Some days you kill it.  Some days it’s a grind. -

On mornings like this morning for me it’s all about having a plan.  I knew what I was going to do on this Wednesday morning months ago.  That’s having a plan. -

I prepared for that this weekend by looking at my week, scheduling my meals, my workout times and prepping my meals.  That’s being prepared. -

Then this morning I put that preparation to work.  I executed the plan.  Even though I’m exhausted.  Unmotivated.  Tired. Hungry.  Grumpy 😂. -

I get it, life happens.  That’s why you plan and prepare.  But when the time comes to get it done, just execute the plan. -

You have to disconnect how you feel with what you do.  There are plenty of days I don’t feel like doing stuff.  Doesn’t matter. -

What’s gotta get done has gotta get done. -

Me sobró de todo y salieron estas maravillas😄💕
No tires nada nunca...porque no sabes lo puede salir😂
Mira así de facil👇
👉Base:
2 tazas de arroz (hecho)
1 huevo y 2 claras 
1 cebolla de verdeo 
1 varita de apio 
Queso rallado (opcional)
Nuez mozcada, comino y sal a gusto
👉Relleno: 
1 taza de Calabaza (horneada, hervida, etc)
2 cdas queso crema 
Jamón (picado)
Queso cremoso (opcional)
👉Preparación: 
En un bowl picar todo, poner arroz huevos y condimentos (reservar)
En otro bowl: mezclar todo el relleno (reservar)
Moldes de Muffins, poner la base dejando un hueco en el medio y en el centro poner el relleno, así con todos....llevar a una placa y horno precalentado 25 minutos aprox. Hasta que estén firmes y ñammmm!!🤤
👉Buena opción para llevar al trabajo, juntada con amigas, etc
