
2. Get as much sleep as possible 💤(I’m going to a festival this Thursday which means no sleep and crap food) 
3. Gym Monday to Thursday 🏋🏼‍♀️ as I’ll be having a good 5 days off .

So there's a few rules to this egg fast I'm still sorting out the logistics of .

1) I have to eat a whole egg within a half hour of waking up (this will impact my ability to do workouts in the morning, as I'll still be digesting as it's time to get ready for work) .

2) I have to have 1 tablespoon of butter (or other healthy fat) per egg consumed .

3) I have to eat every 3-5 hours, hungry or not .

4) I have to eat AT LEAST 6 eggs a day .

5) I can eat up to one ounce of full fat cheese per egg consumed .

6) I have to stop eating at least 3 hours before bedtime .

Since a few of these rules will force me to pause the intermittent fasting, this will cycle me off my routine entirely, which might help shock my metabolism. So this could be really effective in kicking me off my weight loss stall .

This morning, I made a cream cheese pancake, which is a simple, two ingredient egg based meal - just mix eggs with cream cheese and cook. I added a little cinnamon for flavor, but I barely noticed the taste .

It was quick and easy. I'm sure I'll be sick of eggs by the time the week is over, but despite all the rules, this seems like a fairly simple fast .

We'll see how the results look after my 5 days are up.

• 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, light • 2 tbsp. natural yogurt (or more mayo)
• bunch of chives, chopped

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Boil the eggs, let them cool and peel off the shells, then chop and place in a bowl.

Clean the fish from bone and skin, then chop the meat and add to the bowl.
.
Finely chop the onion and cucumber, and also add to the bowl.
.
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper, mix with the mayonnaise, yogurt and chopped chives.
.
Serve with bread, fresh veggies, or on it’s own.

Week 4 round 1 of C25K is done before the sun even came up on this Monday morning.I finally got myself out of bed to knock it lit early today and I came SO CLOSE to the 2 mile mark. It’ll happen this week. I know it. The program amped up in difficulty pretty significantly but I did not have to take a break from any of the intervals. I wanted to, don’t get me wrong...but I could push through it. ⁣
⁣
I’ll be hitting the gym at lunch for arms and shoulders, and am glad I got my run out of the way so I can really devote my time to that. ⁣

وهي المرحلة الاصعب في التمرين الي بتحس فيها شدة صعوبة التمرين وتسارع ضربات القلب 
كيف ممكن نعرف مرحلة حدة التمرين؟
أولاً عن طريق تسارع ضربات القلب 
ثانياً شعورك بأعلى وأصعب مرحلة جهد في التمرين  اي وجع عضلاتك ،عدد ضربات القلب وصعوبة التنفس ،وهاالمرحله تختلف من كل إنسان للثاني الجهد اللي  تشوف نفسك تبذله وصعب عليك  ممكن شخص اخر يكون سهل بالنسبه له بس طبعاً هاد ما بقول انه هو يستفيد اكثر منك كل إنسان وحسب قوته في التمرين المهم توصلو مرحلة شدة التمرين لانها مفيدة جداً لبناء العضل وزيادة قوته وأيضاً زيادة حرق الدهون .
وأنا هالمرحله هي اجمل مرحله بالنسبه الي ودائماً بسعى اوصللها
