Ja genau, aber in meinem Universum der Kuriositäten 🤣🤣.
Es gibt sicher bessere Rezepte, aber Einfachheit siegt meine Lieben und einfacher gehts fix nicht mehr. Das Endprodukt spricht einfach dafür 😍.
Knoblauch, 1TL Salz mit dem Saft aus einer Zitrone in den Mixer. Dann 200ml eiskaltes Wasser und 100ml Saft von den Kirchererbsen hinzufügen und nochmal durchmixen. Zum Schluss Kirchererbsen und 1 TL Kümmel hinzufügen und nochmal mixen bis es cremig wird. Fertig, oben drauf einen Schuss frisches Olivenöl und Schnittlauch(hatten wir am Weekend gerade daheim und fertig). Dazu Pitabrot und Gemüse, was braucht Mann mehr?? 😋

I’m back, y’all! It has been about 50 years since I’ve logged into this page and even longer since I’ve blogged about my fitness journey. About a year ago I hit a plateau, and didn’t necessarily feel comfortable sharing that part of my journey. I’m here now to say it’s okay when we lose track of taking care of ourselves the way that we know we should - there is always going to be a day when you are able to get back on your feet and restart.

I made a huge move to Pensacola, FL about eight months ago and found my love for fitness again about halfway through. I am currently a Cyclestar at Cyclebar Pensacola, and am so excited to share this part of my life with you!
As always, this account is geared to create a positive mindset for fitness, and remembering that working out is NOT. A. PUNISHMENT. It’s a celebration of what we are truly capable of!

I didn’t sleep very well last night listening to the crazy wind. I finally got to sleep, I had a couple of hours and my alarm went off.

I decided to Commit do I did! Energize, then Week 3 Day 1 Cut and yes tall girl problems. Added a riser which was great for the floor work but yep my hands hit the ceiling..hmm..when I was on the riser. Done and yes I sweat.

My Super Foods and yes I do add a little peppermint extract to my Peppermint Mocha Shakeology...so good. I hope that everyone had a great day!

Dinner tonight was Veggie pasta and Ground Turkey Pasta Sauce with peppers and onions. Yay lunch tomorrow too.

Ausgangsposition ist die Rückenlage.

Die Beine werden in der Luft angewinkelt und die Arme zur Seite ausgestreckt.

Nun lässt du deine Knie so weit zur linken Seite fallen, wie die Schultern und Schulterblätter auf der Matte bleiben.

Der Kopf und der Blick werden zur rechten Seite gedreht.

Halte diese Dehn-Position für 25 bis 30 Sekunden.

5 TIPS FOR A FIT PREGNANCY🤰🏼💪🏼

1. Think of exercise as a privilege. Being pregnant has given me a whole new appreciation for working out and the power of endorphins. When I’m feeling terrible...hormonal, fatigued, uncomfortable, etc...if I can force myself to get up and exercise, it completely changes everything and can turn my day around. There are many expecting mothers who aren’t able to exercise during pregnancy for medical reasons. So if you are one of the lucky ones who has been given the okay to exercise by your doctor...get your butt up and workout DAILY. Train your brain to see it as a privilege, not a burden.
2. Listen to your body!!!! 🧘🏼‍♀️This has actually been harder for me than I thought it would be. I’ve spent the past three years learning to push through discomfort during my workouts so I’ve had to rewire myself to be more in tune with my body. If something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it!!! Modify the exercise or skip it all together and try something different.
3. Write down what you eat everyday 📝This may not feel like the right choice for everyone, and that’s okay! Personally, this has kept me on track with my weight gain so far during pregnancy. I use MyFitnessPal and I have tracked my meals since I first found out I was pregnant. On days when I’m sick or nauseous, this helps me make sure I’m getting enough calories and it has also helped me on days when my appetite is out of control. A majority of my pregnancy I have felt like I could eat the whole freaking house down 😳 the truth is that you only need about 300 extra calories a day and eating for two is apparently a myth! 🥺
4. Everything in moderation...including moderation. If I’m craving something, I usually eat it! I really don’t feel like I’ve deprived or restricted myself. I try to make the healthiest choices I can for my body and my baby, but sometimes you just have to treat yo self especially when you’re growing a human from scratch 🤷🏼‍♀️ 5. Be gentle with yourself ❤️ pregnancy is hard. Yes diet and exercise are important, but so is self care. Pamper yourself, try to reduce stress and let your body do its thing! Women during pregnancy are basically superheros 💪🏼

💖👋🏽HEY FIT FAM 👋🏽💖⠀

So these last couple of weeks have been extremely stressful, draining, exhausting both mentally and physically. With work, school, and other personal issues my mind has been in all sorts of places. Therefore, I have been extremely inactive on this account unless I’m posting a dry scoop story or a life quote to which I clearly love👅🙌🏽 ⠀

Lately I’ve been on a roller coaster 🎢 as far as how I am prioritizing things in my life. I always question myself if I am too hard on myself or if I am not hard on myself enough. Between juggling a full time job, a waitressing job, grad school, and dealing with the F’d up personal issues, I found that I haven’t been myself lately because I haven’t had time to just sit and think about what’s really important in my life. ✅⠀

For those who know me, know that I am extremely weird, crazy, carefree, but also very genuine and selfless. Sometimes we face challenges in our lives to test ourselves how far we go for the things we want in life. And sometimes we just need to take a step back and be grateful for the opportunities that life gives us 👏🏽⠀

With that being said, I’ve been trying to clear my mind, whether it’s simply by cleaning out or organizing my closet, making a checklist, going for a walk, shopping, or staying in on the weekend. 💭🍷I am hoping that soon, once things start to fall into place I will be able to post more videos and posts! ⠀
