Trying to improve balance and strengthen your core muscles?
👊👊👊👊 Get a fitball and I got 3 simple exercises for you! 
You'll find it at every gym but if you are not a member of any fitness centres then consider investing in one as it's a great way to train your abs! 
1. Crunches - easy and effective! When you lie on the fitball instead of matt you automatically use more core muscles as you need to hold balance. 3 x 15 
2. Side abs on fire!!!! This one is tricky and it is difficult to hold balance but everything gets easier with practice! 3 x 8-15 depending on your experience. 
3.PLANK on fitball - quite challenging but not as hard as it looks! Try it out and feel the burn! 3 x 20-40 sec! .
Very quick set of 3 exercises but if repeated regularly - it will definitely strengthen your core!

If you’re a new Personal Trainer looking to grow your client base, a gym wanting more memberships, or you have any kind of new business, posting to Instagram can sometimes feel like shouting into the void. Sure, you can improve your content, post more frequently and engage with others, but it’s frustrating with the prevalence of bots, near-useless swipe-along booty workouts and changing algorithms.⠀

Here’s a couple of ideas to use to work on growing your SME, fitness-related or not:⠀
⠀
▫️ Create a website, learn a little about SEO and Pinterest (I’m always happy to help with this) and write about the things your clients or prospective clients ask you about. In the long run it’s much more valuable to have these answers in a blog post as opposed to a social media post that will be forgotten as soon as it’s scrolled past.⠀
⠀
▫️ Put effort into continued or higher education. That’s going to be valuable for much longer than Instagram is around for. Can you imagine if we all spent the same amount of time learning that we do on social media each week? 🤯⠀
⠀
▫️ Give the best service you are able to, then ask your clients to leave Facebook and Google reviews, and to tell their friends about you. If you don’t know anything about service, just behave in a way that you would like to be treated, and do it with a smile on your face.⠀
⠀
I’m not a “6-figure” trainer, nor do I do all of these things perfectly, but I’m as busy as I’d like to be and I know my business would still thrive if Instagram got deleted tomorrow. Remember this post next time you’re hours deep in the social media comparison trap and think about how you might spend your time more wisely.

I am sick. My gg is in the hospital. I spent all day trying to find an outfit for my interview just to buy a pair shoes and wear something at home. I didnt get home till 1030. I am exaughsted.

Everything that should have kept me from my workouts, did NOT. And I am so FUCKING proud.
