❤️когда поступила в институт купила ещё один абонемент, недалёко от института, так как учеба была допоздна, а регулярность хотела сохранять. Это был «5 элемент» в трц «Афимолл». Сразу после пар, которые заканчивались в 6-7, я мчалась туда, а после ехала домой. А в дни, когда учебы не было, я тренировалась недалёко от дома. Но не долго счастье длилось. После нового года «5 элемент» поднял цены в два раза, о чем я узнала только в день, когда у меня сняли деньги с карты и мне пришлось с ними расстаться.

❤️и вот шёл 2019 год, март, я меняю зал на @nergofitness и начинаю смотреть на спорт под другим углом. Тренировки: 3 силовых и 2 кардио. Как решила эту проблему ? Я просто нашла по душе кардио, хожу в гору час, слушаю лекции или смотрю фильмы. И не замечаю как пролетает время. По питанию: о боже, спасибо что ушла ужасная зависимость от пп, я ем три раза в день, лишь то, что я хочу, как я чувствую, иногда два раза. Мне так комфортно. Полюбила овощи, но не сырые, а делаю на гриле, либо суп из тыквы, либо пюре из неё же. Контейнеры не таскаю с собой, очень редко.Осталось от режима в 17 лет : не жареная пища,мало соли и отсутсвие фастфуда.
Плюс ко всему сейчас планки перед сном и растяжку стараюсь включать через день.

🔥🔥Вот так постепенно я пришла к ежедневным тренировкам. Ребята не все сразу. Просто не надо сразу насиловать свой организм и нагружать 6 раз в неделю. Всему своё время, главное не останавливаться. Я в вас верю ❤️

I started off my workout with sprints, mostly because if I leave them to the end I always skip them🙄. I did 20 sec on/10 sec off for 10 minutes✅. I followed that up with the 10 minute AMRAP below. Set a timer for 10 minutes and move through the exercises below as many rounds as possible before the timer runs out🧭. And yes... that is my cat on my shirt😻.

Finally got a chance to film some of my workout today. Sorry for the grunts in the background lol(not me). Week 21 lower body #fierce . This was a killer session definitely feeling the burn!🔥 Will sleep tight tonight that's for sure. 😴😴 Planning to wake early tomorrow for my upper body session and starting off strong for #sweatnation . 30 day challenge. So need this right now, help me stay accountable and introduce some healthy changes. Let's do this #fiercecommunity2019 ! 👍💪

Quick ride up to Hampton Court then back through the Hampton Court to Weybridge section of Ride London, also used this ride as an opportunity to trial wearing a camel pack, think I'll just stick with water bottles for now, couldn't get used to it.

2 weeks to go, hopefully get another long ride in next weekend and a few strength training sessions through the week.

It was great to throwdown with the @ospreys_official a few weeks back, to catch up with some of the guys who ive played side by side with since the age of 16 one last time in such a familiar environment was special.

I've been asked since doing the pre season day, "Do I miss rugby?"... it's hard to say as my last year of playing was tough, but what I do miss is the rush of energy and adrenaline when breaking the line or when running onto the pitch. It was great to throwdown with the @ospreys_official a few weeks back, to catch up with some of the guys who ive played side by side with since the age of 16 one last time in such a familiar environment was special.

I've been asked since doing the pre season day, "Do I miss rugby?"... it's hard to say as my last year of playing was tough, but what I do miss is the rush of energy and adrenaline when breaking the line or when running onto the pitch. So, Someone sled into my dm's yesterday and talked about feeling a bit awkward and intimidated in the gym. And it took me back to my first day in the gym with them weights 👉🏻 I was there, standing in a corner holding the dumbbells and remembering all that YouTube guy said about the how to's of the exercise! 🙈

So before I dive into talking about it, I want you to know that - WE ALL START SOMEWHERE,  AND THE FACT THAT YOU STARTED IS A PROUD ACHIEVEMENT IN ITSELF. 😊🤗

Here's some of my practical tips that can help in OVER COMING INTIMIDATION surrounding the gym or trying new workouts in general 👉🏻 MAXIMIZING your time and MINIMIZING your stress😀👇🏻

🦸🏻‍♀️Put your blinders on 😎—you’re there to work and honestly, people who have time to notice what you’re doing are probably just impressed by the hard work you’re putting in
.
🏋🏻‍♀️Don’t be intimidated or feel as though you don’t belong in the weights section , I’m telling you that you BELONG and that you’ll get so much more long term benefit than hopping on your favorite elliptical every day. (I PROMISE)
.
💁🏻‍♀️ Don’t get stuck in RUTS because you’re afraid to try something new 😬Go FIND that machine you want to try, GRAB a little heavier set of dumbbells even if you struggle after the first 5 reps, MOVE that bench to where you need it to be! JUMP on that box even though it might make a noise. It’s YOUR PLAYGROUND!! 🤸🏻‍♀️
.
🧐Find your corner if that’s what it takes! Be kind and gracious to people, but also firm if needed so you can get in and out. For e.g.➡️ If someone stops me to talk, I’ll take out a headphone, listen to them, answer and then put the headphones back on to show that I have every intention of getting back to work💁🏻‍♀️💪🏻

📋But most importantly, have a plan and execute. Nobody feels their best wandering around without purpose, so eliminate that feeling and replace with FOCUS and EXECUTION ✅✅

MealPrep Teriyaki Chicken Bowls & homemade teriyaki with rice + veggies

makes about 4 servings
1.5 lbs. Chicken breasts, diced
1. 5 Tbsps sesame oil, divided 
4 cups frozen stir fry veggies of choice 
2 cups cooked brown rice, or quinoa 
1 Tbsp sesame seeds, to garnish

For the Teriyaki Sauce: (makes 1 cup sauce)
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced or pressed
2 Tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
1.5 Tbsps raw honey
1/3 cup coconut aminos
1/2 cup broth (vegetable, or chicken)
1/2 Tbsp gluten free flour

Instructions:
In a small bowl whisk all sauce ingredients together: set aside.
Preheat 1 Tablespoon of the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add in chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until almost cooked through.
Pour the homemade teriyaki sauce over and cook until sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked; just a few more minutes.
Heat remaining oil in a separate large skillet over medium heat; cook frozen vegetables until just tender, 5 to 7 minutes. 
Assemble the bowls with 1/2 cup cooked rice each, 1 cup of veggies then divide teriyaki chicken between the 4 bowls.
Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
Refrigerate for 3-5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
