Food for thoughts:
Health and fitness is not one size fits all (shouldn't be but sadly fake body images tells you otherwise). It has taken me 20 odd years to finally get hang of this thing called 'fit' life and it's not always about the looks, size or adhering to the same diet regime. 
Every Personal trainer have their own approach to how things works for them and their clients and therefore one can't not assume because you did A to Z with so and so trainer years ago you will get the same results with the next. I decided to stop calories counting, scale progress, short cuts weight loss and other quick fix after years of eating disorders, body crushing/over training and just overall having a love and hate relationship with food. I try to focus more on the mental health aspects of weight gains and other health issues and that's why I ONLY advice and try to get clients to incorporate various types of food into their diet without labeling themselves as being 'on diet'. Food and exercise will never be  one size fits all, everyone's body will react to food and exercise differently and through guidance and support it's up to YOU to find what works for YOUR body and work with that. I have said this and will say it again, you DON'T have to look skinny, muscular or toned to be healthy.  As your genetic plays a key role in how your body shapes and looks, you got to  work on your well-being and how you feel and less on what is considered 'normal or Healthy' (BMI calculator is not a one size fits all either). If you are interested in long term and realistic approach to food and exercise, then I'm here for you and if you want the quick and Yo-yo way then there's no much I can do for you. Not a usual breakfast for me but we are due to weigh in tonight, despite only having just weighed in on Saturday. We can't make group this coming Saturday and the only other one we could make is a class tonight at 5.30pm which will be our first ever evening class. Not going to lie I'm a tad nervous about weighing tonight having only weighed 2 days ago and it being an evening weigh in. So I've brought a couple of apples for breki/to snack on to help keep me behaving as I really don't want my first gain on a day that isn't our actual weigh day as I'll feel like I've cheated myself there so 🤞🏼. Does anyone who weighs on an evening have any tips? THANKS IN ADVANCE🤗😘

Happy new week guys!💕
It's monday and i've started my day with a nice 7km run🏃🏼‍♀️ (thank god without a lot of rain, now it's pouring rain) And now, i was also at the gym!💪🏻 I've trained chest and back today, my fav, and it was awesome!😍🔥 I tried also to do some snatches today with baby weights, just to see how it is and i kinda liked it! Crossfit is also some kinda very interesting to me🙈

Eine neue Woche hat begonnen und ich bin mal wieder mit einem Lauf in den Tag gestartet und war gerade eben auch noch im Gym🏋🏼‍♀️ Heute hab ich Rücken und Brust trainiert und es war super!🤩 Ausserdem hab ich noch ein paar snatches ausprobiert mit Baby Gewichten, nur um mal auszuprobieren😄 Finde ja ehrlichgesagt Crossfit schon echt interessant😬

Since March I've been living out of town and community support working across two counties so feel like I spend my life in my 🚙 rather than on my feet or 🚲 hence my fitness has taken a bit of a hit. It didn't feel like the easiest ride between the elements and heavy panniers but still felt great. And totally worth it for that brisk dip 😁👌🏼 Definitely feeling autumn in the air, no doubt about that 🍁🍂

Motivation is at its all time high this week and I’m feeling positive for these next 2 weeks before my hols to get in my best shape and also mentality before I go 😌which tbf is suppressing since after getting my eyebrows microbladed (110% RECOMMEND) I can’t do any exercise except walk for for most of that time 🤣buttt yea just seriously just wanting to nourish my bod and just treat it how it needs right now and I’m so ready for that! 😌

Motivation is hard to come by sometimes but just remember why you started and where you want to be!

Always work on yourself, for yourself, and don’t let anyone change your view on that ❤️

One year is somehow such a long time and such a short time all at once.  It feels long at the time but goes by in the blink of an eye.  When I started trying to lose weight I never thought I'd stick with it for anywhere close to a year.  It sounds so overwhelming to do anything for that long.  Could I have lost more in this time?  Of course.  But I am just happy I'm still going!  Take it one day at a time and you will be surprised how quickly little changes add up!

When I started @ww I was Obese. Worked my butt off and finally got to a BMI of being Overweight and I was happy for that. As of this morning my weight has dropped another -1.2lbs and my BMI is now in NORMAL! I am so happy and proud of this.
