Do you want some big ass arms? Try doing 10 reps of preacher curls followed by 4 partials reps then have your partner pull the weight down to increase to increase the tension for 5sec on the negative. Fight hard on the negative and the have your partner pull the weight back up and repeat for 6 reps. It makes you feel sore as hell!

🥇Workout sets: ( hold each stretch for 30-60 seconds after a workout )⁣
1️⃣Hamstring Stretch ⁣
2️⃣ Hip Flexor and Quad Stretch⁣
3️⃣ Lower back stretch ⁣
⁣⁣
🥇Instructions: For 1️⃣ Hamstring stretch do both legs first then each leg. Make sure you are breathing through everything. ⁣To get a deeper stretch in the hamstring don’t arch your back too much as I am. ⁣⁣

Stecke momentan im Prüfungsstress und lasse mich leider ziemlich leicht ablenken. 🤓😅😄

Auf einmal fiel mir dann auch der große Wäscheberg auf der gewaschen werden musste und meine Schubläden mussten auch dringend (nicht) mal wieder aufgeräumt werden. Letztendlich fand ich mich dann irgendwo auf dem Boden wieder und bastelte bzw spielte an irgendetwas rum, dass ich beim aufräumen wiedergefunden habe. 🙄😄

If I had realized how simple it was to make my own household items with natural ingredients, I would have started long ago.  With that being said, I wanted to share this with you today so you can see how easy it is to make your own laundry detergent that will last you months and months.

I contemplated posting this because I know no one cares what I eat for lunch but then I changed my mind because I need a way to hold myself accountable. This isn’t my typical fast food meal considering there are no fries, ketchup or caffeinated drink involved but this is a healthier fast food alternative. I’ve started and stopped weight watchers more times than one but it’s time that I actually make a change instead of just hoping for it. 2 years ago today I gave birth to my second little King Mr. Attitude himself Jaxon Kareem Henry. This little boy has been nothing short of amazing. It’s a Monday and nothing motivates me more than a new pair of workout leggings.!!🙌🏼 Imma be honest and say I was a little on the fence about these at first. They are a different material and have these holes at the bottom that make my legs look like a cured ham and it was an impulse buy and I don’t do that. I’m Asian, I will carry 15 things and end up with one by the time I hit the register.😝 But I wore them and they made me feel good. I crushed my HIIT workout and now the perworkout is going away but I’m still feeling these pants🤗 Happy Monday Y’all!

ŠTO RAZMIŠLJAŠ TO PRIVLAČIŠ.

Mnogi od vas znaju da početak ove godine, za mene, nije bio baš bajan, jer dosta stvari mi se nije poklopilo onako kako sam ja htio.

Sjećam se, na Novoj godini sam rekao, da će ovo biti moja godina, te da ću je učiniti najboljom koja može biti. 
Jedna stvar lošija za drugom je krenula, svugdje su mi bila zatvorena vrata, te kao da me život bacao na pod cijelo vrijeme.

Svaki put kada mi se takvo nešto dogodilo, odlučio sam se podignuti sa poda, te nastavio tražiti vrata, te kucati na ona koja sam našao.

Evo, nakon 6 mjeseci prošlih u ovoj godini, pocelo mi se događati ono sto sam zamišljao.

Nakon toliko padova, razocaranja i okoline koja me je samo sputavala u životu, odlučio sam ne odustati, te ostati vjeran svojem cilju i mislima. 
Koliko god zvučalo suludo ovo što ti pričam, ali misli stvaraju tvoju realnost. 
Mozda je vaš život kompliciran i nerazumljiv drugima, no neka vas to ne dira, jer na kraju dana vi ostajete sami sa svojim mislima.

Voli vas puno vaš dečko Slaven!

I made it to the gym this morning. I worked out once in the last eleven days and that primarily due to adaptation fatigue (not depression fatigue!).

Unexpected significant changes really throw me off my game and they have for a long time because I have been adapting to unexpected significant changes for years with basically no real period of secure stability.

I mentioned this to my therapist (what up @talkspace), about how I am so much less likely to take risks or even just make calculated changes in my life because I am just so worn down from navigating the unfamiliar without the support I need. It was kind of a great moment of clarity because feeling "stuck" is not a good feeling but I also felt complacent because it was like I was just lying down for the crummy circumstances that I've been facing.

That's not it at all though. This is like the cocoon phase of caterpillar metamorphosis. It's a painful, messy process even though it doesn't look like much is happening from the outside. I am very slowly recovering and gaining back strength and learning new skills to come out of all of this a different but better version of myself.

There's no point in judging myself in how I handle anything. I am doing the best I can with what I have at that moment.

All that matters is that I keep moving forward.

Many people quit their fitness journeys (or any other goals they have) because they don’t see immediate results, and many don’t even begin because of the time that it will take. The people that eventually reach their long-term goals don’t think like this. They don’t let the time investment intimidate them; rather, they put in the work day after day, until eventually it pays off.⁣

Mobbing ist sch***e! ❌ Heute möchte ich mal ein Thema ansprechen, dass mir ganz besonders am Herzen liegt. Denn immer wieder bekommt man mit, dass Personen gemobbt werden, sei es direkt Face-to-face im Alltag oder - nochmal feiger - im Internet via Cybermobbing. Beides geht einfach gar nicht!🙅🏼‍♀️ Häufig bedenken die Täter dabei gar nicht, welch großen Schaden und Schmerz sie den Opfern dabei zufügen - für sie ist das oftmals nur Spaß. Doch die Schäden können langfristig sein und die Person auf ewig begleiten und beeinflussen!☝🏼 Was ich euch damit sagen möchte: seid freundlich! 💚Man muss nicht mit jedem best friends sein, doch jemanden fertig zu machen - meist auch nur aus komplett unnötigen Gründen, weil dessen Nase einem nicht passt - ist einfach das allerletzte. Ruft euch immer wieder ins Gedächtnis: wie würde es euch dabei gehen? 🤔 Denkt einfach mal immer wieder daran und achtet auf eure Mitmenschen!
