ЗАПЕЧЁННЫЙ ТУНЕЦ С СЫРОМ И ЯЙЦОМ 
Отличный вариант обеда! Сытно и очень вкусно! Идеально сочетается с салатом из свежих овощей. 
Ингредиенты: 🔸100 гр консервированного тунца (натурального, без масла) 🔸 4-5 шт помидорок черри 🔸 2 яйца 🔸 свежая зелень 🔸 40 гр сыра (сулугуни) 🔸 соль, специи по вкусу 
Приготовление: 
1⃣ Тунец размять вилкой и выложить на дно формы. 
2⃣ Посыпать зеленью и выложить нарезанные черри. 
3⃣ Яйца взбить вилкой, добавить к ним натёртый сыр, соль и специи. 
4⃣ Залить яично-сырную смесь в форму и отправить запекаться в духовку на 20 минут при 180 градусах.

Don't mind the hair and beard I got a haircut after this 😂 Feeder workouts. Holy fuck those are life changers!!! If you guys are having any problems putting size on a body part do feeder workouts before you sleep (personal favourites are 50 curls 3 sets and tricep pushback 50 reps four sets) for legs squat till your dead!! And lastly, they don't need to be heavy make sure to focus on contraction!

So I recently tried a new pull-up PR and got 21-22 reps (not sure if the 22nd rep counts lol). After posting my last PR in which I got 20 reps, I've received many questions on how to improve pull-up strength. So I just posted a new YouTube video on how to master bodyweight pull-ups via 3 exercise progressions. You can check it out when you visit the link in my bio.

To briefly cover the 3 exercise progressions, first, we start with the lat pulldown to improve general vertical pulling strength. Once you are able to lat pulldown roughly 60% of your own body weight, you are ready to practice band-assisted pull-ups. The band-assisted pull-ups allow you to more specifically train the stabilization and pulling angles involved with doing bodyweight pull-ups.

The third and final exercise progression is doing strict pull-ups in combination with negative pull-ups. At this point, you should be able to do 1-3 bodyweight pull-ups on your own. But instead of stopping the set after a few pull-up reps, you finish the set by adding negative (eccentric) pull-ups until you reach 8-10 reps.

These progressions help you get your first pull-up and progress even beyond that. Pro tip: if you lose some weight throughout the process, your pull-up strength will benefit from this. The leaner you are, the less weight you have to pull-up. For more details on mastering the pull-up, I refer you to the video!
