Après une heure et demi de cuisine astucieuse, j'ai préparé 4 déjeuners :
- salade tomates cerises, maïs 🌽 et œufs durs
- riz à la sauce tomate fraîche, oignons et blanc de dinde en morceaux
- émincé de dinde aux champignons, lait de coco, pignons, oignon et ail
- émincé de dinde avec boulgour à la sauce tomate fraîche et aux légumes frais (sauf petits pois) : carotte, poivron rouge et poivron vert

That’s what I love about running, once one run is done. You are planning the next! A lot like life really, there is always something else to be done, achieved or started. 
Our bodies are capable of anything. 
It’s our minds we have to convince. 
How many times have you wanted to train and ended up not? 
Just because you ended up talking yourself out of it, knowing your body is totally capable of doing so.
You let your mind take over and ended up not doing anything. 
To many to count? It's ok! 
You are not the only one. 
Days, weeks, months and even years go by. Thinking, hoping, wishing or waiting for the right time. 
You become content with your own excuses and justify the reasons why you don't train to make yourself feel good again. 
Until you can’t walk up stairs without running out of breath, or you don't fit into those shorts you wore last summer. 
It's not a nice feeling knowing, we had the opportunity and the time though choose not too. We’d rather sleep in an hour longer, or tell ourselves that we will start next Monday. 
Sadly sometimes there isn't always a next time or another Monday to begin training. Life is so precious and heart achingly short for some. You won’t always be capable of doing the things you can do now. 
Don't take what you have for granted. 
Fitness doesn't have to be about aiming to win a gold medal at the Olympics. It should always be and remain the key to living your life to the fullest, improving all aspects of it; by just maintaining a consistent fitness regime.

Again I had the most amazing time I especially loved the women’s tri not because I actually won something 🤪(again this will NEVER happen again) but I love the fact that so many women had their first go at doing a triathlon in such a friendly manner!! If I can encourage one women to get out there and give it a crack no matter what you look like then I’m one happy camper because you know what if you think you can you bloody well can!! .

I love gardening from my head to-ma-toes 🤣♥️ 💫This is not a photo prop I actually garden .. Simple, avec de la confiture de mûre maison et des fruits rouges. 🍓

Qui cuisine pour sa famille ici ?

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :
👉🏼 1 œuf entier
👉🏼 5g de farine de coco
👉🏼 30g de farine (ici seigle)
👉🏼 4g de levure chimique
👉🏼 60g de fromage blanc
👉🏼 8g de sirop d'érable

. 
𝐌é𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐞 :
1. Mélangez l'œuf, le sirop  et le yaourt. 
2. Ajoutez la farine et la levure chimique
3. Mélangez bien.
4. Faites cuire 3 min 20 au micro ondes (la cuisson varie selon la puissance de ce dernier).

Als ich mit Krafttraining angefangen habe, konnte mir nicht vorstellen im Freihantelbereich zu trainieren👀
Hier 3 Tipps für Personen, die sich noch nicht getraut haben:
1. Jeder interessiert sich für sein eigenes Training❕ Du hast große Angst, dass du etwas falsch machst und andere es mitbekommen? Im Training ist jeder so stark auf sich selbst konzentriert, dass man den Rest meist gar nicht wahrnimmt.
2. Übung macht den Meister☝🏻Es wird zunächst ungewohnt sein in dem Bereich zu trainieren doch mit der Zeit wirst du sicherer in der Ausführung der Übungen. Somit wird auch dein Selbstbewusstsein steigen💥💪🏻 Nach einigen Tagen wirst du gar nicht mehr groß darüber nachdenken und es einfach machen. Es wird nämlich zu deiner Routine❗️
3. Jeder fängt klein an! Keiner ist auf die Welt gekommen und konnte etwas perfekt. Mache dir bewusst, dass die Personen im Freihantelbereich auch mal Anfänger waren😊 Glaub mir, es ist ein tolles Gefühl sich zu überwinden und aus der Komfort Zone zu kommen 🙌🏻
