Lol Coco literally does not leave my side 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 obsessive little baby. Haven’t been to the gym in three or so days bc I’ve been spending some extra love on this girl. All the walks I’m sure give me some cardio & today I ran with her and she was SUCH a good little running partner! Yayyy🥰 I truly believe my plant based diet helps me keep my physique & energy levels up when I’m unable to get into the gym. Go vegan🌱

E olha só como deu certo, fiz tudinho que havia planejado e hoje me sinto muito orgulhosa por isso, confesso que to um pouco cansadinha, mais cheia de energia pra cumprir tudo o que eu planejei pro sábado e domingo. Realmente planejamento e foco é tudo que precisamos para fazer as coisas darem certo. Estou com propósitos e comecei dês de já melhorando algumas coisas no meu dia a dia, para quando chegar o início do meu propósito eu está preparada pra cumprir ele com foco e eficiência. Hotel gym workout 🏋️‍♀️ 😃 I just got home a few hours ago from spending a week in sunny Orlando 🌤 I had such a fun time going to several yoga and sculpt classes on the resort along with trying out their gym! It’s so important to continue to be active while on vacation or time away to help keep your energy levels up☄️, aiding in a good night’s sleep 😴 , and still feeling proactive throughout your trip 💥

Je reçois énormément de messages de soutien alors que je ne suis même pas encore parti, c’est ouf 💪🏾 •

Ma préparation physique s’est déroulée sur un cycle de 7 semaines : avec différentes charges d’entraînement. J’ai couru, j’ai nagé, j’ai pédalé ( j’ai beaucoup pédalé pouahhhh ), j’ai renforcé et travaillé de façon fonctionnelle mon corps, pour éviter les blessures. En gros j’en n’ai chié vraiment ... 😅 
Physiquement comme mentalement •

Pourquoi mentalement ? J’ai passé énormément de temps seul pendant les 7 semaines, entre dormir, manger, m’entraîner, me reposer et repartir à l’entraînement je n’avais pas énormément de temps .. mais je l’es voulus, je serais seul, sur ce vélo, qu’il neige, qu’il pleuve, qu’il fasse beau .. donc bon, il fallait être prêt et pour cela j’ai dû sacrifier certaines choses 🤷🏾‍♂️ •

Sacrifier des vacances, sacrifier des sorties, sacrifier des moments .. mais je ne regrette rien ! •
•
Avec de la Motivation, de la détermination, de la persévérance et de la confiance en soi, à l’heure d’aujourd’hui, j’arrive à performer dans plusieurs sports ... Je peux soulever lourd en musculation, je peux courir 2 marathons d’affilé, je peux pédaler pendant plusieurs kilomètres, je peux nager sur plusieurs kilomètres sans m’arrêter, je peux atteindre les 11,98 secs aux 100m, je peux marcher des jours sans m’arrêter, je peux danser, je peux sauter mais je peux surtout être HEUREUX 💪🏾 •
