All The Feels Friday!⁣

I mean that literally, I went through every emotion today!🤪⁣
⁣
While one Chapter of my story has ended, a new one is only beginning.  I had a temporary moment of panic when all the thoughts of what if and how and the looming fear of the unknown set in!  Then I got it together and realized this is a God thing!⁣
⁣
I mentioned before that sometimes God will move you because you won’t do it yourself and I believe this is exactly what is happening for me.⁣
⁣
These last several months my ♥️ and I have been busting our butts to make our “someday” become a reality and it’s practically here!  One more inspection to go!!😁⁣

I believe this is truly Gods perfect timing in my next Chapter... everything just aligned so marvelously. 🥰⁣

Though I’m still feeling all sorts of ways, because I’m human!  I trust and believe that my new Chapter is going to far surpass my wildest expectations!⁣

I forgot to post my weigh in last week, so here it is with today's weigh in.  I gained a massive amount last week and couldn't understand why because I was eating right, tracking, getting my blue dots, etc.  I was so frustrated!  BUT!... it was brought to my attention this week that those bang energy drinks can cause weight gain.  I was having one almost every day.  I cut them back this week and managed to lose it all plus another pound or so.  I will not be making that mistake again lol  here's to another successful week! 💪🏻😁

Fri-yay #faithfamilyfittribe ! What does a single mom do on a Friday without her kids? Well, this one hits the gym twice and hangs with her bestie at @smithspronutrition shop. 
AM workout
Warm up:
20 min on bike, foam roll,
Crawl outs, DB squats with alternating shoulder press, v-sits DB twist, DB crunch

Leg press into calf raises
SA DB shoulder press
Side bends

Landmine squats with alternating back lunge
Landmine shoulder press
Seated DB lateral raises

Leg extensions
SA cable front raise
Leg raises

Finished there. Visited my girl. All locate peeps hit the supplement store @smithpronutrition . Great stuff and great staff.

PM Workout:
25 min moderate intensity on bike
Foam roll
30 min HIIT on elliptical (front and back motion)

I usually don't sweat but this double day, heat with (high 98🔥🔥) I was dripping. Loved it! 😅

❤️ my kids...... Bitter sweet to end vaction. Already miss family but happy to get back on routine. I was sole in gym at 7pm (super late for me to hit gym) so no workout pictures or videos. So better yet.... pictures of my kids in a very chilly Montana lake. 
Was late workout but I was not going to miss gym today. It felt great. I did lighter weight and really focused on form and contracting my muscles I was using. Lucky muscle's worked was back, hams and triceps today. Full body tri-sets to get a good sweat. Much needed! 
Warmed up on bike, foamed rolled and did a good warm up circuit.
Crawl outs, DB deadlift into upright row, tricep push ups, and planks. 
SL BB deadlift
DB bent over rows
Cable overhead rope tricep extensions

Laying hamstring curls
Lat pull down
SA cable tricep kick backs

Back extensions
High Row on cables
Cable bar tricep extensions

Didn't do cardio after. I mowed the lawn earlier in day and that was a workout. 😁

❤️ my kids...... Bitter sweet to end vaction. Already miss family but happy to get back on routine. I was sole in gym at 7pm (super late for me to hit gym) so no workout pictures or videos. So better yet.... pictures of my kids in a very chilly Montana lake.

This ray of sunshine is the best cheerleader, encourager, and #1 fan, one could ever desire to have. "I'm so proud of you, mommy!" "Great job mommy!" "You look so adorable mommy." "Mommy, I love your food." "You are doing a great job mommy!"

She certainly does take after her mother, and knows how to esteem another. When I see this miracle of mine, I get back on track when I've slipped up, crave what I shouldn't, and so on. She keeps me in line. Grounded. I'm grateful the Lord chose me to be her mommy.
.
She watches my every move. And though I don't always get it right, I'm grateful I get a daily opportunity to rise above my last fall. It shows her that staying down is not an option. Failure isn't for us Moore's. We rise up, always. This miracle of mine is truly God's gift to me!

So happy she loves keto, too. Because cooking two different types of meals is not for me. Lol.

So I'll be doing it again, rather 2or3/day next wk & the wk after. Extended/Prolonged fasting along with eating a CleanKetolifestyle & my norm 20-24hr Intermittentfasting has been my KEYS #healthylifestyl and I've had nothing but TREMENDOUS SUCCESS.
