We all need to hear the lesson even if you think you already know it come on guys. If you are struggling, if life isn’t falling in place for you just like you want it too.

Change the priorities- a quick story for you a while back about 3 years ago I was fairly fat, lazy, and not athletic, but as time went on I was realizing that I was having less and less energy, and I felt terrible. I got up one day looked at myself in the mirror and was like “Absolutely not.” Walked out, looked up some workouts by Jim Stoppani, put in my headphones, chose an NCS playlist from YouTube, got in my car, drove to Food Max, and bought my meals and prepared myself to Bodybuild.

I gain weight and lose weight, but ultimately I move forward towards the goals I’ve set, with a rent less pursuit, and I do fail, and sometimes hard, but I get back up, learn, grow, and push myself a little bit more. Love you guys be fit and strong (who would take online coaching from me?) #BMVFIT

🔥LOWER BODY WORKOUT🔥 By large request...This workout was a booty burner🍑! I was definitely feeling it after. I hope I can help inspire others out their who are confused on where to start in their fitness journey. If you need ANY help whether it’s with fat loss, muscle gain, etc, don’t hesitate to message me because I’m willing to help anyone! This workout here only has snippets because I couldn’t get good angles but it included the following: 
4X8 heels elevated squats
4X8-10 alternating deficit lunges (i know I need to work on my form)🙃
4X10 good mornings
4X10 Single leg deadlifts

6X12 booty abductors

Ура! Давно не видела такой вес у себя😁
Притом сегодня выпила 350мл воды до взвешивания, боялась вставать на весы. 
Возможно если б не вода, было бы 62 кг😀

Вчера утром съела несколько чипсин, лимонад, потом яичницу из 2 яиц🍳, на обед молочный ломтик десерт, на ужин мороженку и батончик мюсли и поздним вечером поела немного консервированной кукурузы и молока с кофем попила😁

Diese Brötchen sind schnell gemacht und der Hit 🖒
.
30g Chiasamen, 15g Flohsamenschalen, 50g Dinkelvollkornmehl, 25g Süßlupinenmehl, 1 TL Salz und 1/2 Pck. Backpulver  miteinander vermischen.
.
100g Quark, 1 Ei und 140ml  Wasser mit einem Schneebesen verrühren.

Jetzt alles miteinander vermengen, 5 Minuten quellen lassen. Danach Brötchen formen und in Chiasamen wälzen.
Bei 180 Grad ca. 20-25 Minuten backen. .

唯一值得慶幸的是當初減掉的胸、臀再度回來找我了😆排骨精真的不好看,沒肉再多的訓練都練不出美臀,買了美臀短褲怎麼都翹不起來😭當初穿最小號的平口洋裝還會掉下來,很慘⋯⋯

曾經的成功讓我知道我一定做得到👍重拾信心,吃好練滿,慢慢來比較快,也希望消失已久的阿月能趕快回來⋯

Siguiendo en nuestra ruta del @efectoburger nos toco visitar a los amigos de @autanagrill, un pequeño local ubicado en un rincón de Providencia que sorprende por la calidad de sus hamburgesas. En esta oportunidad, rompiendo el esquema de lo tradicional, decide arriesgarme con una burger de pollo, la famosa Sabana Burger, una jugosa pechuga de pollo de 200 grs, palta, pimenton asado, queso cheddar y lechuga montados en un sabroso pan de hamburgesa. Realmente ganadas las 5 ⭐ en calidad, fue perfecta en todo aspecto, ya que por lo general siempre se falla en la cocción del pollo (queda seco) y/o en la madurez de la palta, pero no! Ni respire devorandome esa hermosura junto a los aritos de cebolla que la acompañaban! 🐽🍗 .

A fruta cítrica é bastante utilizada em preparos com carnes de todos os tipos.  E com frango, o abacaxi também combina super bem. A receita, que é prática de fazer, é para quem gosta de pratos agridoces. Bora lá. .

Frango salteado com abacaxi

INGREDIENTES

2 porções

200 g de peito de frango em tiras ou cubos.

1/2 abacaxi bem maduro

1/2 pimentão vermelho

2 colheres (sopa) de molho de soja

1 pitada de gengibre em pó

Azeite a gosto

Pimenta do reino a gosto.

MODO DE PREPARO

Corte o abacaxi previamente descascado em cubos e fatie o pimentão em tiras finas ou quadrados (descarte a parte branca e as sementes do pimentão). Em uma panela, aqueça um pouco de azeite e doure os pedaços de frango. Junte o abacaxi e o pimentão e deixe cozinhar por 5 minutos.

Adicione o molho de soja, o gengibre e a pimenta do reino. Misture bem e refogue por mais 3 minutos.

Sirva em seguida acompanhado de arroz da sua preferência. .
DICA: Para uma apresentação mais bonita, misture o arroz na panela do frango e sirva tudo dentro de um abacaxi.

●2 xícaras de água
cebolinha, salsinha, gergelim, cebola roxa picada e outras ervas a gosto ( da sua preferência)
sal Rosa (quanto basta)

■MODO DE PREPARO
.
◇Escorra a água do grão-de-bico que estava de molho e coloque uma xícara do grão no liquidificador.
◇Acrescente a água, a aveia em flocos e a cúrcuma e bata até obter uma massa homogênea.
◇Transfira a massa para outro recipiente, acrescente o restante dos ingredientes, temperos, o sal na quantidade que preferir e misture bem.
◇Coloque uma frigideira no fogo baixo, de preferência com teflon ou a que você possua que grude menos. Coloque apenas 1 fio de óleo para untar.
Despeje a quantidade de massa na frigideira e frite, como panquecas.
◇Se você coloca uma quantidade espessa, use uma tampa na frigideira para que cozinhe mais rápido. Tenha paciência, ela demora mais do que os omeletes normais para que fique dourado ou crocante.

4 unidades de sobrecoxa de frango sem pele

1/2 colher de sopa de suco de limão

1/2 colher de chá de sal rosa

1 colher de sopa de gengibre ralado

200 g de iogurte natural

1/2 colher de chá de alho picado

Noz moscada a gosto

1/2 colher de chá de páprica doce

4 colheres de sopa de azeite extra virgem

MODO DE PREPARO

Tempere as sobrecoxas com o suco de limão e o sal. Deixe descansar no refrigerador por 20 minutos.

Modo de Preparo

Em uma tigela, misture o leite de amêndoas, a chia, a baunilha, a canela, 2 colheres de sopa de melado e a pitada de cardamomo. Misture bem, de preferência usando um batedor de arame. Você vai perceber que o leite de amêndoas vai engrossando rapidamente, sem cozinhar nem nada. Guarde na geladeira por cerca de 8 horas.

Descasque e corte a manga em pedaços que possam ser facilmente processados. Processe a manga e 1 colher de sopa de melado até que obtenha um creme espesso.

🌱Best Mexican Style Black Beans with roasted chili lime corn🌽It’s cloudy, rainy and my shoes are soaked!!! Need an extra oat latte to get through the soaking socks!!! Happy Tuesday friends💛.
🌱Recipe beans: Cook 1 small chopped onion in a little vegetable broth (or olive oil) until translucent, about 7 minutes. Add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp oregano, 3/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp chili powder and cook another 30 seconds. Add 1 tbsp tomato paste and mix before adding 1-15oz can black beans and 1/2 cup vegetable broth. Use side of wooden spoon or spatula to mash about half of the beans while cooking. Simmer about 10 minutes until most broth is absorbed. Add fresh lime juice and salt to taste. 🌱Recipe corn: Roast 3 ears fresh sweet corn with husks on at 350F on oven rack until soft to touch, about 35 minutes. Meanwhile, combine zest 1/2 lime, 1 tsp chili powder, 3 tbsp vegan butter. (Optional: Use sharp knife to slice down side of corn and remove kernels. Add butter mixture to kernels according to taste while corn still warm.) Rub corn with butter mixture after roasting. Finish with squeeze of fresh lime juice and salt to taste.

100g pasta of choice
1 clove garlic
1/2 medium onion, chopped
150g mushrooms, chopped
2 tbsp tamari
1/4 cup oat milk
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Large handful spinach
Boil the pasta according to packaging instructions. Meanwhile, add the garlic, onion and mushrooms to a non-stick frying pan and sauté for around 5 minutes, until the mushrooms cook down. Add the tamari, oat milk and garlic, lower the heat, and stir for a further 2-3 minutes before stirring in the spinach and the pasta. Serve immediately.

Avocado Tomato Bruschetta 😍 I love tomato bruschetta with lots of basil, garlic, onion & balsamic vinegar on crispy bread 😋🙏🏼 what’s even more delicious is adding avocado to the mix!

4 slices of homemade white bread (I followed the instructions for the white bread recipe in the Panasonic booklet)
 2 avocados
 Juice of 1 lemon
 250g mixed baby plum tomatoes, sliced in half
 1 garlic clove, crushed
 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 1/2 tbsp olive oil
 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
 A handful of fresh basil, roughly chopped
 salt & pepper to taste  Method: make the hard crust bread following the Panasonic bread maker instructions. Add the avocado flesh into a food processor along with the lemon juice and a pinch of salt & pepper. Blend until smooth and top with chilli flakes.
 Add the tomatoes to a mixing bowl along with the onion, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, basil and season with salt & pepper.
 Spread the avocado onto each slice of bread and top with the tomato mixture. Enjoy!

Zum Mittagessen 🍽 habe ich mir heute einen Cheese-Burger 🍔 mit fettarmen Ofen-Pommes 🍟 gemacht 😋
Da ich vom gestrigen Abend 🥂 leicht verkatert bin, brauche ich heute würziges, fettiges Essen 😅
Aber man kann ja trotzdem ein paar Kalorien sparen indem man den Burger und die Pommes nicht in einen Fast Food Restaurant kauft, sondern es selbst zubereitet 👍
Die ganze Portion hatte nur 578 kcal, 31g Eiweiß, 56g KH und 22g Fett 📊
Rezept: Für die Burger-Brötchen habe ich einfach das Rezept für die Flohsamen-Brötchen aus meinem Backbuch „Schlank mit Kuchen und Brot“ 📖 verwendet und mit etwas Sesam bestreut. Für den Patty habe ich 60g Bio-Rinder-Hackfleisch mit Salz und Pfeffer gewürzt, in eine Patty-Form gepresst und in einer beschichten Pfanne gebraten.
Das Brötchen habe ich dann mit etwas light Ketchup von @rockanutrition bestrichen, zwei Tomatenscheiben 🍅, etwa Salat, den Patty und eine halbe Scheibe light Käse (16g) 🧀 belegt.
Dazu habe ich mir 200g der fettarmen Ofenpommes von @agrarfrost gemacht und diese mit der kalorienarmen Mayo von @rockanutrition
