✨Buen día #tribuBalance como practicantes de hace tiempo a veces nos distraemos en el avance de nuestra práctica, es decir que conforme vamos conociendo el cuerpo y sus posibilidades, tendemos a la avidez, queremos lograr posturas más complejas y de pronto sólo nos enfocamos en las posturas complejas y retadoras.⁣⁣⁣

✨Una de las razones por las que me encanta tener grupos de iniciación en la práctica es que vamos poco a poco y practicando las bases para una práctica segura, revisando detalladamente las posturas preparatorias. Esto también me ayuda a mí, porque recuerdo la importancia de estas posturas y cómo siempre tienen algo nuevo que puedo aprender de ellas.⁣⁣⁣

So you want to get in shape but your friends aren’t about that life?

This is definitely an issue if you are wanting to get the body of your dreams. I hear it constantly from clients, friends, family, etc. You are so STOKED about losing weight and getting toned & fit!!! And then your friend is like, “uhhhmm yeah NOPE” putting a damper on your goals and all of a sudden you’re not so stoked anymore.
🏋🏻‍♀️

You’re constantly being asked to go out to dinner, go for drinks, get pizza, and go do this and that... of courssse! This is where you have to be mentally strong. Yup I said it (big surprise). You have to be 100% LEGIT with yourself and what your goals are.

I’m not saying you should completely restrict yourself and become a hermit, loner weirdo. NO! But depending on what your goals are, whether it be to lose 10 pounds or 40 pounds, tone up your tummy, compete,... that will determine how OFTEN you will allow yourself to let loose. Obviously we all still want a social life, to go on dates and have wine, etc. So unless you are in competition prep, YOU SHOULD STILL HAVE A FREAKIN LIFE OUTSIDE OF THE GYM & YOUR NUTRITION.

Learn and know your body. You know if you skipped the gym. You know if you cheated more than you should have. You know if you were on point for the most part & feel like you deserve a lil somethin’. The moment you are 100% REAL with yourself and your goals, you will start to see progress in not only your body, but your mind.

Fitness should not be torturous. But it’s not an overnight gig. It’s a journey. It’s learning what works best for you and what doesn’t. Learning how to make healthy foods taste good. Enjoy this process because this process is helping your LONG TERM health. Set yourself up for a long, happy & healthy life. You deserve it sister friend.

¿Te duele la espalda después de levantar? ¡Aprende a hacer bisagras!  La bisagra de la cadera es uno de los ejercicios más importantes para que los aprendices aprendan, antes de comenzar las sentadillas, los levantamientos de peso muerto, los cambios de pesas rusas y, en general, los movimientos adecuados del día a día.
 Parece sencillo, pero los patrones de flexión de muchos alumnos son defectuosos.  Para enseñar el ejercicio de la bisagra de la cadera, todo lo que necesita es una pared y una varilla / varilla.
 Pídale a su alumno que toque la pared con sus nalgas y asegúrese de que la clavija / varilla permanezca en contacto con los tres puntos en todo momento.  A. cabeza

“If you fail to plan you plan to fail”.
Everything begins the night before.

I’ve come to realize that everything flows better if you plan ahead of time in detail you take advantage of every minute and the use of your resources. We arrived at the gym at 6AM and finished our entire work out at 7AM.😃 Just on time to
begin our day fueled 100% and move on to our next activities.

I heard in a podcast something something that I believe to be true
and that will be our daily challenge. "It’s now about Intensity it’s all about consistency.” It doesn’t matter how hard you work out if you only do it once in 
a while. It doesn’t matter how hard you show your love if you 
only do it once in a while. It doesn’t matter how bad to achieve your
business goal if you only work on it once in a while.

Consistency is the key to all success! 👆🏻🙃 By the way here’s our work out routine for today. Chest and Triceps.
4 sets of 12 reps. Go all out and max out in your last set of each exercise.

1. Chest press
2. Incline chest press
3. Cables chest press.

The questions we ask ourselves play a HUGE role in our mindset and the decisions we make. I read an example today from Tony Robbins and he said this - say you were going to ask somebody out on a date - if you asked yourself the question “wouldn’t it be great to get to know this person?” then you’d be more likely to make the decision to ask them out. ⁣
⁣
Instead as humans we like to ask ourselves the negative questions such as, “what if they reject me?” or “what if I get hurt?” and those questions can hold us back from doing whatever it is we really want to do. ⁣
⁣
So many situations we are our own biggest enemy. We decide not to do something because we ask ourselves the negative questions and always assume the worst outcome. What if instead we looked at the positive? What would you do today if you knew something amazing would come out of a new decision you’ve been wanting to do for some time now?

Страх и дрожь в теле.. вчера собака бросилась на меня из кустов. "Найда, ко мне!"- кричал мальчишка лет 10🐶

В голове одна мысль: "Муж защитит меня". Я замерла на одном месте- в детстве говорили, что от собак нельзя убегать
Секунда и мокрый носик обнюхивает мои ноги. Ещё секунда. Овчарка-подросток ушла вместе c ребёнком обратно в лес🌲

Моя боязнь собак любой породы выше колена с детства. Тогда в 98 году дворняжка повалила меня на землю. Я отделалась царапинами

Легко понять, что кошек люблю больше😻 Но не вопреки. Мне ближе кошачий темперамент и повадки. Как и многие кошатники, я интроверт. Собачников же психологи считают экстравертами

Чувствую себя одинаково комфортно в обществе любой кошки. Особая любовь к шотландцам, британцам и персам🥰

Искренне считаю, что моим котам со мной повезло😁 Наверняка они думают: "Какой же хороший человек мне достался"🙈

❗️❗️❗️All my life i worried about the opinions of others.. stopped doing certain stuff and chasing after the things that i always wanted just because i was afraid of how people looked at me. My advice to you .. do what makes YOU happy, don’t stress about other people. you have ONE life so live it to the fullest. You’re capable of absolutely anything. Stressing about what people think wont make you successful or bring you positivity.. DO YOU and BE HAPPY ❤️ -

Standing leg curl | Anatomical Analysis

The Standing leg curl is an isolated exercise for strengthening the hamstrings.

Performing the exercise while standing is more functional than while sitting mainly for #sports that combine #running and #jumping.

To focus the load on the #hamstrings and neutralize the #gastrocnemius muscle, we put the heel into plantarflexion (point your toes).
In this position, the gastrocnemius is shortened and cannot assist (active insufficiency) so that all the load is focused on the hamstrings. (Log in to the Strength app and watch the full video, you will see an example for this position)

While we stand with a full knee flexion, the hamstrings enter a state of active insufficiency and we feel that they are very weak.
In other words, the closer the heel comes to the buttocks, the shorter and weaker the hamstrings become.

If we want to strengthen them at the end of the range of flexion, we will bend the body forward through the hip hinge and thus stretch them a bit and allow them to gain more power.
